today's QOTD: if you could only listen to one album (taylor or otherwise) for the rest of your life, what album would you pick and why?

At home I have Lana Del Rey NFR cover poster, Wallows tour poster, this one of Taylor, and one of a unicorn going to a therapist and the therapist is saying "you need to believe in yourself" lol. In my suite at school I have a cat and a butterfly, and 2 claude monet paintings I got at a poster fair:)

If I could only listen to one album hmm. It would definitely be by Taylor. I think anything 1989> I would get sick of cuz I listened to it when I was a child a lot, and i already don't listen to them too often because of that. Except Fearless my baby! Folklore I would get sick of after a while I know because it's my comfort album and doesn't fit every scenario..Midnights just because it's all the same style and it's just not my favorite album. Lover is close but all that's left is Evermore and the only notable difference is there's better prose in Evermore. And I think I go for more folk styles in my daily listening (even tho I do love pop and rock as well). Evermore has a lot to uncover in the album even these years later. And there's a lot of awe in it that I can go back to over and over. I also think it has variety in songs for different situations..songs to dance to (NBNC), songs to cry to (Champagne Problems), songs to be happy to (Long Story Short). Songs about love, life, and the PROSE on that album. I listen to her voice and the production are both great. I could uncover different themes and character storylines in the album in different ways. The only thing really close to comparison for me is Fearless. Fearless (Taylor's Version) has about double the amount of songs which is nice. Probably everything I said about Evermore I could say about Fearless. Different songs for different situations, the production, themes in the album. I could connect lyrics in that album over and over. I think it's only fault is that it's a bit young for me. Like I'm not in high school, and I'm only getting older. So I'll probably need Evermore later in life more than I will Fearless. Just because Evermore has more adult characters. I dunno. So yeah, Evermore. Skipless album!
