for my personal warriors story VERY loosely inspired by some clangen saves: the sageclan colony! in a time where starclan has entirely disappeared with the rest of sageclan, Sproutwish is left the only cat to rebuild the Clan from scratch. sageclan was established in a huge forest completely isolated from the rest of the world.

Sproutwish is the last remnant of the clans that she can find aside from a snarky medic apprentice named Beepaw who doesn’t really think starclan is all that real. unfortunately, Sproutwish receives a horrifying dream where the shattered fragments of starclan force their power into her, in a painful and unstable nine lives ceremony, leaving her with their last words:

the stars will live on in you

coupled with the burden of caring for beepaw and two kits, Sproutwish declares their odd family the sageclan colony, but refuses to take on the star title. as she navigates the wreckage of her world she finds a horrifying truth: this is somehow all starclans fault. to make this terrible scenario even worse, there is a thing wearing a cats body that stalks her dreams, promising to protect her from the stars, a thing of eyes and wings and sharp teeth and blue flowers. This thing says its name is Normalpaw. This thing cannot be real.

right?

but starclan is gone, and Sproutwish is terrified. she didn’t want any of this, she wanted to be a warrior and live a quiet life of peace and contentment. She didnt want to be a leader, she didn’t want the burden of a thousand stars on her forehead and her mind.

but she does. And she’s going to have to find a way to fix things, lest she too vanish like the stars and the clan
