Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that focuses on universal well-being, including the management of conditions like diabetes and stress through natural and lifestyle-based approaches.
Here are some Ayurvedic principles and practices for managing diabetes and stress while prioritizing mental health:
Dietary Recommendations
Balanced Diet: Ayurveda emphasizes a balanced diet tailored to your dosha (constitution). For diabetes, focus on low-glycemic foods like whole grains, vegetables, and lean proteins.
Spices: Incorporate spices like turmeric, cinnamon, and fenugreek, known for their potential to help regulate blood sugar levels.
Managing Stress
Stress Management: Manage stress by practicing deep, mindful breathing techniques to calm your mind. Unwind yourself with physical activities of your interest.
Stress Reduction Techniques: Spend time in nature, listen to soothing music and practice mindfulness.
Limit Stressors: Keep the sources of stress in your life at bay with the techniques explained above.
Time Management: Organize your tasks and priorities to reduce stress from a busy schedule.
Social Support: Seek support from friends, family, or a therapist when needed.
Relaxation
Meditation: Meditation is a practice that helps to reduce stress. Transcendental Meditation (TM) and mindfulness meditation are often recommended.
Yoga: Yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) can promote relaxation and balance the body’s energy.
Lifestyle Adjustments
Daily Routine (Dinacharya): Following a consistent daily routine can help stabilize blood sugar and reduce stress. This includes waking up early, regular exercise, and eating meals at the same time each day.
Quality Sleep: Ensure quality sleep to recharge and manage stress.
Stay Hydrated: Drinking warm water throughout the day is recommended in Ayurveda to help with digestion and overall health.
Herbal Remedies
Numerous herbs can be beneficial in Ayurvedic diabetes treatment, and aside from herbs, certain fruits also possess anti-diabetic properties, with Noni fruit, scientifically known as Morinda citrifolia, being one notable example. Noni is an evergreen tree characterized by its sizeable leaves and yellow fruits.
Noni D-Care: Noni D-Care’s primary ingredient is Noni fruit. This fruit juice is combined with potent herbs such as Saptarangi, Trikut, Punarnava, Kanysaar, Shalaki, Nirgundi, and Shilajit.
Noni D-Care is a formula that claims to be scientifically validated for its potential to support the recovery of the pancreas, kidneys, heart, and nervous system.
Noni D-Care’s objective is to empower individuals with diabetes, helping them regain a semblance of normalcy by effectively managing their diabetic condition.
Noni D-Care is designed to replenish stamina and enhance immunity, which may be compromised as a result of diabetes.
Noni D-Care facilitates improved digestion and boosts metabolism. It fortifies vital organs, guarding against diabetes-related damage.
Noni D-Care manages blood pressure levels. It addresses insomnia and offers stress relief.
Noni D-Care regulates hormonal imbalances, including thyroid disorders. It enhances neurological function.
Noni D-Care ameliorates joint and bone concerns. It is free from any adverse side effects
Let Us Conclude
You can gain insight from a qualified ayurvedic physician about your constitution (Prakriti) and any imbalances (Vikriti). It’s important to continue monitoring your blood sugar levels and follow your doctor’s advice.
By incorporating a healthy lifestyle, balanced and nutritious diet, adequate hydration, and following stress management techniques and Ayurvedic therapy such as Noni D-Care, you can keep diabetes and stress under control, easily manage your mental health, and lead a happy and healthy life.

cream 125g butter, 175g sugar and lemon zest. add 3 eggs, one after another. mix 250g flour, 1tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt. measure 125ml milk. add parts of flour mix, then milk, then flour again, then milk, then flour again to the butter mix. put into a loaf pan. bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C. Make a syrup out of lemon juice from 2 lemons and 3tbsp sugar (heat up until sugar dissolves). poke the still warm cake with toothpicks and brush with the lemon syrup. make frosting out of 200g sugar, hot water, and a bit of milk (makes the frosting opaque). pour over the cooled down cake. wait until it dries, cut and enjoy!

