Who ever the fuck did this needs to be smacked in the face. A. Fire hydrants are yellow so fire fighters can spot them easily. B. You poored paint over moving parts so now when they finally spot the fucking thing when someone's house is burning to the ground they won't be able to open the fucking thing.
