Finished my project for art class!! Wooden rod puppet!
#it moves around!! but i cant really crop a video#the joints were absolute hell to make and took FOREVER which is why there are no back legs#there were goinngh to be some#but i did most of this last night and got tired#and had a lotts saw dust makin me sneeze#inspired by a random tik tok i saw of a wooden rod rabbit by ithink? the chiodo brothers?#couldnt find literally anything else about it so i just like... visually downloaded it#no directions just me being a mad scientist with some sticks and a hand rotary tool#will use the plastic cuttinh bit for evil#also his name is hellrabbit because god his beady little eyes are awful lol#my art#puppet tag#also fun extra: my original plan was a hanging box with lots of fake plants and moss that had a mechanically moving creature inside#so this is the dorect opposite#being metalic looking and robotic themes (wish i couldve put more into that) but organically moving by a persons hand.#ig this could be a statement how robots are essentially fully under our control and have no random elements vs nature doing its own thing#despite us#anyways everyone else in my class did shoe boxes and shit no wonder im 2 weeks iver the due date
