#personal#no diss to anyone just from my perspective going from smoking idek how many a day to now finding it p rank#it's been over three months since I properly stopped and I've had the odd cigarette between that time#but not enjoyed them#shamefully vaping is helping but I'm getting sick of that too#gonna try go off that once I'm all healed and life is more normal and I have less time on my hands#this was brought to u bc a man was smoking directly next to me
