We were signing the contract few months ago previewing the lot for few weeks. And I recall the clients asking a few times when will we break ground, and of course I already knew that sometimes the few weeks of looking at the wooden area not a cleared lot, makes the clients wonder about the process, etc. But Valle Family just trusted us- they knew that once we break ground the process goes so fast. And we had them in tears of happiness when the foundation came to life and then almost week and a half later the home had walls and the roof ready for shingles in the next stages.
