4KOTA Theory
Nasiens is intentionally taken and hidden to never be found
Ever since Nasiens being Kiane's kid was being talked about. I always wondered who had the balls of steel to do this. I know fairies are tricksters but I don't think they're stupid enough to do something like this. Then, I realized something. I realized just how far away Echo Gorge is to the Forest.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
From what we learned from this week's chapter the portal to the Fairy Realm is in the Original Fairy King's Forest which is located at the most northern part of Britannia while the New Fairy Kings Forest is much closer to the Kingdom of Liones, there's still a possibility that there is also a portal in the New Forest. But, regardless of that it is still a massive distance from Echo Gorge which is quite close to the ruins of Camelot which is located at the most Southern part of Britannia. They're literally at the opposite ends of the map. Which makes me think that whoever took Nasiens made sure that he was never found and by the looks of things the fairy who took Nasiens never came back to the Fairy Realm or the Forest because if they did King would demand that Fairy to bring his child back.
I am lowkey suspecting that Camelot is behind this. There's a possibility that they manipulated a fairy to do this, we already saw that Arthur made a fairy to transform into Merlin just for his own satisfaction. I wouldn't put it past Camelot to do something like this.

Okay, I have something to say. I can be wrong or not, but let's go.
There's a theory that Mertyl and Nasiens were victims of a prank (the changeling thing), but in the chapter 141
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
In both cases, King says that maybe he was unconsciously looking after him.
Unconsciously.
No parent will stop looking after a child, no matter how long that child was lost. No matter how much years it's takes.
Unless is dead.
Unless the parents think his child is dead.
All this time, they thought that they child was dead.
This is why it take 2 years to tell Nasiens the truth. They were afraid of the truth (that they failed to find they child).
This is why they haven't told Mertyl about being adopted (one of the possible reasons).
They firstborn child "died" and no one's knew about that.
Maybe I am wrong. Maybe not. But it's a good reason to all of that have happened.

And since were on the topic of s4... Hearing this again brings so much nostalgia
S4 was the only season I watched when it was releasing (AND OF COURSE IT WAS THE LAST SEASON) and just by remembering how I waited every week for the episodes brings a tear to my eyes, and those little animations after the Ed(/。\) Such great memories ESPECIALLY since Mael finally got revealed and I was SCREAMING like crazy seeing it.
I so need to rewatch 7ds.

I was thinking about this and I just wonder why Guinevere said "someone whose heart you can never have". Why never? There are only 3 possibilities:
1. She is basically incapable of loving someone. And we know this isn't true because she had a crush on Meliodas when she was 12-13 (which is utterly STUPID and I refuse to accept that it was that serious) but anyway that means she's capable of liking someone romantically.
2. She's dead... Which, could be but I don't think Arthur is crazy enough to kill the woman he supposedly loves (which is, once again, STUPID) and she's also powerful enough to protect herself from anyone who tries. And I'm not coming up with anyone in particular who would want her dead...
So, that left one possibility.
3. She already loves someone else.
And again, I'm not coming up with any name (except for Escanor)....
The fact that Guinevere knew it wasn't the real Merlin implies that she must have seen the real Merlin in her vision, doing something that confirmed to Guinevere that she's not on his side/her heart doesn't belong to Arthur. Or Guinevere was just saying things to hurt/offense Arthur and I'm reading too much into it lol

