A/N:sorry if I got any of the characters wrong, I was using a combo of wiki/Google translate as I don't speak any of the languages mentioned. Pls let me know if I got any info wrong, i will gladly go in and change it to make it right.

General:

Half Indian and half Chinese.

His and nya's last name is 鄭 (Zheng), but he says it's Smith bc when they where younger he got in the habit of lying about his name so he Didnt have to deal with CPS.

His ma is from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, and was a practicing Hindu. Ray is from the 云南 (yunnan) province, and was a practicing theravida Buddhist. Ray is ethnically from the 傣族 (dai people, also spelt Tai in english)

Before his parents dissapearances, they both brought him to their hometowns, and actively taught him both cultures and religions, which he continued to learn about and even teach Nya about after their dissapearances.

When he was 14 he bought a small boat and him and Nya rode it across the costal line, and he promised Nya one day when he was older he'd bring the both of them to their parents hometowns.

He's a Buddhist.

He speaks so many languages.

Takes place after season 7,

In plain sight

Jay had been sitting there for an hour. hands folded with his hair covering his eyes like he was some scary villain thinking of his evil villain plans.

It would have been concerning if it was anyone else. But when it comes to Jay, it wasn't the weirdest thing that he had done. So when Zane had passed by the grab himself some breakfast, he had just spoken with a quick "Good morning, Jay." and continued without paying Jay any mind, and instead sitting across from the blue ninja as he started reading today's news paper.

Lloyd, as the responsible and mature green ninja, had of course woken up first and had eaten a long time ago. That seemed to be the case for Cole and (y/n) as well.

However when Kai (who went to sleep late, but woke up at a pretty average 8 o'clock) arrived for the same purpose as Zane, he couldn't just ignore Jay. After grabbing a bowl and filling it with cereal and milk, he sat next to Jay. He ate a spoonful while staring at the blue ninja. He hadn't moved an inch.

"Jay? You okay buddy?" Jay gave him no answer. Kai blinked, and continued eating. But when he was done, he tried again.

"Is anybody home? Hello!? Jay!?" Kai waved a hand in front of Jay's face, but got no reaction. In the end, the red ninja shrugged, took his now empty bowl and spoon and placed them in the sink before sitting back down next to Jay.

He wasn't really busy, so instead he copied Jay's pose, and just sat quietly. Zane ignored them both.

It wasn't until much later, that Nya woke up. She was the opposite of an early bird. Even if she went to sleep early, she could not wake up early on the weekend.

"...Morning, guys." She said as she walked into the kitchen. Zane returned the greeting, while Kai gave her a silent nod. Jay of course was still silent.

Nya was too tired to even notice, and only gave Jay a good morning kiss, but not getting one in return, did she finally realize something was wrong.

"Kai, what are you two doing?" Nya questioned, snapping to get Jay's attention, but that sadly didn't work.

"No idea. I found him here like this." Kai said, Not moving from the pose he had adopted from the blue ninja.

"That is the case for me as well." Zane answered, placing the news paper neatly down on the table.

"Just splash him with water." A sudden voice spoke up from the doorway. Lloyd, who was passing by the kitchen, had noticed the situation and had stopped to listen in as well.

"Did you say something to him?" Nya asked, one eye brow raised in suspicion. Lloyd only shook his head.

"Heck, no. I haven't spoken to him at all today."

"Then what's wrong with him?!" Kai suddenly broke the pose as he jumped up, pointing at Jay as Lloyd shrugged. In the end, no one got a better idea, and Nya formed a bubble of water on top of Jay's head. And without warning, she dropped it.

Jay jumped up, letting out a shrill scream as he did. He quickly shook his arms and legs violently, trying to get rid of as much water as possible. Kai let out a laugh as Lloyd walked in and took a seat next to the red ninja. Meanwhile Nya sat next to Zane.

"Why would you do that?!" Jay let out a high pitched shout as Nya gave Jay a deadpan expression.

"Jay, you were being all moody just sitting there, nothing else could get your attention."

"Oh, right." Jay let out in 'realization', as he sat back down, even if he was totally drenched.

"Why were you acting like in the first place? Did the Star Farer comics get cancelled or something?" Kai finally asked as silence fell.

Jay didn't say anything, seeming to be deep in though, before the reason hit him like lightning again.

"...You guys will not believe me."

"Did they actually cancel Star Farer or something?!" Lloyd let out in horror as Jay let out a scoff.

"Of course not! It was Cole and (y/n)!" Jay shouted as the others all looked at him with questioning looks.

"Cole and (y/n) what? Did they try to cancel Star Farer-?" The second question was barely out of Kai's mouth before Jay smacked him in to back of his head.

"Star Farer isn't getting cancelled! I saw Cole and (y/n) here this morning. They were kissing."

"What about it? I kiss my mom good morning sometimes-" Lloyd was cut off as Jay slammed his palm on the table.

"No! They were right there, kissing, on the lips, romantically." Now the others were completely silent.

"...You sure?" Kai asked after a bit. Jay nodded to him vigorously before continuing.

"Yes! This morning, right when I was about to walk in, I saw them kissing right there!" Right there presumably being the place Jay was pointing to, which was in front of the kitchen counter.

"...You really sure?" Kai questioned one more time as Jay let out a frustrated yell.

"YES!"

"Wanna bet on it?" Kai cockily added, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Sure! I put today's lunch on the line!" Jay came back at him with a scowl and an annoyed tone.

"Deal! Whoever loses buys everyone lunch!" As Kai agreed to Jay's terms, Jay jumped up from his seat.

"I'll prove it to you all right now! Let's go!" Jay ran out of the kitchen, leaving the others to look between each other in confusion, before abandoning their breakfasts and running after the blue ninja.

"Look, look!" Jay whispered out as he arrived in the monastery yard. (y/n) and Cole were putting up laundry together, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Still the team kept their eyes sharp as they observed. It was too bad they couldn't hear their conversation.

But nothing seemed to be happening at all anyway.

"You owe us one lunch, mate." Kai deadpanned as Jay whipped his head at him.

"Don't call me 'mate', Kai!" Jay whispered with a tone of annoyance, when Zane suddenly tapped on Jay's shoulder.

"Is that what you were talking about?" The white ninja spoke, turning his hand towards (y/n) and Cole.

The rest of the team all turned back towards the scene when their jaws dropped. Cole and (y/n) were basically glued together, grinning and laughing about something while holding onto each other lovingly, even sharing a short kiss. But before the team could observe the sight any better, Jay let out a shout.

"THAT'S IT!!!" The sudden shout alerted the two ninja, and in no more than a second, had (y/n) already pushed Cole away.

The (f/c) ninja grabbed a laundry basket from the ground, shoved it in Cole's hands, and rushed away without saying anything.

Cole was left standing by the laundry line, dumbfounded until he spotted Jay and the others from the corner of his eye.

The black ninja looked annoyed, but he masked it with a greeting and a smile.

"Kai..." Nya started in a whisper, as Kai let out a long sigh before speaking up again:

"I know, I know... I owe you guys lunch."

you normally run up to him like that when a mission was claimed successful. other times you do it just to see his reaction, and it always makes you laugh. sometimes you just hug him, but other times you just start spinning. although he's a ninja and has trained to be imune to sneak attacks, you always make him scream when you randomly jump at him and spin him around.

your a giggling mess when he spins faster, but not fast enough to do spinjitzu.

he's noticed you do this whenever your really happy, so he knows when your unhappy because you won't hug him and spin him around like your always did.

"is that really as fast as you can go?" kai grinned as you spun both of you around. that statement ended with you both falling on the ground after 50x spins in a row.

