Finally what we’ve all been waiting for from the #บุพเพสันนิวาส Team!!! Friday, #Ch3Thailand will be airing another special episode but this time, it’ll also include a narrative extension of the original show (and I won’t be surprised if we get a little more #พรหมลิขิต and movie teasing). Therefore, it’ll have all the clips and cuts we’ve been seeing floating around since before the show even ended. I suppose this is also a way to lead into the re-airing of the entire uncut series starting May 11th. It will air Mon-Sun (but there are different showing times on the weekends). This uncut version will be interesting, so I’m sure I’ll try to catch it here and there. Tonight. Today. #บุพเพสันนิวาส ends tomorrow and I am not at all ready for this story to end. But when I think about one of the things I want to know the most it would be how these two men conquer their world together. When they are introduced we learn they are father and son (but not necessarily biologically) and both will one day rule their nation. @bigibig28 and @godfather1632 are forces in the roles of Ork Pra Pretracha and Phor Duer. Their passion, assertiveness and overall presence excites and concerns, as they stand firm in their convictions and beliefs. This scene is a personal favorite (like many throughout the series with these two) but also a prime example of what powerhouses these two are as actors, bringing these men to tangible life making it undeniable they were worthy of their roles in history. Got Jirayu has been showing out this year with two back to back dramatically emotional performances and for me, it’s always delightful to see range and growth from talented people. This moment always brings tears to my eyes because of the strength in the vulnerability shown and the uncompromising love. Can’t wait to see what stellar material awaits us in the finale. Welp #บุพเพสันนิวาส fans it’s been announced that not only is #Ch3Thailand set to re-air this drama uncut in a few weeks, there is also a film on the horizon! As most know, there is a continuous to the story with the author’s second book, #พรหมลิขิต, which is still in the writing stages and set to be a drama some time in late 2019— But now, they have also decided to follow in #Nakee’s footsteps (the 2nd highest rated #lakorn) and have a movie follow. The film should take place at some point during the events in the original drama narrative and the original cast will join in this project as well. For now, #BuppeSannivas is on a record high for lakorns and I seriously doubt the phenomenon is going anywhere anytime soon. If nothing else this story has created a love and appreciation for Thai history and the entire cast will be remembered for the duration of their careers for their appearance and performance in the production! And ofc, happily biased me, believes all the accolades and attention are so well deserved. Bravo and Congratulations👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 ***Oh and just an aside international fans, the novel author is working on an English translation of the book. Happy #บุพเพสันนิวาส Day everyone!!! Don’t you just love how Katesurang enjoys teasing him with her cheekiness, thinking she has the upper hand, only to always be floored by what comes out of Phor Daed’s mouth in reply? This man is an absolute MASTER! 🙇🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️ But what I also loved about this scene is the warmth in her eyes. The latest #บุพเพสันนิวาส reveal and Phor Daed’s souvenir choice had me thinking back to some of my favorite aspects of last week. Where several scenes give us a glimpse into what type of couple our pair will continue to grow to be. For eps Phor Daed watched/studied Katesurang and now he knows her better than anyone. In ep7 at the market (one of my fav moments), Katesurang classically says something “odd” and he asks what it was but as usual she responds with: “Oh don’t listen/pay attention to me.” It’s here he counters, “I always pay attention (to you).” In eps 11-12 he lets her know again that he knows what she’s thinking and that their interests are quite similar. And in today’s ep13 he gives her a detailed account of his experiences and feelings in France, making it the perfect gift. This has me thinking these two are definitely that couple that finishes each other’s sentences and answers before the other even speaks. Their level of knowledge, understanding and care for one another will be so intuned that they’ll sicken everyone around them. Cause we already know Phor Daed is absolutely the kind of man who would ditch his friends to rush home just to be around his wife. This scene above is the cutest because Katesurang knows she can’t go but expects to be clued in later. She trusts that Phor Daed will share whatever happens and answer all her questions. And he expected nothing less☺️. Ofc I have plenty more to say especially with this week’s eps but that’ll have to wait for a blog post I suppose. #BuppeSannivas airs Wed-Thurs on #Ch3Thailand. Today. My #บุพเพสันนิวาส post is up on the blog but Katesurang has so many lovable traits, I didn’t get to cover them all. For me, her most fun to watch moments have to include her fatkid tendencies, cheekiness and incessant nerdy fangirling. This girl shares snacks and recipes, salivates meeting Boran world changers and claps in joyful excitement just at the idea of visiting historical landmarks, while never missing an opportunity to delve deeper into something she thought knew. Right now, she’s jotting down everything she can think to observe and recall, probably in order to giggle and coo at her experiences some time in the future. But perhaps what is best, is that she’s genuinely ecstatic for the people around her in whatever they do that leads to happiness. #BuppeSannivas airs Wed-Thurs on #Ch3Thailand. Today. Tomorrow. Last night #บุพเพสันนิวาส held an AIS finale watch party, with fans, the producers, the cast and OST artists. And of course my favorite moment was @PetePol’s performance of my favorite track #ออเจ้า. This song was love the moment I heard it and I still tear up every other time it plays (hence I only listened of part of this video😔). I tend to gravitate toward melancholic tracks but this single is absolutely beautiful in every way.
