unironically i think tv tropes is a great way to try and keep characterization sharp, not to mention the tf2 character pages are BOUNTIFUL

-he’s agile, he’s older but what he’s somewhat loss in evasiveness and agility he’s more than compensated with increased stealth

-always has ulterior motives, he’s loyal to himself above all and will betray anyone to save his own skin. he's also paranoid everyone is out to get him.

-utter sadist, and gets a sick joy out of the suffering of others no matter how superficial.

-would rather die than admit he’s wrong

-a taste for the finer things in life and isn’t ashamed of expensive taste

-petty af and is the worst about holding grudges, but likes to think he’s serious and cunning. just loves to get under people's skin

-hard to please, but he loves to tease and goad you on and keep you on your toes

-has a bit of chub to his belly but is in denial and hides it almost undetectably under shapewear

-has sacrificed his emotional relationships to focus on his career and portends a n air of detached professionalism