JAY ★

loves it when you hug him and spin him around. it's got him smiling ear to ear and giggling left and right. your arms are normally wrapped around his neck whiles his are wrapped around your waist as you both spin. sometimes your legs are wrapped around his torso, but thats only when you know jay will just randomly let go of you for fun..one time leading you tumbling to the floor and banged your head on the table. big trust issues were lost that day.

when you first did this, cole was scared. he didn't know you were going to randomly start spinning and accdiently did spinjitzu. you cried his name out as you held onto him for dear life. he noticed you started doing this more when you were happy or a mission was successful.

all he's nervous about is that your going to be to extreme and cause you both to fall over, him landing ontopnof you because your the one spinning him.

other then that he's all for this now. he'll even join in one the spinning whne he's in the mood and lift you into the air.

ZANE ★

he just lets you spin him around. assuming your running at him for a hug, he opens his arms with a smile, but he's caught off guard when you jump at him and spin on your heels.

𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 :)

Roby spins on his levitating board as he announces the next round. I stand, leaning against one of the nearby temples. The ninjas—my past teammates—are gathered at one end. I spot three new ninjas: one wearing orange, one with cat ears, and another… oh god, it’s another Kai. Speaking of which, there’s a missing Kai. Also present is Lloyd. I notice he has finally taken up his role as master. I would congratulate him if I weren’t trying to gain Ras’ trust.

Roby snaps me out of my daze as he loudly (and annoyingly) hypes up the crowd. “Are you ready? I think you are. Yeah!” His large head is projected onto the massive TVs on the top display. “When they talk about the Tournament of the Sources, they often say ‘Legendary’ and ‘Mythic.’ But now they’ll also say ‘Mega-tight’ and ‘Stang-zoot’—” He continues, overly exaggerating his movements. I snarl, quite annoyed by Roby; he’s just not my type of person. I prefer calm—mostly—collected individuals, someone who can take charge. Be a reliable leader. Like Lloyd…. “—A new word I just made up, let the games continue!” However, I have to admit, that his flare and playfulness are most welcoming. Furthermore, it's quite comforting to see the ninja after such a long time. "Get your umbrella hats on causes it's about to rain elemental powers!" God this guy talks a lot. Nearly as much as Jay. Dude yapps. "First up today, she's smoking hot and likes to fight a lot. It's Wyldfyre, Elemental Master of Heat!" One of the new ninjas, I have very high hopes for this one. She was trained by Lloyd so how could I doubt that much. Since the merge, I have noticed a spike in the elemental masters, and a lot of new elemental powers appearing. I watch as the ninja hype up Wyldfyre, cheering for her. "Versus a spooky man, with a somehow more soulless gaze. Atlas! Elemental Master of, BOO, Supernatural."

There are loud gasps as I walk to the front of Ras' group, most of my team smirking widely at the ninja. Lloyd looks at me, his gaze soft and sad, with just a hint of sharp betrayal. Maybe, that gaze is enough to break my facade, that is, if I was fighting him head-on. However, fortunately, I am spared from having to fight my best friend - and maybe lover? I walk towards the middle of the entry of the arena, Wyldfyre doing the same, with Lloyd stalking just behind. I look away from Lloyd, pulling up my face mast to conceal just half of my face. I suppose it helps to cover the soft smile that temps itself to dance onto my lips. Or, the smirk that fights to plaster itself on my face. Though, Lloyd - oh the confident one - decides to ignore my obvious caution to stay away, by grabbing one of my hands. With a matching one of his and using the other to grip my neck scarf - one that he bought for me himself - this brings are faces inches closer. "Lloyd..." I whisper cautiously. My eyes widen in shock, he's never been this angry or forward. At least, not at me. "Where have you been?!" He shouted, causing me to - attempt - to step back. I shove him back, dusting myself off. Fixing my quickly cracking facade.        "-First to get it out of the circle wins!" I only catch the last part as I reposition myself next to my opponent. "Wyldfyre, I know you're itching for a good fight. But please, just go for the flag and win the game." Lloyd commanded. However, Wyldfyre seemed to totally disregard this information, instead deciding to ignore him entirely. "You know, I would listen to him if I were you. With his advice, maybe there's a chance I won't absolutely eat you alive." I empathise it by using a finger to hook around my mask, dragging it down. I smirk, opening my mouth, and showing them my lower and upper fangs. Sticking out my long, black tongue. I grin and lick my lips, putting the mask back in its original place. "Let's go spooky stuff!" Cheers Cinder from the sidelines. Lloyd looks at me with a mix of shock and anger, I watch as he shivers at my sinister tone.

Then the bell rings, and we both sprint forward, though I'm at an advantage and easily overtake her. Before I can get to the flag though, she shoots fire in front of me, I easily use the small fragment of Realm crystal in my ring to teleport behind her. Using spinjitzu to hit her into the air, I teleport over her in the air. I clasp my hands together and use all my force to hit her back, sending her flying towards the floor. Before I can use my spinjitzu again, Lloyd shouts from the sidelines. "Master Wu taught you that, you know longer have the honour to use it!" I look at him, stopping my movements. Instead of using spinjitzu, I pull out a wolf mask - which was previously strapped to my back. "Fine." I put the mask on, Ras hits the gong and I go into a shatter spin. Hitting Wyldfyre head-on, she flies out of the stadium, slamming against a wall. I walk towards the flag, grasping it and tossing it somewhere over my shoulder.

"We have a winner! Wooo." Roby announces. I turn facing my ex-team, Nya and Zane look away, as if too ashamed to look at me. However, Cole speaks up. "Atlas...Really? With them? Did we mean nothing to you? Me? I thought we were close, you were like a little brother. Zane? Nya? Jay? what about Kai? He was your mentor, a big brother, even closer than us. And.. Lloyd? How could you throw that away to side with them?" I look away, ashamed. I should be ashamed, to betray them. To betray Lloyd. But, I'm not really betraying them if I'm being a double agent. Right? However, once again, I'm broken from my thoughts by Roby. "The elemental transfer." He says though he doesn't look very happy with the outcome of the match. I spread my arms, bowing dramatically, accepting the gift of Heat. I throw a fireball into the air, causing little specks to rain down. "Flashy." says an unknown voice from behind me. Probably owned by Roby or Cinder.

Morro stared at Wu’s back with no emotion. He just made Lloyd lose his Dad. He knew that Wu caused Garmadon to be poisoned in the first place. The Great Devourer. Now Lloyd is Father and Motherless. And they had no idea where Lloyd was.

-Two years later-

M/n was losing hope. He looked for Lloyd everywhere. He doubted that Garmadon sent Lloyd to Jamanakai. He needed a way into the Underworld. To his luck, he soon enough found a way.

“Morro, pack your sword. I found a way to the Underworld. Let us find out where Lloyd is at.”, M/n said one day.

Morro was fast as lightning and snatched his sword. M/n teleported to a camp with Skeletons and he looked at Samukai.

 “So ? Where is Garmadon ?”

A shadow appeared of him and it was in shock.

“M/n ? Morro ?”

“Garmadon ? We need to talk in person.”, M/n said.

“Bring them to me.”, Garmadon demanded.

Samukai nodded and Morro and M/n jumped onto their vehicle. They sped up and soon vanished in a portal. The Skeletons lead them to Garmadon and he just stood there.

“Oh little Brother... Look what happened to you. Are you okay ?”, M/n asked softly.

“I am just fine. How are you two and Lloyd ?”, Garmadon asked.

Morro looked at Garmadon worried.

