all the recipients will be total strangers

you will never meet them after they receive the money, nor find out what they do with it.

they are chosen uniformly at random from the entire population of the world

the money will be in a form they can easily access, converted to their local currency.

for simplicity, the number of people must be a power of 10.

if you don't distribute this money in this way, it will be destroyed.