Stray Kids as random side comments on my dream journal entries:
Prepare for a whole lot of nonsense. Though for some of these, writing the whole dream would have been funnier. Oh well. (also excuse my language, I don't mean to swear like a sailor every two sentences, that's just how I am 😔)
TW (just in anyyy case): mentions of guns, stunts, police force, smut, and ofc swearing
• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
.ೃ࿐ Bang Chan:
Meanwhile, back in the SUV, Chan tells me to sit in the back and lock the doors.
And then he pulls a gun out of nowhere and hands it over to me 'in case something happens'
And then he gets out of the car, I-
Like, sorry, what
W H A T
SIR, I'M REALLY MUCH MORE CONCERNED ABOUT YOU AND YOUR DYING FRIENDS IN THERE
idek how to shoot, what do you expect of me 😭
.ೃ࿐ Lee Know:
And then I teleported?? jumped?? FLEW?? all the way to my home's roof
LIKE EXCUSE ME WHAT THE FUCK
And then I jumped down from the roof to my balcony
Extreme parkour shit
btw it was like 4am
I DO STUNTS AND SHIT AT 4AM TO GET BACK TO MY ROOM, FFS NONI
(honorable mention, I once dreamt that Minho was standing in my balcony making out with a random girl and I was just staring from inside my room like 🧍♀️🥲 okay then...)
.ೃ࿐ Changbin:
So Hyunjin went to hide behind the fridge
And I was going to hide under the bed but they broke the door down before I could get all the way through
Thankfully they didn't find Hyunjin
bUT THEY FOUND ME
THEY FOUND MY SORRY FAT ASS UNDER THE BED
.ೃ࿐ Hyunjin:
So after getting in our hotel room, my ex went to the convenience store to grab some condoms
But unfortunately I woke up the moment he came back from the store and we didn't have sex 😒😒
EVEN MY DREAMS HATE ME ISTG 😭😭
STOP COCKBLOCKING YOURSELF NONI 😩
.ೃ࿐ Han:
*friend* was looking for a jacket
But for some reason the only ones in shock were for kids
So we sat at the candy store and ordered ice cream
Also he (the friend) had to take some medicine or smth
So then the barman took some herbal syrup or some shit like that and poured it all over his (the friend's) ice cream
.ೃ࿐ Felix:
And she defended me and somehow made them shut up
Bro I'm sad
Imagine having a sweet girlfriend who protects you from mean people's comments and opinions like that 😭😭
Why is my bi ass so single?
.ೃ࿐ Seungmin:
And as usual, the 5 of us got in the car and started driving while music was blasting
Bro, it was like a color changing car or smth
Bc istg, at first it was a red vintage looking cabriolet
And later it turned into a black SUV or something like that, idk anything about cars
Istg I can't comprehend this concept
Noni what are you making up again
(btw yes, that's the same dream as the Chan one)
.ೃ࿐ I.N:
Then, suddenly, a police car drove up to our house
And one of the dudes in the car pulls out one of these 📢📣???
WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY CALLED??
(I later remembered they're called megaphone but at that moment I was confused)
And they YELLED at us that the house would be 'investigated'
aka THEY'D FUCKING BREAK IN AND ARREST ANYONE THEY SAW ON THE SPOT FOR NO DAMN REASON
(that's part of the Changbin dream)

It is Thursday! My Thursday's are always *hella* busy. BUT I hope your Thursday is going well! Today's question concerns sweet things: what is your favorite sweet thing? I've got a HUGE sweet tooth, so I like lots of sweet things (starting with Monsta X and Wonho and-oh sorry legal has just informed me I cannot count them among the sweet things I like as I have not eaten them which is a fair and valid and also very strange point to make . . . T-T). Also my other tumblr friends mocked me slightly a few days ago because I freaked out and thought I accidentally messaged you off 'nony mode and I was like I DONE MESSED UP AY-AY-RON but it's all good it was pretty funny :) - mbb secret santa <3
My Thursday's gone pretty great! I did spill coffee on myself but thankfully it was cold lol But besides that - all good!
oooooh good question! I also really love sweet things, and speaking of coffee... I'd have to say my order at starbucks lol I usually get a white chocolate mocha with almond milk & 4 pumps of raspberry syrup. It's soooooooooooooo yummy! 12/10 would recommend.
