#this to me is an important reminder that until world war#Chinese war lords used to get armed by various countries#and under chinese contemporary narrative#china call these arms support as foreign interventions when in regality even the ruling military was armed by foreign dealers#bluntly speaking there’s a difference between true foreign intervention and just just pure arms dealing#but to serve their narrative they would call if foreign intervention when they’re just arms profiteering#no other country but japan and russia had ever really invaded and permanently taken control parts of china#but yet china will forever push the stupid narrative of the west infringing on china’s realm#in fact russia is the only country to have really carved out parts of northern china#taiwantalk