Worreldane and merlin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So if the theory that Merlin in lions is true
Why not contact any of the other sins especially meliodas and Elizabeth
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Maybe she that afraid of chaos,or maybe something else happened maybe Merlin got turn old by chaos or someone else like Worreldane
It been said that maybe Worreldane from merlins old home that the SD and Dk destroyed
Other think Worreldane and Merlin were students under demon clan/ of gowther
Other think she one of Merlin former students
Worreldane said to be an old mage ,so if that's true she could maybe be one of the 3 things I mentioned
If she upset with merlin do to 2 things ,Merlin getting there home destroyed,or her being a former student of Merlin she may hold a grudge against her like Vivian does
So I can see these two possibly fighting in the future and I'm sure we'll get more on the white witches backstory since she seems like such an important character who's linked to Merlin from what Elizabeth said and one of the recent chapters
She could possibly be an old friend of Merlin's or like I said a student and she could possibly cited with Arthur wanting to seek out Merlin and get revenge on her but I don't think she's letting the revenge part be known or she could just be seeking out Merlin for one other purpose and maybe that's why she cited with Arthur because they're both looking for Merlin
I actually hope we get to see more interactions between the two in the future
I especially think that Worreldane may have some hitting agenda we might not know about this is just me guessing at this point but she could be the character that could be a standing for Arthur's sister who's always appeared and aetherian legends Morgana or in some versions Morgan lafaye , Arthur's sometimes biological sister through uther penragon, and in some versions she's Arthur's half sister through his mother queen igdeg
Cuz I'm not sure if we'll see Morgan lafaye in 4 knights or not or maybe we will because in some versions of some stories like even in some of the green night stories and even in the green night movie we're going to lafaye was Gwaine mother instead of mordreds so we might not even see Mordred in this story
I would be shocked if we maybe see
Worreldane turn on Arthur and try to take him out is a way to get revenge on Merlin because if there's a possibility she wants revenge on Merlin what better way to get revenge on her then taking out something she takes so much pride in and put so much effort in for 3000 years Arthur and chaos itself
Even though we've only seen her only a little bit in the story I wouldn't be shocked if something like this happened I'm hoping we do get some twist like this where we end up finding out we have to fight her for some reason at some point in the future I think it'd be an interesting thing to see in the story but I'm also thinking some other things will happen with Worreldane down the line I don't think she going to die but will play a bigger role in the funeral especially if she ends up fighting Merlin in the future
Tumblr media
We see that she's there along with Arthur and the other four evils but we also see in the cloud of smoke to the left a silhouette in the smoke that could possibly be Merlin

I honestly had done this drawing a while ago imagining Tristan's new outfit! I would have loved to have seen it cute with a tail and a bow, but I'm happy anyway because it's so gorgeous 🥺 and it's even more beautiful...💖
Tumblr media
BUT
I decided to keep this design and use it for my AU villain Tristan! Since I had also used it for this one anyway.

Pls let me know what you think🥺💖💖

All right, all right!
Hear me out first! I've had some thoughts about Lancelot.
.
Tumblr media
Okay, I think everyone's read the last chapter of SDS about Lance's disappearance and Jericho. At the end, there was a line about Lancelot returning under the moniker "prince of the lake."
.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But the question was raised in some people's minds "how?" if Lance himself said that no one, after fighting him, was left alive.
.
Tumblr media
And now in the last chapter, Lancelot fights Nanashi, and when he saw Lance's magic, he realised its nature.
When the battle was over, Lance didn't kill Nanashi, they became friends.
.
So, my theory is that it's Nanashi who starts the rumour about Lancelot, which gives him the nickname "Lakeside".

Time for some ✨theories✨
What? New shady Chaos Knights? And one has Goddess powers? Oh no. Oh NO.
Tumblr media
Who is this motherfucker? And what's he doing to best girl Gawain?
Okay I'm pretty sure this guy is either a more or less brainwashed Mael or some other kind of demon-goddess hybrid by the looks of his mask. (Very similar to Mael when he went apeshit in NNT). Very possible that he's some Goddess Zombie of a character we already know. Maybe some Archangels. Maybe not. His sleeves look similar to Mael's outfit too. Maybe Arthur infueled one of his knights with Goddess magic, maybe he straight up fused someone.
My guess is: this guy's the reanimated corpse of Denzel Liones mixed with Nerobasta's magic. Look at the sword. It would be fun to have them back if we ended up meeting Derriere's reincarnation *cough* Thetis? *cough*
Or maybe he's NANASHI?
Either way FACE REVEAL, WHEN?

