The real deal of #tortillas; these were made with our very own corn. We use #nativecorn that has been preserved from generation to generation, at least 9,500 years continuously. My dad, my mom, my brother and our friends from Santa Lucia, Miahuatlan have helped us plant, harvest, winnow, and clean the corn for us to enjoy in our meals. This corn has our personal intent, the energy of the earth and the will of the sky, its taste is sweet and nurturing, specially when you eat a blandita right off the comal!
