I don't think it would break anything to say 'if [member of race] takes a nap during the day then they only need to sleep for four hours of their long rest instead of six' but it WOULD be annoying to keep track of

#I mean I'm couching it but actually CONSIDERING that elves just automatically get a shorter sleep cycle with no downsides--#no of fucking course it's not overpowered #but the benefit is literally just 'heehoo worldbuilding thoughts' lmao so like. not really worth the trouble of pitching as a possibility #I mean I guess 'can take longer watches' is a benefit but in my games at least we're pretty relaxed about that anyway so #....
