So pleased to be back to teaching at @alnwickgarden this morning, just love that place! Morning classes Monday :- Pilates 9.15 to 10.15 Pilates 10.30 to 11.30 Wednesday:- Pilates 9.15 to 10.15 * new class Yoga 10.30 to 11.30 Beautiful views, under floor heating and equipment provided by myself. Classes £4 a session. Suitable for every level of experience and ability.