“We are worried sick. We searched all over Ninjago, but we haven’t found Lloyd anywhere. Where did you sent him to ?”

Garmadon froze in place.

“I...I sent him into the boarding school near Ninjago City. Darkley's Boarding School for Bad Boys.”

M/n nodded.

“I will search him there then.”

“Me too !”, Morro insisted.

M/n nodded his head.

“You too.”

“You have been looking for two years and didn’t look there ?”, Garmadon asked.

“We didn’t have any clues where you left him. I thought he was at a Kita or at one of the places we hid as kids at, but nothing. Then I looked around everywhere, but not inside SCHOOLS. God, Garmadon, Lloyd was FOUR. A FOUR year old doesn’t GO to SCHOOL. Especially NOT a BOARDING SCHOOL.”

“You have a point...”, Garmadon muttered.

“Are you sure you are okay ?”, Morro asked.

“I miss my child, but that is all.”

Morro looked at him saddened.

“I bet he misses you too.”, he replied.

Garmadon looked at Morro.

“Do me a favor, Morro.”

He looked at the banished man.

“Protect Lloyd at all costs, for me, okay ?”

Morro gave Garmadon a determined look.

“I will. I promise.”, he replied.

“Thank you.”

He looked at M/n next and hugged Morro and M/n tightly.

“Find my Son and keep him save, please.”, Garmadon whispered.

“We won’t let you down.”, M/n replied.

-Time skip-

After a while they left and instantly went to the boarding school. They said that they were about to kick Lloyd out, for not being bad enough.

As the Director led them to Lloyd’s room, Morro saw him getting picked on by two other boys. He ran over and pushed them away from Lloyd.

“Oww ! Hey ! Do you know who I am ?!”, one of the two boys yelled at Morro.

“I don’t know you, nor do I CARE ! Leave my COUSIN alone, you little crybaby ! If you wanna feel better about yourself, pick on yourself, Coward !”, Morro yelled.

The two boys got up and saw Morro, shielding Lloyd from them. He looked at Morro in awe. He remembered Morro, even if it was just barely.

The boys laughed.

“That Baby is YOUR cousin ?! Man I would throw him out of my Family tree !”, the other boy said, laughing.

Lloyd looked away, saddened and hurt. Morro was angry. He punched the second boy hard in the face, breaking his nose and the other boy he kicked down. They were both crying and looking at him scared.

Morro scoffed.

“You weeping little shits, DARE to make fun of my cousin, even though you are fucking Crybabies ? Get out of my sight, before I make you wish you were never born.”, Morro threatened.

They quickly got up and ran for their lives. Morro turned around and looked at Lloyd, worried.

“Are you okay ? God, finally we found you. Who else bullied you ? Do I need to kick someone else’s ass ?”, Morro fretted over Lloyd, checking on him.

M/n glared at the Director.

“You better keep these brats under control, before I file a lawsuit on your asses.”, M/n threatened.

“I can file one against your child, Sir ! He hurt two children !”

“And they hurt MY NEPHEW ! And you didn’t do SHIT about it ! File a report, I will file multiple against your Bitch ass !”, M/n yelled at him angered.

The Director shut up instantly. M/n meant business and it scared the man.

Morro smirked at the Director darkly and stuck his tongue out. After that they collected Lloyd’s belongings and left. They went back home and M/n instantly gave Lloyd his own room.

“Are you sure you are okay, Lloyd ?”, the 15 year old Teenager asked.

“Now I am.”, he replied softly.

Then he hugged Morro tightly. He hugged him back.

“Thank you, for helping me and getting me out of there.”

“Of course. We were looking for you everywhere.”

“Did anyone visit you, Lloyd ?”, M/n asked.

“No... Uncle Wu didn’t. Mom didn’t and Dad didn’t either...”, he replied saddened.

“Well, your Dad is banished to another place, right now. He is unable to come visit you. But I am sure he will send you cards.”

Morro was angered that Wu didn’t even bother to visit Lloyd. What a prick !

-A few months later-

Morro was running after Lloyd in Jamanakai.

“Lloyd, no more troubles ! M/n will kill us !”

“Just one last time. I want some Candy...”

“Lloyd, just ask M/n, he will give you some money to buy sweets.”

“I know I won’t get any, but at least I’ll have fun, right ? It’s just gonna be a joke. Also, you KNOW that I wanna be just like my Dad, one day, Morro.”

Morro grimaced at that. Garmadon doesn’t want that for him though. Before Morro could say anything, he started to scare everyone and demanded for sweets. All he got was vegetables and fruit. Morro chuckled, caught an apple and took a bite from it, grinning at Lloyd.

“I hate vegetables !”, Lloyd complained, but almost smiled in the middle of it.

Sure he hated vegetables and fruit, but he expected something like this and it was fun to Lloyd. Yes his clothes will later be dirty, but he WANTED this. That was why Morro didn’t step in.

Morro chuckled and took another bite from his apple. He even looked at the salesman who threw it and gave him two yen for it, which the man thanked him for. (I don’t know how yen work, I just go with 1 yen = 1$.)

Morro got unnerved though, as he saw four colorful, hooded dressed people pick Lloyd up and telling them that nothing was there to see. He followed them and watched what they did. Then he saw that they hung him up in a Dragons maw of a roof, he got angry.

He attacked the Ninja and then saw the weapons. Golden Weapons.

‘Wu !’, Morro thought with distaste.

They had no chance to react and were on the floor.

“Who do you think you are, to do that to a CHILD ?! He doesn’t KNOW better ! And what are you supposed to be, huh ?! Bullies ?!”, Morro yelled angered at the men.

With Wind he got Lloyd down gently, who was actually sad and felt humiliated.

“Then teach him how to behave !”, the one dressed in red yelled like a snotty kid.

“Were you NEVER children ?! He was just fooling around, like damn ! He is a KID !”, Morro yelled.

“He is the SON of EVIL itself !”, the red dressed man yelled.

“YOUR SENSEI IS THE EVIL ITSELF ! HE ALMOST KILLED ME ! HE NEVER VISITED HIS OWN NEPHEW ! HE ABANDONED BOTH HIS OWN BROTHERS ! HE ABANDONED ME ! And what are you now supposed to be ?! The next laugh figures ?!”, Morro yelled at him angered and pissed off.

Lloyd hid behind Morro, scared.

“M-Morro ?”, Lloyd called softly.

He turned to look at Lloyd.

“What is it, Kiddo ?”, he asked, voice soft.

“C-can we just go home ? I don’t wanna play anymore...”, Lloyd asked softly, tears in his eyes.

Morro looked at him with sympathy and hugged Lloyd softly.

“Give me a second, okay ? Don’t run off.”, Morro asked.

Lloyd nodded and let go of Morro.

He used his Wind to blow the other Ninja after himself into an alley.

“How did you-?!”, the blue one wanted to ask, but Morro interrupted him.

“Lloyd was just messing around. Have you all never been a kid ? He never knew his Mom, Wu, his own Uncle, didn’t even visit him and Garmadon was the only one who cared for him, until he got banished to the Underworld. For you it might sound like some sob story of a kid, but he only had his Father to look up to. Sure he wants to be just like him, but mostly he just pulls pranks and other things. He knew he won’t get any candy, he just wanted to play. Leave a kid alone and let them be a fucking child, will you ?”, Morro said, heatedly.

They stared at him.

“We-we had no idea. Wait...Wu is his Uncle and he never visited him ?”, the black one asked.

Morro made a sour face.

