When Paimon mentioned Gandharva Ville, Kaeya couldn't immediately place why it sounded so familiar. A village in Sumeru, he knew that much. As they approached, though, a familiar head of green hair bobs along. Ah. That's why.

"Well, hello there." He drawls, regarding Collei curiously, with a bit of distance between them. It feels like his brain is stalling out as he tries to recognize what he sees before him with the child in his memory. She's no longer hunched in on herself, standing up straight and carrying herself with an easy confidence. The nervous rambling and sheepish gestures give away how much her nerves and anxiety still reside in her, but it is miles past where she'd been before.

There's still a part of him he can't quite quiet that is itching to leave a hand on the hilt of his sword. Just in case.

"This... is where you stay?" Kaeya asks, glancing around. The atmosphere is nice - communal. And the shade from the trees is lovely. It's a nice place to heal, he thinks.