What about you, what's your favorite sweet thing? (besides MX lol)
Omg no I get it! That's been my worst fear doing this secret santa thing!!! I keep stressing out after I send a message, like? Did I send that right? I didn't somehow put my name in there, right??
so far so good lol

I wanna hear your One Piece blorbo, scrunkly, scrimblo bimblo etc list (and if you feel like doing it for the brOC, that'd be absolutely hilarious)
jhgskldfgj doing it for brOC IS hilarious, you're absolutely right. I'll go ahead and do both lmaoo
ONE PIECE (*Note- I'm currently in the middle of Skypeia)
-Blorbo (Favorite, Character that consumes my thoughts) Zoro. Without a doubt. This fucking guy I SWEAR. He has my mind in a fucking death grip -Scrunkly (my "baby", character that gives me cuteness aggression) I mean, Chopper. He's the definition of being "So shaped" I feel gjsklfdg. -Scrimblo Bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave) I know I just need to actually search for him and I'll find content on here of him, but I really dig Smoker and in going through One Piece art I haven't seen him come up once. I actually might do that after writing this up lmao. Him telling the people he works for to “go to hell” because they gave him the credit for saving Alabasta and wouldn’t acknowledge that it'd been the straw hats? Even though he'd gone after the Straw Hats himself before? Iconic. Had me roaring. You tell 'em, King! -Glup Shitto (Obscure Background favorite) hmm hard to tell just because I don't know who doesn't become a really big character at some point in this long ass show but I wanna say Zeff? He made me cry the way he wanted to ensure Sanji got out to see the world and that he chased after his dream and didn't stay at the restaurant because Sanji felt indebted to him. Between him and Smoker does this just mean I like the angry but caring dad vibe characters? Maybe. -Poor Little Meow Meow ("problematic"/pathetic fave) Usopp rant activated I apologize in advance that this is long jgslkdfg. Okay, so I really love Usopp's character but I do think One Piece over does it in making sure he comes across as the pathetic coward sometimes. They need to give him more shining moments without beating in the 'Haha, Usopp was useless again' horse. And they might! I've heard heard good things about Water 7. And I don't actually mind his frequent over-reactions and his loud nervous interjections/lies he makes to make himself sound big and tough. But, I didn't like that they said he made Nami's weapon a party prop primarily and only eventually did OP go "Okay, but actually this thing IS a very useful weapon and it works really well with Nami's strengths". My (maybe) controversial opinion? I LOVED the Syrup Village Arc. I think Usopp's writing in that arc was amazing. He literally is the bravest warrior because he's fucking terrified (as he honestly should be) of most of the stuff that crosses the crew's way but will put his life on the line to keep people safe and has put himself between a bad guy and innocent people to get the enemy to attack him instead. Also, it is... unfortunate the way one piece draws him and other poc characters ;>> Usopp is a favorite character that... I wish was in the hands of someone else writing-wise if that makes sense. I would never call Usopp my poor little meow meow lmaoo but I'm going to say Usopp fits here. - Horse Plinko (Character I would torment for fun) Oh, so many of them tbh but Zoro and Sanji both. These two need to be bullied for how ridiculous they are when they're trying to one-up each other. - Eeby Deeby (Character I would send to super hell) Sanji Kidding, but I just can't stand him sometimes jgkldfg. He gets sent to superhell for his painful and annoying straight act despite clearly having a bi awakening in meeting Ace lmaoo.
BrOC (For my other followers this was a big dnd roleplay event between amazing people in the Strings of Fate Discord)
-Blorbo - Beif. -Scrunkly - Honestly? I think Fili and Edmund are tied here -Glup Shitto - Look at me and tell me Nony doen't deserves the title Glup Shitto lmaoo -Poor Little Meow Meow - Ammon. I wouldn't call him pathetic but everyone would agree he was problematic and boy oh boy did he need friends and hugs and to be aggressively smothered in love against his will - Horse Plinko - Duniq but I'd feel bad about it jgkslfg It doesn't take much for Duniq.exe to stop working, but he's doing his best I'm sure. - Eeby Deeby - Ilven. For just, so many crimes. Stinky.
