The sad downfall of Atomic Betty

I have beef with Season 3. If you're wondering "Why Tara? Atomic Betty was a perfect show start to end!" Well my mates.... two words. Mission. Earth.

Atomic Betty seasons 1 to 2 were perfect for the most part with memorable characters, smart written jokes, plots that can be interesting and etc.

Mission Earth has NONE OF THAT! Or barely any to say the most. They flanderized characters like Betty, Penelope,Sparky, X-5 and DEFINITELY NOAH. Despite that, Chaz and Regeena are good or alr characters to say the most.(but wtf does Chaz give old emo smoker vibes-)

And if you're wondering,yes, not all of season 2 and 1 was perfect, there were a bit of flops but it was still exceptional while Season 3/Mission Earth wasn't! There was only a few good episodes like No Space Like Home, Bold Age, Love Bites, Fairytale Fate, Bootcamp Betty, The Manchurian Guardian and there was even one episode in this season that was a guilty pleasure of mine,Girl Power. But still, a third of the top ten worst episodes are full of this season.

Episodes like April Fools Overture, A Finfull Of Dollars,Who's The Baby Now? ,It Came From Hollywood and ESPECIALLY A HARD DAYS FIGHT are absolutely insufferable. Not only this but, the jokes are just.... UNFUNNY... most of them are just grossout jokes or one off catchphrases, this was very rare in 1 and 2. Only a few jokes made me laugh in Season 3 but even then it was only occasionally.

What's sad about this is that the first episode of this season was great because it had the charm of the first 2 seasons and (sadly)the last relevant appearances of The Chameleon, Paloma and Juanita(The Chameleon is the 2nd best fucking villain behind Maximus and Minimus,change my mind,while Paloma is my favourite character overall). No Space Like Home was great but sadly the short partned with it along with the next episode was shit.

Speaking of shorts most of them were ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. The good ones where the love triangle one, the one where X-5 is a chair and the last two Sparky and Minimus:Undercover thing. The short with NSLH, Sparky and X-5: Prank'd was just B A D like the idea of X-5 pranking Sparky would of been good but the execution was terrible like if I rewrote this episode(which I will) then it would of been awesome but no, like the prank here is NO WAY in character for both X-5 and Sparky like it would been better if they make an adult adaptation of AB this would of been great but here NOPE! At least do the thing TD did where they just censored it but oh well.

The shorts should of been an aftermath of the episode (Like Total Drama Island- Total Drama World Tour) just to make it better - Or even a POV of one of the characters! But fuck it's been god long,AB's cancelled ,Atomic Cartoons fells of like what else do they have now other than Hilda? And mostly everyone who worked on Atomic Betty moved on.