“Not even once. He was on the boarding school for bad boys and we pulled him out of it, a few months ago. Everyone bullied him for not being bad enough. He lives with M/n and me now. M/n is Lloyd’s other Uncle and I am his adopted Son, which makes me Lloyd’s cousin. M/n has been pretty busy lately, to get food on the table and I am taking care of Lloyd. He barely did any damage, just messed around and tried to have some fun. I would have been more worried, if he stole items.”

“Sensei Wu never told us about a M/n, Lloyd and Morro. How do we know you are not lying ?”, the white one asked.

Morro’s face darkened.

“Mention our names and ask him about us. That you met us here. I bet he will be surprised to hear that I am still alive.”, Morro answered darkly.

“Still alive ? You mentioned he almost got you killed. Why ?”

Morro stayed silent for a while.

“It is a taboo thing to talk about in the household I live in, for Lloyd’s sake. But let us just say, Wu made me believe in something...Something I was so determined to be, that when he said I am not it...I tried to prove him wrong. I left as he continued to refuse to try and told him I will prove to him that I am worthy. I almost died in the Caves of Despair. M/n and Garmadon found me just in time, before I would have either suffocated to death or burned into my death. The exit was blocked and M/n got me out in time. Lloyd was a baby when it happened and Garmadon was still....well...Garmadon. A Father, an Uncle, a Husband and a Brother. And he was great in all of that.”

They stared at Morro, who gave an angered and betrayed smile.

“Turned out, that Garmadon and M/n were trying to find me, even though M/n doubted I was still around. It was a close call. But Sensei Wu, who had claimed that he cared for me like I was his Son ? He didn’t even BOTHER to look for me.”, Morro spat out.

They were in utter shock. Then Morro left, saying nothing else. He looked for Lloyd and he didn’t find him.

‘What is he planning now...?’

Morro looked around and suddenly...

“BOO !”, Lloyd yelled and jumped out of a corner.

Morro looked at him bored and Lloyd lost his smile.

“I didn’t scare you ?”, he asked saddened.

Morro then grabbed his heart and made a show out of it.

“Oh ! Oh my God ! How could you ?! I can’t breathe !”, Morro fake coughed and then fell to the ground.

He pretended to be dead and Lloyd giggled, until he noticed that Morro didn’t get back up.

“M-Morro ? Morro, it isn’t funny anymore ! Please wake up !”, Lloyd panicked.

Suddenly Morro snatched Lloyd, held him on top of his chest on the floor and tickled him, making the boy yelp and screech in laughter.

“Nohohoho ! Mohohohohrrhohohoho ! Ahahahaha !”, Lloyd laughed out loudly, struggling to get free.

“Never ! I will punish you with tickles !”, Morro yelled.

They both didn’t even notice that the Ninja still watched them, feeling disgusted with themselves how they treated Lloyd a few minutes ago. Lloyd laughed out a stop and Morro did stop, noticing that Lloyd couldn’t breathe.

“You good ?”

“Yes !”, Lloyd chirped.

“Still wanna go home ?”, Morro asked.

“Can we...take a walk ?”, Lloyd asked sheepishly.

“Sure. Come on, on my back you go.”, Morro said, leaning down.

Lloyd jumped onto Morro’s back and he ran away with him, making Lloyd laugh.

“Faster horsie !”, Lloyd laughed out.

Morro made noises of a horse and they left Jamanakai together.

“We were absolute assholes to a child...”, Cole said.

“He didn’t even ask for our names.”, Zane informed.

“Why would he ? He made it clear that he hated us for hurting Lloyd.”, Jay deadpanned.

Kai was silent, but he didn’t like Morro all that much. They left Jamanakai, while Morro and Lloyd walked together, Lloyd kicking stones around. Then they found the tomb of Hypnobrai and got curious.

Morro never heard of the snakes and the tombs they were locked up in. They thought they found a treasure chamber, no one else found. Maybe, if they find a Treasure in there, they can help M/n to not overwork himself anymore ! So they opened it and fell inside. Morro used the Wind to give Lloyd and himself a soft landing.

“It is just Ice, no Treasure...”, Lloyd said saddened.

Morro saw something in the reflection and backed away. The 15 year old had a very bad feeling about this. Lloyd was about to get hypnotized, but Morro pulled him away and they escaped the tomb.  This wasn’t good...

They got in big trouble again.

-Time skip-

Morro promptly went home with Lloyd and M/n looked at the two boys in worry, as he saw Morro’s panic.

“What happened ?”, he asked.

“I...It’s all my fault, Papa ! Lloyd and I, we opened something and there were hypnotizing snakes in it ! We-we thought it was a place where a treasure was hidden away, that no one else found ! I’m so sorry !”, Morro exploded with tears running down his face.

He knew M/n will get mad. He told him many times to not do anything stupid.

M/n surprised Morro when he hugged him tightly.

“It’s okay, Morro. It’s okay... Shhh... You opened the tomb of the Hypnobrai. One of the five tombs, of the Serpentine tribes.”

“I am so sorry, Papa. I didn’t mean to. We really thought it was just a treasure, we thought maybe we can help you out that way, because you are always so busy.”, Morro explained quickly.

M/n ran his hand through Morro’s hair, something that calmed him down, M/n found out.

“It’s okay. I am not mad at you two. I didn’t tell you and they didn’t really make it obvious. Let us just hope that the tribes won’t become friends again.”

Morro and Lloyd hugged M/n, glad that he isn’t pissed off with them.

“By the way, Wu has four new students. They are big bullies. Lloyd fooled around in the village Jamanakai and they wanted to hang him up by his pants on someone’s roof.”, Morro informed.

M/n froze at that and his grip tightened on the both of them.

“Are they a danger ?”, he asked.

“No. I got them down easily.”

“Good. Then I will not have to lock you up in here, for safety reasons.”

“Can’t we make friends with the snakes ?”, Lloyd asked.

M/n looked at Lloyd sharply.

“You NEVER trust a snake, Lloyd. They always fool you. They promise to be your friend, but as soon as there is something they don’t like, they turn their back on you. NEVER EVER trust a snake, okay ? And don’t look Hypnobrais in the eyes, okay ?”, M/n asked.

Morro and Lloyd nodded their heads.

“Good. So...Lloyd, do you want some candy ? I saw that your stash was empty.”, M/n asked.

His eyes widened in wonder.

“Can we get some, Morro ? Please ?”, Lloyd asked.

Morro sighed and smiled at Lloyd.

“Fine. But remember that you will get a limit. I want to get myself some things too, is that okay, Dad ?”, Morro asked.

“What do you WANT to get, hmm ? Hopefully not some naughty comics.”, M/n said suspiciously.

Morro made a disgusted face.

“Daaaaaaaaaad ! No ! I just want to get myself a few pens, coloring pencils, notebooks and maybe one or two history books. Please ?”

“Fine, fine.”, M/n said chuckling.

He gave Morro the money and he eagerly took it. He and Lloyd got pocket money, but M/n wants them to save the money for something they really want one day and M/n can’t afford it.

“Can you also get some apples for me and a few vegetables ?”, M/n asked Morro.

“We can !”, he answered with a bright smile.

With that they went back to Jamanakai, or better...flew. Lloyd loved flying with Morro.

They got the vegetables, candy, apples and were now in the writing utensils store, as people started screaming. Morro got concerned and he put everything down on the floor.

“Watch over this, Lloyd, I will be back shortly.”, Morro said softly.

Lloyd nodded and hid with the stuff behind the shelves. Morro left the store and saw the snakes, they accidently freed. His eyes widened. He opened the shop doors again.

“Lloyd call Papa ! You, Sir, lock up your doors and windows ! Hypnobrai are slithering outside on the streets !”, Morro warned.

