eddie- doesn't know much about tech and doesn't trust it

karen- knows A LOT and knows a bunch of guys whose jobs it is to know and that's why she's explaining that you can't always trust it, basically this tweet:

Eddie and Karen could bond over the fact their sons are friends.

They could bond over being queer.

They could bond over Chris's enthusiasm for space and Karen's job as a rocket scientist.

But no, you're right. The thing they absolutely must bond over is a mutual absolute distrust of automated technology. I need to see it. I need it for personal vindication reasons.
