Under 200 lbs for the first time in 2 years. Yesterday I got some new running shoes at @ffstl and at 7 AM this morning went on a 7.5 mile run with my parents. I feel awesome. Working up to do a half marathon in October. Never thought I’d become a runner but here I am.