What is Nasiens?
In light of what is currently going on in the manga. I'm gonna talk about this one.
So, if I'm being perfectly honest, at this point, I don't care about the Nasiens-is-a-girl theory. To me, Nasiens is Nasiens and I love him regardless of what his gender may be and after looking through the raws of Chapter 139, all will be revealed in Chapter 140.
So, here's the thing. The theory about Nasiens being a girl, makes sense, it has merit I'm not gonna deny that however the only reason why I had issues with the theory for so long now is because there's no reason for Nasiens to hide his true gender.
Characters hiding their identity always stems from the reason why they're hiding these things. The character's reason for hiding their true identity is so important that it bugged me to no end on why on earth nobody has ever spoken about the reason Nasiens is hiding his true gender.
Now, here's the deal. Nasiens' identity reveal can go two ways.
1. Nasiens is a girl (just like everyone assumes)
2. Nasiens is a fairy and has tiny wings on his back.
I don't think Nakaba will do both. (I'll be astounded if he did)
Now, with Nasiens being a fairy and has wings in my head actually makes sense and it follows the thought process of the first one.
Let me explain, as far as I know, the reason why people theorize that Nasiens is a girl is his refusal and embarrassment to be seen at least half naked by people (I don't really follow the theory it may not just be this) because you know Nasiens will be revealing his top and if Nasiens is a girl there will be two things that dudes shouldn't see.
Let's put that logic into this. Nasiens doesn't want people to see his body because he's hiding something. It may just be Fairy Wings, and here comes the why that the Nasiens-is-a-girl theory is missing.
Nasiens is raised in a forest filled with fairies. Fairies are known for two things, their wings and their ability to fly. If Nasiens is secretly a fairy and has tiny wings he would obviously suspect his own identity, they may just have sprouted recently, maybe along with his magic, who knows. But the point is, Nasiens has wings and he can't fly, this to him is an abnormality and he would obviously feel embarrassed to even talk about it let alone show anyone, especially now that he's literally in the Fairy Realm.
Even King has shown insecurity at the fact that he, The Fairy King doesn't have wings but hey at least he can fly. But Nasiens, for his entire life assumed that he's human just one day sprouting wings, Nasiens knows that he's adopted by Ordo and this phenomenon could very much help him learn what his true identity which I think did intrigued and made him feel a bit relieved that now he knows some truth about who he really is. But, ever heard of a fairy that can't fly, that's just ridiculous. Lancelot technically can fly, even if he has to transform to do it but hey can still do it.
But that's just me and my rambling mind. You know me when it comes to Fairies and my fav characters I'll talk and talk.

I have a big theory about Gelda and Orlondi are brothers.
Has we know Gelda is clearly a vampire, but also Orlondi say it was a vampire behind being a floating eye or something else.
In one extra manga story we can see that both and some more vampires where close in some way, that makes me think that they hade some connection, even they were the only 2 vampires that survived, that's sus because Orlondi isn't a very important character, maybe is coincidence, but in the new film of Nanatsu no Taizai the trama go around Edinburg, the city attached for the vampires and it's possible that we will see some of orlondi and Geldas relation.
One least suport for the theory is that they have a similar palet color, like the hair and the eyes.
The only camera seconds whit Orlondi in his human form are in a cave, so the illumination and the enfocaron isn't so good, but we can see is quite similar to Gelda's
Tumblr media
Also, if we took the palette color from his eye form, we can see the similarity, but the illumination of orlondi's image is diferent so it looks more greeny
Tumblr media
Maybe they are just coincidences but I'm pretty sure that there is something between them, so i can't wait to see more of these two vampires.