The man looked unimpressed, while Lloyd fumbled with the small phone he had gotten from M/n. He quickly called him. A Hypnobrai entered and the man yelled and jumped into action of shutting down everything. Morro kicked the snake out and left the shop altogether.

“MORRO, DON’T LEAVE ME !”, Lloyd yelled in fear.

Then M/n picked up.

“Lloyd what is it ?”, he asked.

“Hypnobrais in Jamanakai ! Morro is fighting them off right now ! I am in the writing utensils store ! The owner closes the shop down, please do something ! I’m scared for Morro !”, Lloyd yelled in panic with tears in his eyes.

The owner of the shop wanted to kick Lloyd out for his stunt earlier, but when he heard how scared he was, he let him stay and locked the doors instead.

“I am on my way, Lloyd. Stay in the shop, behave, stay brave and do NOT look at Hypnobrais !”

“Okay !”

Then they hung up and Lloyd just sat there, sobbing and worrying for his cousin.

-With Morro-

Morro had his eyes closed most of the time, while he fought them. He used his Element to feel any changes and to not bump into anything. He punched, kicked and sent snakes flying. Some villagers were already hypnotized, so Morro had to be careful to not hurt them.

He needed the staff. Either the staff controlled them, or it had the antidote ! He needed it !

He jumped on a roof and opened his eyes, to see that he did kick some snake ass. He saw the leader with the staff and then the colorful Ninja.

‘Them again ?’

They saw him and joined him.

“What is going on here ? Are these real snakes ?”, the black one asked.

“Oh well...Lloyd and I took a walk and we THOUGHT it was a hidden treasure place and opened it, we couldn’t close it again and now they are free. M/n never told us, so....sorry ? They just attacked the village. I think we need the staff.”

“How are we supposed to fight them, if we can’t look at them ?!”, the blue one yelled frustrated.

“Jay, calm down.”, the black one said.

“It is easy actually. Don’t look at them. Look at the floor and just until you see feet. At least that is how I learned to fight blindly.”, Morro answered.

“You THOUGHT it was a hidden treasure place ?!”, the red one yelled.

“It was badly signed to be a serpentine’s tomb ! There stood nothing about it, so what were we supposed to think ?!”, Morro argued back.

“He has a point, Kai.”, the white Ninja stated.

“Shut up, Zane !”, Kai replied.

“We can argue later, do you think you can manage ?”, Morro asked.

“Sure !”, Jay replied.

With that they jumped down, landing like fools on their asses and stomachs. Morro face palmed himself.

He watched them a few minutes, trying to fight them and they were rookies in it. Morro was amused as they ran away from them. He followed them with a cocky smirk.

As they were hidden he looked at them.

“You were saying~?”, he asked teasingly.

“Oh shut it ! You didn’t do anything !”, Kai replied.

“I kicked ass before and I was interested how you would do. But you are such bloody rookies. My god, you were worse than I was for my first training session.”, Morro replied with a smirk.

The black one still tried to recover and get air into his lungs.

“Are you okay Cole ?”

“I’m okay !”, he replied.

Then a girl appeared.

“Nya ?! What are you doing here ?!”, Kai asked.

“I wanted to go grocery shopping, if you forgot. They hypnotized everyone in the village.”, she said.

“Sexy and smart woman. I like her.”, Morro said.

She turned and looked at him.

“Who are you ?”, she asked.

“Oh, Pardon. My name is Morro. I am here with Lloyd, but he is locked inside a shop, safely.”

“Stay away from my Sister !”, Kai yelled angered.

“Your Sister ? Man she has more brain cells and skills than you then.”, Morro said bored.

“How do we heal them, smartass ?”, Kai asked angered.

“I guess the staff. Either it controls them as a whole or it has the antidote. Mix it with water, it should make a fog they need to inhale. I read about something like that in a book.”, Morro said shrugging his shoulders.

“That is right. You need the staff and put it into the water fountain ! It will let out the antidote after !”, Nya said.

They all stared at her and then at Morro, who smirked in triumph.

“This Nya girl is very smart. Why can’t you be just as smart, red head ?”

With that Morro left.

“Hey !”, Kai yelled and followed him.

The others did too, until Nya, she stayed behind, blushing at what Morro said. She felt charmed. Morro jumped from the roof and ran for the leader of the tribe, closed his eyes and used the Wind to navigate.

Soon he was behind the leader and kicked him harshly down. He fell and Morro snatched the staff, using Wind to make the others be blown against a wall. The other Ninja just watched and didn’t notice that Cole was getting hypnotized.

Morro connected the staff to the fountain and the fog rose. Many inhaled it without help and those who needed it, had help from healed villagers. Then M/n appeared out of nowhere and saw the snakes escaping.

He didn’t follow them, he looked at Morro instead.

“Morro ! Are you alright ?! Is Lloyd okay ?!”, M/n asked worried.

“Hello, Papa. I wanted to check on Lloyd right now. He is in this shop.”, Morro answered and pointed at it.

He disappeared and appeared in the shop again. He saw Lloyd there, sniffling, while the shop owner tried to cheer him up.

“Hello, Sir.”

The man looked up and saw M/n.

“Hello.”

“You can open your shop again now. The snakes are gone. Lloyd, are you okay ?”, M/n asked.

He got up and hugged M/n tightly.

“Uncle !”, he yelled and cried into his pant leg.

“Hey, hey, shhh... I’m here....I’m here...shhh...”, M/n tried to soothe the boy.

“Is Morro okay ?!”, he asked in worry.

“Morro is just fine. He saved the village.”

The owner opened the shop and Morro came inside.

“Thank you for keeping my Cousin save, Sir. Is your shop still open ? I wanted to buy a few things...”, Morro asked.

“It is open again. Pick what you want, I will be at the counter.”, the man replied kindly.

Morro nodded in appreciation and then went over to Lloyd.

“Hello, you three cheese high. How are you ? Are you alright ?”, Morro asked.

“I-I’m okay. Are you ?”, Lloyd asked.

“I am okay. Everything is save again.”, Morro replied.

Then the Ninja entered, with Nya. They saw all three of them instantly. Nya blushed as she saw Morro again.

“I will pick my items and then we can go home and watch a Movie, okay, Lloyd ?”, Morro asked softly.

Lloyd nodded. Morro got up and left their sides, looking around for the things he needed. He found the perfect coloring pencils, some lead pencils, a new pen and then some notebooks. Then he spotted gel pens, that had different colors, but they were a bit over his budget to get. He turned to M/n.

“Hey, Papa ?”, he called.

“Yes, Son ?”, M/n replied.

“Can I have these pens ? I could mark my stuff better with them.”, Morro asked.

M/n looked at the gel pens and the price.

“How much are you over your budget ?”

“Uhm...three yen...”, he said softly.

M/n looked at Morro.

“Lloyd need anything ?”

“He didn’t say anything.”

“Can I have this coloring book ?”, Lloyd asked and held up a coloring book of animals.

“How much, Lloyd ?”

He looked at the price.

“Two yen, Uncle !”

“Give it to your Cousin.”, M/n said.

Then he pulled out five more yen and gave them to Morro. He had a bright smile on his face as he got the five more yen. He went to the counter and put everything on the counter. The man didn’t pull the gel pens and coloring book over the scanner though and said a price.

“But the two things are still missing.”, Morro said.

“They are for free.”, the owner said with a kind smile.

Morro was in surprise and paid the 17 yen. The man bagged the items for Morro and then gave the bag to him.

“Have fun with these things and come back again.”, the man said kindly.

