Full Moon Midnight Yoga (outdoor class) Full Moon Midnight Yoga Flow - Full Moon Midnight Yoga is filled with the warming glow of a beautiful moon and a creative flow specifically sequenced to compliment the phases and vibration each Month for each Moon. This is a fantastic event for those who are willing to step out of their ordinary routine on a Full Moon evening and on to the path of some inner self-work with the energies and influences provided on this evening. This 90 minute class is done Outdoors (weather permitted of course), within that time frame we fill it with some Hatha Yoga Stillness, Vinyasa Flow to show our appreciation for all its effects it has on us, At Least one Pranayama Technique and definitely Some Meditation and all its variations for this special event.