Hi... long time no NnT-Analysis.
I want to talk about Lancelot and Tristan's dynamic. I'll be putting it under a read-more so I don't spam your dashboard.
Tumblr media
First, let's take a look at their designs.
Tristan's Signature Color: Blue-ish Teal
Lancelot's Signature Color: Pink-ish Red
According to color theory, these two colors complement one another. Nakaba utilizes complementary colors quite often in his designs. You'll notice this in many of the most important pairs. It's a visual way to emphasize the connection between two people.
The use of complementary colors goes as far as Lancelot's Sin disguise. When he takes that form, he wears a teal collar... Just like how Tristan wears a collar with Lancelot's red.
Both of them also got their hair colors from their mother, while the style is more similar to their fathers. They have what has been described as a "feminine" appearance. Lancelot is incredibly bothered by this, to the extent he tries really hard to present as masculine. Tristan on the other hand doesn't seem to be bothered by it himself.
Their first volume covers also mirror one another.
Tumblr media
Their namesakes are pulled from Arthurian mythos. In some of the original stories, Lancelot and Tristan do act similarly as friends who are "two sides of the same coin" in a way. Fated companions who counter one another.
Going into actual plot stuff now. The way their stories are intertwined, the particular tropes their relationship embodies, and why it's important.
The growth of both of their characters is often explored through their connection. For example, Lancelot first learned to read hearts while dueling Tristan.
Tumblr media
Ban references the moment Lancelot received his scar here. Tristan was so excited while dueling his friend, that he lost control of himself. The heightened emotions awakened the dark magic in him that he inherited from his father. Tristan blacked out, striking Lancelot.
This was a significant moment for both of them. Tristan and Lancelot both experienced an "awakening" here, which set them down their respective paths and cemented their bond.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lancelot is quite literally marked by him. With this scar, there will always be apart of him that is irreversible tied to his relationship with Tristan.
Additionally, the fact Tristan had hurt and permanently scarred Lancelot is what triggered Tristan's anxiety about fighting. It affected him so deeply that he began to fear combat, instead wanting to pursue a path of healing. So that it would never happen again.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The bulk of this film takes place when they're both 14. Which is a few years after Lancelot initially went missing. He felt the need to hide his identity, but even in his disguise, he wanted to somehow push Tristan to his peak performance.
This illustrates how Lancelot never once viewed him as a threat. Tristan isn't a monster to him... He wants to see him exercise the strength that Tristan is so terrified of.
(I wish this site had CC, but Lancelot wolf-whistles at him before this line...)
Tumblr media
Lancelot knows Tristan well enough to be aware that these fears would hold him back in combat. He takes action when they fight together, pushing and prodding him until he is forced to conquer that fear and act.
Tristan's hesitancy comes from his care for Lancelot. He's terrified at the thought of ever hurting him-- or anyone-- again. Lancelot sees this differently. He views Tristan's attitude as if he's viewing Lancelot as someone weak who needs protection. He has faith in Tristan's strength and never doubts him. But that faith only makes things more complicated when Tristan avoids facing him. Lancelot knows he's capable and he wants to be his equal in that regard.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Earlier, I referenced Ban's comment in the one-shot where he wonders if Lancelot's behavior at that time had to do with this duel. There's an implication that part of why Lancelot felt so restless and inadequate had to do with Tristan's rejection. This was worsened by the fact that Lancelot had learned to read hearts, so he could see what Tristan must've been thinking in that moment. Tristan's concern doesn't come from viewing Lancelot as weak, but that's how Lancelot interpreted his heart and his words.
Between that and being babied by his parents, he lashed out and ran away to "prove himself." Which is how he went missing to begin with.
He didn't want to stop like Tristan did. He wanted to keep going. Tristan's strength motivated him, but Tristan didn't return those feelings because of his own self-loathing.
In the end, Lancelot is the one who convinces Tristan to embrace his power. He vowed to be there to stop Tristan in case things ever go too far.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lancelot reads Tristan's heart in this moment and smiles to himself.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lancelot's love for his friend manifests through his desire to propel Tristan to his peak potential. Through Lancelot's affection, Tristan changes forever. His pure faith in Lancelot and his intentions was all he needed to conquer his fears. To him, he doesn't need to be worried about losing himself, because he has Lancelot.
Many years pass since this moment, but Tristan still views Lancelot as that anchor he needs by his side. Tristan's control over his power has grown significantly, but he still fears using it without Lancelot by his side.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Something interesting about their dynamic in the present day is the way the dynamic has flipped. While Tristan respects Lancelot's power, now he is the one feeling weak in comparison. This is also a testament to the strength of their bond. While Tristan feels they're no longer "equal", it doesn't drive a wedge in their relationship. He isn't resentful or jealous, it doesn't push him away from Lancelot. Their bond is too strong for that.
Not to mention, what seems to bother him more than anything else is the fact that Lancelot won't discuss how he gained this new power. He's bothered by the way his friend vanished without a word for so long, and now refuses to talk about what happened.
Tumblr media
Regardless, this just means that Tristan trusts Lancelot's abilities without question. The moment he arrives, Tristan believes so strongly in his ability to win above anyone else. If anyone can defeat the King of Camelot, it will be his closest companion.
Tumblr media
Circling back to Lancelot being his anchor: This is pretty common in fantasy Shounen. Leading characters who possess dark magic often have a partner who they rely on to bring them back down, or stop them from going too far and losing themself. However, you usually see it between the leading male main character and the female secondary protagonist... In fact, this is the exact dynamic Meliodas and Elizabeth had with each other in the original manga.
This dynamic came up frequently whenever Meliodas went full-demon mode. But this page from the Holy War arc in particular really reminds me of Lancelot's line where he says he'll "beat Tristan into the dirt if he has to."
Tumblr media
Considering these two are Tristan's parents, you'd think the parallel with Tristan would be between him and Isolde, or something. But it's not. It's with Lancelot.
Their chemistry is so natural. They spend some time apart, but nothing really changes. The play off of each other so easily and understand each other so deeply.
Tumblr media
Lancelot teases him for a lot of things. Being air-headed, being childish around his parents, etc. But it isn't mean-spirited, and Tristan knows that. It's just an aspect of their relationship and one of the ways Lancelot shows affection to people. That's Tristan's best friend who is mean to him, but he still calls him by a cute little nickname ("Lance.")
Tumblr media
The implications that Tristan has called Lancelot out for being like his father before is really funny. Quick lines like this convey a lot about a relationship, it demonstrates that familiarity.
Tumblr media
I have a lot more I could say about them, but Tumblr apparently has a 30 image limit per-post. I'm just really excited to see what comes next for them in the timeskip. I suspect all of these building themes are going to come together in some pretty important ways the closer that we get to the main conflict of the sequel.
This analysis isn't necessarily meant to be shippy... But I do ship them, lol... ❤️

