yes tonight is the night of the lemon orzo with feta cheese and spinach. i'll update you all on it later

long time no see here is your sign to boil couscous with a vegetable stock cube and then fry garlic and spinach together and add white beans and oat cream and a little white miso and then boil green beans quick on the side and put it all together and put feta cheese on top

you should whip a block of feta cheese with a bit of pasta water and black pepper the shit out of it and put it with your pasta and top with sage garlic and onion fried mushrooms. just did and it is just everything. could take some thyme too

lemon orzo recipe: this recipe which is weirdly loose on amounts which is nice. i think it is for four servings, i made about half as much. one whole lemon, three cloves of garlic at least, half a chicken stock cube fried, three cubes of frozen spinach. fry stock garlic salt pepper and spinach together then add water, lemon zest and more orzo than you think in relation to the water. after like 15 minutes it's all nice and gooey, lemon juice in and a little cream (i used vegan). loads of feta and parmesan on top. extra black pepper always :)

went home bc i felt horrible about my life, made french onion inspired mushroom pasta, am doing laundry, might vaccuum

i'm 3 and a half hours into my 17hr journey home 🤝 awake at 2.30am on a train in the middle of deep snow norway

if my flatmate gets out of the kitchen in time... i will fry mushrooms with onion and garlic and a dash of cream, thyme, chicken stock and soy sauce and then boil rice and make two packed lunches for the rest of the week...
