A terrifically fruit expression from Ninthcloud, bringing together the vibrancy of mango and passion fruit with tasty rum. Ninthcloud is an aged Dominican Rum, infused with various fruits, spices, and confectionery to give this a totally tropical flavour. A brilliant treat for a Friday afternoon, this should do well with a good fruit juice, or make a marvelous exotic twist on a Mojito, even perhaps a good tonic water if you're already a fan of the classic G&T and want something a little different... My tasting notes: Fresh tropical fruit notes sit up front, with a little hint of brown sugar and white pepper appearing behind the juicy mango sweetness. Ninthcloud has 3 products. First one is Banana and toffee, the second is mango and passion, and last one is 813 Distillery Edition. Distillery Edition is their golden Rum in its purest form.
