i feel like for trans swag completions/similar there should be separate competitions for canon trans characters and ones that haven't been canonically confirmed. otherwise people are just gonna get mad every time a canon trans character ends up losing to one who's not

#it splits people into voting based on different criteria #it's not really an issue for something like autistic characters bc if a character shows symptoms of autism then they're autistic #whether they've been confirmed or not. that's just how autism works #nobody's gonna get upset about shigeo kageyama beating a character who's been word-of-godded autistic #but i understand getting annoyed about team rocket winning against madeline #but also team rocket has way more swag soo #instead of having to choose between voting for a character who's canon trans and characters that are gnc and resonate with trans people #they should just be in separate polls #my posts
