you know what i hate? bad habits. not exactly a ground breaking opinion i know i mean -- it's literally in the name, bad habits. there are some i dislike more than others, though. smoking i think is fine but you must have manners about it. don't do it at bus stops, around children, or in doors. gum is fine too i think, so long as you don't spit it on the floor.

but nail biting?

that's one thing i can't understand no matter how hard i try. and see that boy there?? with the curls --- the missing leg? watch him. thumb in mouth, chewing, gnawing. then he spits the nail away. just vile. he's leaning back with a metal and plastic leg propped up on the wall behind him, just chowing down on those little stubs he calls fingers.

the one good leg is bruised, scraped all down the knee like he recently took a tumble at a playground. what's he waiting for??? oh -- you. he sees you in the reflection of a window on the corner! you come walking down his way and he slinks into action, whistling sharply and unhooking the leg. a large dog comes from pissing on a lamp post near by ---- great dane? big, whatever he is. the boy holds the leg out and the dog takes it in it's mouth, starts running around the corner, at you.

" oi ---- stop tha' dog!!! "
