I disagree on two (kind of three) things:

Harold would most definitely grief Duncan back or try to hide his base with a very complicated redstone door. Duncan punches one bit of redstone and the entire thing breaks

Gwen would NOT be normal about the deep cities or the End. She would insist on getting to one and living in it.

Eva would log on once, fish for a while, and then leave

Otherwise yeah this is perfect, i could totally see their community house (at spawn so it doesn't get griefed) being this huge fucking cherry blossom house built by the five in that tier