Morro gave him a smile and then wished him a good day. With that they left the shop, were about to go home, only to be stopped by the Ninja, who stood outside again.

“So that is your Dad, huh ?”, Kai asked, mocking the word ‘Dad’.

“Leave Morro alone, you big, ugly bully !”, Lloyd yelled, standing in front of Morro, protectively.

Morro put his hands on Lloyd’s shoulders.

“Lloyd, I’m okay. He can’t bully me with such silly things.”, Morro said softly, with a smile.

“I suggest you leave my Son and Nephew alone, Kai Smith. Otherwise I will be forced to teach you a lesson.”, M/n said darkly.

Cole and Jay backed away in slight fear, while Zane studied him and Nya only eyed Morro, but she was surprised that M/n knew Kai.

“What lesson ? How to look ugly ? Hahaha ! Bring it, old man !”, Kai provoked.

M/n didn’t look old. And it didn’t faze M/n that he called him old. He tapped Morro’s shoulder and he backed away with Lloyd.

Kai went straight for M/n’s valuables, but M/n teleported out of the way and as he reappeared he kicked him in the ass harshly, making Kai yelp in pain and smack face first into a house wall.

Everyone stared at him in shock, besides Lloyd and Morro. Morro smirked at Kai’s misery and Lloyd looked at M/n with amazement and wonder.

“That was so COOL, Uncle ! I want to learn that too ! Teach me ! Teach me !”, Lloyd said excitedly.

“When you are older, Lloyd.”, M/n assured.

 Morro only chuckled and then caught Nya staring at him. She turned away, blushing. He crooked his head to his left side and then approached her.

“Hey, Nya, wasn’t it ?”, Morro asked with kindness.

She flinched.

“Huh. Mynameyes,uh....Hi...”, she talked too quickly and then sheepishly only said hello.

Morro chuckled at that.

“Want to meet up tomorrow somewhere ? Maybe in the woods ? Around after Lunch ? We could take a walk and chat with each other, watch the sunset and I can bring you home too, if you want.”, Morro offered.

“Sure !”, she said excitedly, then cleared her throat.

“I mean, sure, if you want.”, she said, trying to sound less like a child.

“Hey ! You have to take care of me tomorrow !”, Lloyd protested.

Morro rolled his eyes with a small smile.

“Oh no, then you will have to deal with another member in the Team tomorrow, Lloyd.”, Morro teased.

“I HATE girls ! They are yuck !”, Lloyd yelled.

Morro laughed and turned back to Nya.

“Don’t mind him, he will warm up to you.”, he told her.

“I won’t !”, Lloyd protested.

Morro laughed again and gave her a smile.

“We meet at the entrance of the woods. I will find you, don’t worry. And Lloyd won’t be annoying.”, Morro said the last sentence teasingly.

Lloyd crossed his arms and muttered something under his breath.

“Okay. I will try to be there on time.”, she replied.

Morro smiled.

“Hey ! No, no, no ! You stay away from MY Sister ! Who knows what you will do to her ! Maybe you will hurt her or force her into something she doesn’t want !”, Kai accused.

“Excuse me ?”, M/n said very slowly and darkly.

Kai’s eyes widened in horror, he forgot about M/n. Morro took a breath. He was unsure who M/n meant.

“My Son is NOT a Rapist, nor is he abusive, BOY ! You can’t control HER life either. If Morro would ever be doing something like that, you can be damn sure that I will send him to jail myself.”, M/n said darkly and slapped the back of Kai’s head harshly, making him yelp.

Then M/n looked at Morro.

“I hope you will NOT piss off this girl. She looks like she can kick your butt, if you make her angry.”

Morro smiled.

“I don’t plan to, Papa.”

“Good.”

“Can we take the staff ?”, Nya asked and pointed at it.

Morro looked at it and shrugged his shoulders.

“Sure. I don’t want it. Have it.”, he said with a smile.

“Let’s go, Son. Lloyd wants his Movie.”, M/n said.

Morro nodded his head to Nya as a farewell and then went to his Father’s side, then they teleported away. Nya was so excited. They flew back home on their Dragons and she ran away from Kai, before he could lecture her.

They decided to talk to Sensei Wu about Morro, Lloyd and M/n. So they entered his room and he was there.

“What do you need ?”, Wu asked, sipping his tea.

“We met some people that said you know them. They aren’t...very fond of you.”, Zane stated.

“What were their names ?”

“Morro and M/n.”, Jay answered.

Wu spat out his tea in shock.

Hello! Idk if it still doing requests but I just needed to get this idea out there: any of the ninja x magician reader where the reader just has the most riskiest performances ever and has people on the edge of their seats (idk it's just been in my head all day for some reason

Of course! I'm not very fast at writing and have a lot of oneshots at work, but I'll try to write this as best as I can. I really liked the magician idea, but mixing it with some 'dangerous' acts would have made this a bit boring. So I toned it down a bit, and took a more comedic approach to the act.

Also, I just couldn't get myself into the idea of having romance in this, because I liked it as just a platonic thingy, but I tried my best! I also chose Kai for the main focus of this thing, so I guess it kinda counts as a Kai x reader??? But mainly it's just a platonic thingy.

Set in very early season 1, You'll see why.

Better than magic

So here they were, all five of them. Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, and of course Little Lloyd Garmadon himself. He was the one who thought of this idea to begin with.

Right next to Mega Monster amusement park was now a huge circus tent and countless of stands were set all around it. There was something for everyone. It went from unfair and way too expensive carnival games to booths with shadow plays and even meet-and-greets with puppeteers and their puppets.

The little boy dressed in his favorite skeleton hoodie jumped up and down and led Zane, the one who decided to actually try to watch over the boy, by the hand all around the carnival.

Meanwhile the three others wondered why their Sensei even allowed them to come here in the first place. Oh well, if they're already at a carnival, might as well take it easy.

Jay and Cole for one were having fun.

"Oh my gosh!!! It's a Fritz Donnegan meet and greet!!" "And check out all these games! Hey, Jay, wanna go throw darts?" "Later, maybe. Wait for me, I have to go shake his hand!!" "Jay, look! A cotton candy stall!!There are so many flavors! Cherry, Blueberry, Popcorn-"

"Popcorn? Is that really a good flavor?" Kai wasn't really that excited. He had wanted to take the time to train, make sure he was in good shape. In the end he was still, against his will, dragged here.

"What? If you don't like popcorn, how about the chili flavor?" Cole asked, as Kai scrunched up his face in disgust.

"No thanks."

"Cole, Kai, look at this!!" An excited yell rang out as Jay ran back to the the two ninja. He lifted his hands up and shoved a picture of Cliff Gordon's face with the words 'For Jay Walker', written in fancy cursive letters.

"I got this from him! And guess what? I actually got to shake his hand!" The blue ninja acted like a kid with a sugar high.

"Nice..." Kai didn't even try to sound excited for Jay. Jay's happy smile turned into a pout, but before he could start whining, Cole spoke up.

"Hey, look at that." Cole said as he pointed to a crowd, a small crowd, but a crowd no less, surrounding a small show stage. It wasn't really much.

Jay immediately hopped over to the stage, as Cole walked after him. Kai let out a sigh before following after them, although reluctantly.

The three actually got to the very front, because there weren't many people around the stage. Some only stayed to watch for a second, before moving onto something else.

"Hey, you three!" A sudden voice called out to them from above, and the three ninja all looked up. Even Kai's eyes widened as he saw a boy, wearing a short cape and a top hat hanging upside down on a tightrope.

"Welcome, welcome! Enjoy the show!" The boy took his hat, which surprisingly didn't fall of his head on it's own, and lifted it off his head as a greeting.

