i prefer girls ft. emily x noreem (OCs)
i gave in. i drew my fave sapphic ship. meme sourced from here~
emily is the lady in the white dress. noreem is nonbinary, and they are the one lying down.
copy-paste infodump from ig:
more about the OCs in here! they're from a very angsty story i outlined (to an extent) in 2014. the woman in the white dress is named emily and she is the best friend of the main character noreem, who is the one lying down. noreem has secret feelings for emily that are complicated by their gender dysphoria and family situation, but before they could even confront any of these things, they get isekai'd to a fantasy world… it was really fun to depict these two! i think i have actually drawn them a total of twice (including the past 2 days where i was working on this) from 2014 to 2024 so… they're pretty neglected OCs… moreover, it was so fun to experiment with the colors in this piece! i didn't have such an analogous color scheme to begin with but look, i love dramatic yuri, and that is what you're gonna get.

∎ PURCHASE │ │ ∎ REVIEW ‘Flame’, the next installment of Donna Grant’s Dark King series, was a overall pretty decent read minus the whole instant love *eyeroll* situation happening. I won’t go too much into the romance aspect of Noreem and Cain relationship but dayum. It was quick and was the only real turn off of this novel. I enjoyed how the author always somehow someway features the previous characters in her most recent releases and how each of them contribute to the storyline which I probably should start reading from the get-go but that’s a story for another day.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – For many years, 22News and the Valley Press Club Scholarships have nurtured the dreams of the next generation of TV and print journalists.
22News anchor and reporter Matt Caron recalled how meaningful it was to him to have receive the 22News scholarship back in 2006. “The scholarship was a launching pad, really. I would say, if you can get your nose out of books into a newsroom, that’s an invaluable experience.”
According to Scholarship Chair Noreem Tassinari, “Our scholarships have launched the careers on many journalists who are still to this day. Our first scholarship recipient was a fellow named Al Jaffe from the Pittsfield area, it was 1964.”
This year’s awards event will be held Saturday, June 17th. Scholarship recipients will be selected within the next few days.
