HOW NOT TO FOLD YOUR LAUNDRY EVER AGAIN!🙌

Are you tired of spending half of your life folding your laundry? 😄

Is your laundry worth folding when your child & husband will just shove it off their cabinets? 😅

Here are some tips & tricks to save you time, guilt-free! 😘

I'm a KonMari fan and I fold our clothes the KonMari way BUT having a day job, a 40-hour/week online work, a grade-schooler, and a toddler is making me INSANE! I NEED TO STOP FOLDING OUR LAUNDRY. RIGHT NOW. 🤣

Why would I spend all my time folding laundry when I can't do it all? There are a lot more important things I should do because folding our clothes isn't my top priority for now. 🤣

Here’s how I do mine! 💝

Let’s start on how I sort and wash our dirty clothes for a smooth sailing NO FOLD LAUNDRY. 🤙

SORTING & WASHING

I prepared three laundry baskets for (1) soiled shirts, (2) soiled bottoms and (3.) our little girl's soiled clothes. 🗑🗑🗑

Then during our laundry day (which is every other day, if not every day), all I have to do is throw soiled clothes per basket. It leaves me with three loads of laundry plus a special batch for undies and whites (uniforms). 

FOLDING

After unloading, I hang each clothes with a hanger outside to dry. I sometimes put some clothes under direct sunlight for some disinfecting. Once the clothes dried up, they're ready to be transferred to our repurposed room.

TIP: Make sure you hang each person’s clothes side by side along the line to dry. It will be easier to gather and grab them for later!

HOW NOT TO FOLD LAUNDRY

To make my dream (of not folding our clothes) possible, I repurposed one of our empty rooms. It's actually our kid's mini playroom but they seldom play there. So I made half of it our mini walk-in dresser. HAHA

Then I placed two double-pole clothes rack without any division for easier access. This allows us to see and choose what clothes to wear.

I also made sure I have enough hangers that I can use inside the dresser and outside the house for drying.

So when our clothes dried up, all I have to do is gather the clothes hung from the line per person. Grab them and arrange inside the dresser.

TIP: Put children’s clothes in front to let them see theirs first without going at the back.

Our undies, blankets, and towels remain folded inside our cabinets.

With this laundry system, I got to save more of my precious time and spend more on my kids without worrying about clothes piling up, waiting to be folded. And it's never messy! 🤣

This made my life easier without any guilt!