The boy didn't stop to chat, as he noticed someone else joined the crowd, and called out to them, giving another greeting to them as well.

Right after that the boy lifted his hands onto the tightrope and pulled himself up and onto his feet on top of it. Standing up, he lifted his hat, before giving a bow to the few people watching.

"It's an honor performing here today! I've always wanted to perform with a tightrope, although my main strengths are, ah... are- Ah, Achoo!" The boy started off with a speech, before sneezing mid way, 'accidentally' making a dove appear on his hand. Some adults laughed while kids stared in awe.

"Sneezing doves, apparently." The comment just added onto the laughter, before the boy covered his hand with his top hat, and upon removing it, there was no dove in sight!

The boy did many generic magic tricks while walking left and right on the tight rope, nothing special. Well, that's what Kai thought, and his displeased face showed it.

Of course ordinary person could walk a thin tightrope just like that, especially while sneezing out doves and occasionally pulling bunnies out their shoes... I really wish I was kidding.

But it seemed like the boy had noticed Kai's boredom, and he smirked. Suddenly the boy stepped past the tightrope, falling off. A few kids gasped, but the boy caught onto the tightrope with one of his hands at the last second.

Although he was still much higher than the crowd, he was a bit closer to them, and his target, Mr. frowning-at-a-magic-show.

"You, wearing red." The boy pointed to Kai with his free hand, as Kai flinched in surprise.

"Me?" He asked as the boy nodded.

"Yeah, you. Wanna play a little game?" The boy asked, this time using his free hand to dig out a single coin from his pocket.

"No thanks, I'm not really into all this magic things-" Kai wanted to refuse, but his two friends quickly caught him off.

"Whoa, really? Kai, this kinda chance doesn't some often!" "Let's play! Let's play, Kai!" Cole and Jay pressured Kai until he ultimately had to agree.

"Fine."

"Great! It's easy, just guess which hand the coin is in." The boy showed Kai the coin, twisting it around to show there was nothing attached to it.

The boy's hold on the tightrope didn't loosen for a second as he threw the coin up, and caught it with the same hand as he had thrown it. Lastly, he blew gently onto his own clenched fist, before speaking up.

"So, which hand?" The crowd was confused, he had thrown the coin up, the caught it. His other hand hadn't moved an inch. It was impossible to get this one wrong.

"Your free hand, obviously?" Kai held in a scoff, as the boy smiled, and opened his hand.

"Correct!" The crowd was even more silent. But not because the magic trick sucked, but because there was no coin in his hand.

"Uh, where's the coin?" Jay spoke up, as the boy blinked, before turning his hand towards himself, before reacting like he didn't know what was going on.

"Ah! Where did it go? Did I drop it? Did you see where it went?" The questions he showed to the little kids in the audience, who shook their heads, not having seen the boy drop anything.

"Hold, on, I'll find it." The boy quickly spoke, before changing his position to instead hang upside down again, but only by his ankles. He even removed one foot and hung with only one foot as he checked his socks and shoes.

It brought a smile on people's faces, and adults and kids both chuckled before the boy's eyes suddenly fixated on Kai.

"Oh, hey, check behind your left ear, would you?" The boy said, changing back to holding on with both feet.

"My ear?" Kai let out, confused, but still raised his left hand to his ear, when he suddenly felt something cold behind it.

Kai stopped for a second, before pulling out a coin from behind his ear. He hadn't even noticed it was there. When had it gotten there?!

"Ah, thanks!" The boy took the coin from the shocked Kai as kids laughed at the red ninja, while an applause rang out for the boy.

"That was awesome!" "Totally! Too bad Lloyd missed that!" Jay and Cole laughed together as Kai finally broke free of his state of shock, and scoffed.

"It's just a magic trick, nothing special." But the boy had heard Kai's complaint loud and clear.

"Oh? Wanna see something better?" The boy spoke, having once again stood up on the rope. But Kai just scoffed again.

"Unless you can do a handstand up there, I don't think you can do any-" Kai was cut off as the boy jumped, grabbed the tightrope, and pulled himself up into a handstand using the slight momentum it gave.

"-better." Kai finished once the boy was in a completely still handstand on the tightrope. The crowd all clapped before (y/n) suddenly swung, and did an actual flip before landing on the stage, before bowing.

"I'll be here all day, so no need to worry! But I'll have to take a ten minute break now! I hope you enjoyed!" He spoke to the large crowd, who all gave an applause once more before they scattered, leaving to do something else.

"Oh, Kai, was it?" The boy asked when the three ninja were about to leave.

"Yeah. I really underestimated you, didn't I?" Kai finally admitted, as the boy gave a small laugh and a nod.

"It's fine, Magician don't usually walk on tightropes to begin with." The boy commented on his own performance as Kai noticed Jay and Cole take off to somewhere else. Probably the weird cotton candy stall.

"But thank you for co-operation, how about I do one more, just for you?" The boy offered, and took his hat off, before offering it to Kai, the bottom facing up.

"Put your hand in." Kai was skeptical, but the boy had been nice to him all this time, although he himself had been rolling his eyes and scoffing at his tricks.

Kai put his hand in, when he felt something, and grabbed it. Pulling his hand out, he saw the thing he had grabbed was rose.

"What's thi-?" Kai couldn't get to ask anything about it though, for he heard Jay and Cole calling his name from further away. The boy smiled, pulling the hat away from Kai and stepping off of the stage.

"My name's (y/n), by the way." The boy also put his hand into the top hat, digging out a business card, and shoving it in Kai's hands.

"Also, your friends are a good audience." (y/n) said, giving Kai's shoulder a pat before the boy left to go on his break.

Kai smirked, before running to his friends with a rose and a business card in his hands.

Starstruck [Ninjago x Male Reader]- Double Trouble

M/n awoke groggily to the sun shining in his face and the sizzling of food tickling his pointed ears. His head throbbed as he recounted his previous adventures. Slowly, he sat up and swung his feet over the side of the bed, reluctantly leaving his cozy cocoon of blankets. Zane stood at their shitty stove preparing breakfast.

"Zane? Where's everyone else?" the dragon slurred in a morning voice as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes.

"They are at the dojo training Lloyd. They decided it would be best to let you sleep and recover," Zane explained while plating the food at their small dining table.

"Thanks for breakfast, you're the best," M/n grinned, ready to eat. The Nindroid even kindly prepare a cup of [flavor] tea, M/n's favorite.

The dragon took a satisfying sip of tea before speaking, "What made you want to stay and look after me? You could've joined the others."

"I just felt.. that you deserve to be thanked. You protected us twice in one week and have been looking out for all of us since we met you," Zane confessed truthfully, leaving both with flushed faces.

"Thank you, Zane. It means a lot," M/n mumbled, covering his red face, embarrassed, and pointed ears drooping slightly.

The duo ate with comfortable small talk going back and forth. M/n returned the favor of being made a meal by washing the dishes. Finally the two clad themselves in their clothes and headed out the door to the dojo.

Lloyd grasped a lightbulb between his hands with a concentrated look on his face.

"Focus, Lloyd. Control the power inside you. When you feel a surge welling up, harness it," Jay advised with dramatic gestures.

"I understand. I am in control," the boy reassured himself, gritting his teeth and channeling a small current of electricity causing the bulb to faintly glow.

"Come on, Lloyd. You can do it," Jay encouraged.

Just as the light began to shine brighter M/n and Zane opened the dojo door and entered which broke the boy's concentration. The bulb overflowed with energy and shattered into many pieces.