Hello, I love your nnt rewrite and the redesigns of the characters, but I gotta ask: are you gonna rewrite the abilities of the main characters or are you gonna keep them as they are.
Hi, thanks so much!
For the most part, the main characters' abilities stay the same, but I am changing a few. Ban still has Snatch and Gowther keeps Invasion. Escanor still has Sunshine, though I explore it a bit more and what it could be capable of. Merlin still has Infinity, of course, since it ties in so much with her backstory and why everyone wanted her in the first place, thus leading to how she got cursed; though, I might tweak it a bit since it's so overpowered in general.
I thought about changing Diane's to something that ties in with her Sin of Envy (a kind of mimicry ability), but the Giants tend to all have the same abilities, so I scraped that idea and decided to make her envy more as a sense of inferiority. In the rewrite, Diane is a lot less talented with her powers unlike other Giants (whereas in canon, she was noted to almost be a prodigy) and so was envious of others for being just naturally better than she was. This ties into the whole arc I made for her (both before and during the main story) of fighting tooth and nail to become stronger and more skilled rather than just being a natural. But I digress.
The only mains whose abilities are chanegd the most are King and Meliodas. Since King wasn't originally born to the Fairy King in the rewrite, I decided to give him Elaine's ability, Miracle Wind, from canon, while Elaine had Disaster. Elaine is tied to the earth, whereas King is more tied to the weather (which is a big part of nature) and can greatly affect it with his winds.
Meliodas, on the other hand, now essentially has Sound Manipulation (like Vanya/Viktor from the Umbrella Academy, but a little bit different). It doesn't quite have the same effect as Full Counter, but it more or less does the same thing with him using the sound of a person's attacks to reflect it back at them (which, of course, works even better if the person uses a weapon). To me, Full Counter always felt a little bit silly and the most video game-esque of the main powers (even before the power level element got brought in). Still, I DID like the aspect of being able to throw an attack back at an enemy when they attack you. Meliodas' power in the rewrite now ties in directly with his backstory and his role among the Goddesses before the Fall. It's also why he's teaching Gowther the Circle of Fifths from Music Theory in one of my previous drawings and why he has so many instruments in Elizabeth's room in the rewrite.
Thanks for asking! Let me know if you have any questions.
