Noble Heart Horse is not quite as forgotten as T. N. Honey… but he is a character who was left behind in reboots. u.u

Played with his design a little to make him… horsier without breaking the Care Bears look too much. Also I know his badge is supposed to mirror True Heart’s but I wanted to give him a horseshoe!
