Today I am.....

Leaving that fat unhappy girl in the mess of all the years gone. Today I take control of my health.

So that didn’t work out, today I fell straight back into any bad habit put in front of me. However I did get a kick up my ass so will try again tomorrow even if it means freezing my phone in a block of ice so I can’t order food/spend money.

Why is that I can’t seem to get my shit together why do I fail at the first hurdle even when my health depends on it, I can feel it getting worse yet my fat ass can’t stop eating crap putting on a stone and a half the diabetes rotting me inside out. So tomorrow I will try again but tomorrow I will succeed no junk no sugar and lots of water and gym.

I’m hitting a wall

When I get around 120 lbs, I ALWAYS hit the same wall. It’s like my body tricks my mind into being “comfortable” with my body, which then induces binging, which then brings me back to my starting weight all over again. If I can just stay strong tomorrow and fast, then continue fasting until late Friday, I think I can break this mental block. All day today, all I could think about was the fucking banana-nut bread we have at work and how amazing it tastes, and smells, and looks, and just all this other shit. Like, I was hardcore fantacising about this fucking bread. But I soon realized it’s the devil trying to bring me right back into a dark place. A place of sadness. A place of insecurity. A place that I never want to go back to. I am going to stay strong. I am going to do this.
