#no shade to the sane TS fans

I’m not here to judge my friends who like TS. But I do judge these fans.

One is…ridiculous, and the other pure ageism.

I’m not saying everyone has to know Fiona Apple (maybe I am), but…to infer that someone you haven’t heard of, or maybe a lot of people haven’t heard of, automatically is not as good as your fav? As though…popularity is what matters to make someone good? And then bringing age into it with…no real point but to say someone is older? No. Just no. Do not be these people.

Sure, we shouldn’t compare artists, each artist is different and unique, though that is not what this tweet is saying. But don’t assume someone you haven’t heard of isn’t better than your fav. And never bring age into it. That has zero effect on if someone is good or not. Some of the greatest musicians of all time are (gasp) over 50!

This really ticked me off and is one of many reasons I hate Twitter.

But yes, I’m also offended and aghast at people who don’t know who Fiona Apple is.

This mindset? This is one of the many problems with this fandom.

Since you missed the point I'll just reiterate it.

If people surfing the jikook and kookmin tags support this account by liking and reblogging their posts without knowing what they're supporting, without knowing what they're giving a platform to, and people like you think that it's problematic to talk about the hate this account spews and to let people know what this account is all about,

if that's the case then I guess people like you just want to see everyone bury their heads in the sand and ignore the problems in the fandom. I guess people like you would rather make people like this person here, me, and all the other people I've talked to about this feel like we're the problem and we're the ones causing trouble and you'd rather see us just shut up because at the end of the day does it really matter to you?

Because let's face it, some of you in this part of the fandom are just as bad as taekookers. Some of you don't care what harm comes to any member so long as jikook are OK. Some of these big jikook blogs, who many of the sane, older blogs have disowned are even creating their own twisted narratives that rival the age old Jungkook hates Jimin taekook agenda and the more modern agenda which is that, no they don't actually hate each other, but Jungkook is a terrible boyfriend for giving into jikook fanservice and Jimin is a bad friend to Taehyung and, oh yeah, he 'assau*ts' Jungkook.

Regardless of who it is,

if you feel like you have to put a member down to prop up your ship that's a problem. If you feel like supporting that isn't a problem, news flash, that's a problem. All you're doing is just giving them a platform by spreading their posts. People who just see their little jikook posts, the last couple of ones they've done? They don't know what they're feeding into to.

I think it's interesting that people with the mindset that you have are so quick to say "peace and love" when it's about blogs that makes multiple hate posts or blogs that have shaded other members, put other members down, obsessed over a member to the point that it's noticeable, or been openly hateful over a period of time. Then you want to say, "Just stop, you're going on a witch hunt."

I'm aware that in the world we live in now cancel culture is toxic and when people make mistakes it can have a very bad effect on their lives when it leads to cyber bullying. I'm aware of the after effects of what happened to another jikook blog when that happened. To my knowledge, that event and what is going on currently with some accounts are not the same thing. You can't equate them. These types of people are purposefully doing this and if people don't talk about it in the tags, like you'd rather us not do, then no one is going to know any different.

Furthermore, the issue isn't just as simple as if all we're saying is "hey there's this bad account. Go block them." Or least it's not that simple for me. What they're doing, provoking other fans, tagging other ships, etc? I see other people doing that. And that is, yet again, another problem in this fandom. It's not as simple as you'd like to bury your head in the sand and believe it is.

Okay now, this is a really serious thing so jokes aside.

It’s not the fist time that we, jikookers, other shippers, and some non-shippers, complain about some Taekookers being toxic and talking shit about us bc we like another ‘couple’ or insulting people bc they ‘offended’ their bias. Now, it’s true, there are Taekook shippers like that and even if I’m sure that 99'9% of vkookers are actually cute, and kind and good people, unfortunately it didn’t stop from them getting that reputation.

Yes, we complain a lot and we have the right to do it bc it hurts and we won’t it to stop.

What I’m trying to say is that we know firsthand what it is to be insulted simply bc we like other stuff and ship other couples, but what will happen the day vkookers get insulted by a jikooker? Are the rest of us going to let them bc “it’s revenge bitches” or are we going to do all are best to stop that person bc we know?

Now, don’t let that question for later bc that person already exists;

Hating on the shippers

Yeah hardcore, I know.

This person literally plays with each thing jikookers complain about tk shippers. The unnecessary tagging, the hating in the member that 'interferes’ in their ship, and the hating on the people that have another idea.

BUT, what I’m definitely not trying to say is that we should all go and leave hate messages in their Ask Box, definitely not that. I mean it’s still a person we are talking about and we got no idea what is their situation or if they have a problem.

What I do ask is to try and stop liking and rebloging their posts. If you check some of the posts, you can see they have way more than 100 notes and that only is encouraging this person. I had liked one of their posts myself and the second I knew about what they posted I removed my like. The less attention they get, the less they will do. (Hate messages are not really a good a idea but leaving what you think in their account and, I dunno, trying to make them see hating on someone is not going to take them anywhere, could be a good idea)

(and I’m pointing out this account cause it’s the only one I know that does those things. I’m practically sure there are a few more km supportes that are horrible against Tkrs and man, same for them)

Lastly, Shootersforjk if you ever read this, two things:

First, think about how your Bias will feel knowing that his own fans are hating on his best friend, moral support and crazy bro who loves with every inch of his heart. And I don’t really think it’s going to be pride…
