Lando hooking up with max as self harm is such an interesting thing tbh I'm so simplistic that I just imagined he couldn't stop because at the end of the day it kinda turns him on being max's prey or something like that 😅

I know a lot of people were really into the wolf and lamb stuff from this season and I too am moved by that imagery but not in a smut way.

I picture it more as Lando thinks he can’t beat Max because he isn’t exactly like Max and Lando is already so close to Max, already knows him so well and has had so many drunk heart-to-hearts on AirMax that it doesn’t take much for Lando just take that last step and fall into Max. And like maybe if he gets Max in this way too, if he learns this part of what makes Max tick too he can finally do it, but instead Lando still keeps making fuck ups in his season so it turns into sleeping with Max to keep reminding himself of what he isn’t because he doesn’t understand you don’t have to be a carbon copy of Max to be champion and it’s actually the over comparison of himself to Max that’s holding him back.