"Aargh! Stupid light bulb!" he threw his hands in the air, then pointed at the group who had been training him, "You're putting too much pressure on me. Let me have one more try."

"Sorry, Lloyd. That was the last light bulb," Kai shrugged.

"Wow, how many did he go through?" M/n wondered looking around at the shattered glass and wire strewn on the floor.

"Clean up, Lloyd. We'll continue training tomorrow," Cole suggested, hanging the blonde the broom. Instead of following directions Lloyd snatched the broom and used it to whack the punching bag.

"What am I doing wrong, Sensei Wu? I can't seem to teach him to control his power," Jay asked, exasperated at the boy's behavior.

Lloyd was getting more worked up and frustrated, especially when his makeshift weapons bounced back and hit him in the head. M/n gently approached him and got down on the ground, where the boy had ended up after taking a blow from the broom, and sat back on his heels. Although Cole and Zane couldn't make out what they were saying they saw the blonde boy's eyes water as he buried his face in the dragon's neck as the latter rubbed comforting circles on Lloyd's back. They both glanced at each other, M/n's parental behavior bringing a smile to their faces.

"Patience, Jay. Sometimes, the greatest opponent we face is ourselves, and that's especially true of Lloyd," Wu explained, placing a hand on Jay's shoulder, "Remember where he came from. He's the son of Lord Garmadon. It's going to take time for him to embrace the light."

Nya slid the wooden door open and greeted, "Hey guys!"

"Hey Nya!" the ninja, including M/n who rejoined the group with Lloyd clung to him, cheered.

The ravenette girl approached Jay as the other talked amongst themselves in a separate group. "Hey, Jay. Uh, wanna come by the autobody shop later?" she offered with a flushed face and hands behind her back.

"The autobody shop?" Jay asked.

"Yeah. I got a part-time job. Though I could fix up the Ultra Sonic Raider in my off time. Maybe if you come over, I can show you what I've been working on," she answered cheeks red as she held a paper in her hand.

"Uh sure," he replied, noticing the paper in her hand, "what you got there?"

"Oh, this letter came for Lloyd," she held it out for Wu to grab.

"Hmm. It's from Lloyd's old school," Sensei Wu observed.

Cole approached, joining the conversation, "The Darkley School for Bad Boys," he inquired with the rest of the group following to the new conversation.

"Formerly Bad Boys. Since the last time we were there, they've changed to the Darkley School for Great Children," Wu corrected, reading the letter.

"Wait. They've turned good?" Kai clarified with disbelief.

"Hmm, it says here there's going to be a ceremony," Master Wu announced as he finished reading.

"I love ceremonies. That means there's going to be cake!" Cole cheered and gently elbowed Kai with excitement.

"Lloyd's change inspired them. Now they've invited Lloyd to give him an honorary degree in excellence," the old man explained.

"Are we sure we're talking about the same Lloyd?" Kai asked, glancing at the broom and uncleaned glass. M/n gave the hothead a glare.

After his comrades dispersed M/n approached his teacher with his concerns, "this is a little suspicious, is it not?"

"I do not expect this to cause you any trouble, even if the letter was sent with malicious intentions," Wu answered.

The ninja whooped and howled as M/n, in dragon form, swooped and weaved in and out of clouds and around mountains.

"Riding on M/n, we'll get to Darkley's in no time!" Jay shouted over the rushing wind.

When school came into view through the clouds M/n descended, landing gently on the grass in front of the gate. The dragon gave a satisfied purr, lowering his body to let the ninja dismount.

"Lloyd!"

The ninja turn their heads to the high-pitched voice, belonging to a small boy in the school's uniform.

"Uh.. Brad?" Lloyd questioned with furrowed brows.

"You came! So good to see you," the boy embraced the confused blonde.

"It is? You put fire ants in my bed.." Lloyd deadpanned, leading M/n to suspiciously eye the trouble-maker.

Brad bowed and apologized, "Please forgive me. I wasn't myself and have learned the error of my ways." He turned to the other ninja, "And you must be the ninja! And your pet dragon!"

M/n let out an offended snort and a low growl.

"Actually, he is our dragon-shifter friend," Zane corrected, though the comment went ignored by the boy.

"Guys, meet Brad Tudabone," Lloyd introduced half-heartedly.

"Such a huge fan!" he giggled, shaking Cole's hand. Then Kai's, "Go good!" and Zane's and Jay's hands.

"Please, will you not follow me to see the Principal?" Brad suggested, leading the group inside while M/n curled up sleepily on the grass and soaked up the sun.

The ninja followed the student through the halls which were unusually empty. Cole observed the deserted classrooms, "Uh, shouldn't you all be in class?"

"Actually, today is a new Darkley School tradition: Ninja Day. We stay out of sight to honor the way of the ninja for showing us the light," Brad gave a lengthy explanation.

"Huh, this is a good school. I'm impressed," the Earth Ninja complimented, believing the boy immediately.

Brad opened a door which led to a room that acted as a buffer between the hallway and principal's office. The secretary's desk was suspiciously barren, only papers in sight. "Principal Noble? Lloyd and the ninja are here for the ceremony," he announced.

"That, and the cake. By the way, do you what kind it is?" Cole added hyperactively.

A stiff shadow in the figure on a person appeared against the window of the door and a voice called through the wood, "I'll be with you in just a moment."

"I should get back to the flowers," Brad excused himself, conveniently rushing out the door.

"Has anyone seen a teacher yet?" Jay observed nervously.

"Indeed, their absence is most strange," Zane acknowledged.

"I'll see you now. Come in, come in," the voice said from the principal's office.

The group walks in to see a small red-head boy turn on a desk light to dramatically reveal himself, "Welcome back, Lloyd," he sneered in a nasally voice.

"Uh, Gene?" the blonde raised an eyebrow.

"And welcome, ninja, to the new Darkley's School for Worse Boys!" Gene announced, cutting a rope which released several sandbags onto the ninja and causing them to black out.

The ninja minus Lloyd began regaining consciousness. As their blurry visions start to focus they saw adults standing over them. The four let out a chorus of groans as they sat up.

"Thank goodness you're here!" An older man with a goatee exclaimed.

"What happened? Where's Lloyd? And who are all you?" Kai rattled off questions, standing shakily.

"We're the teachers and we've all been taken prisoners," one of the women explained, "we've tried to teach the boys how to be good, but they overthrew us. They're monsters!" she threw her hands up dramatically.

"But I thought Lloyd was getting an honorary degree," Jay questioned, confused.

"Oh, that was just the boys' trick to lure Lloyd here and convince him to be their leader," the goatee man stated simply.

"What? There's not gonna be cake?!" Cole screamed in despair.

Lloyd struggled against his rope binding before being blinded by Brad turning on a light in front of his face. "Welcome to your ceremony, Lloyd. Or, should I call it an evil intervention?" he said in an 'evil' voice while raising his arms to seem more intimidating.

"Where are my friends?" the Green Ninja demanded.

"Aw, they're better off without you," Gene paused to annoyingly sniff, "With friends like you, who needs enemies?"

"You may have forgotten, but we're your true friends. And we want to help you undo the damage you've done to yourself and our school's reputation," Brad wondered, circling Lloyd as if he were prey, "Be honest. Doesn't a part of you miss being bad?

The Bizarro ninja and 'M/n' walked into the dojo wearing dark aviator sunglasses. Wu eyed the group cautiously; something wasn't right.

"You're back. So, how was it?" the old man inquired vaguely.

"It was great. We were having so much fun we forgot where we were," 'Kai' spat sarcastically.

"Hmm. I bet Lloyd had a blast," he observed, cleaning the shattered glass.

"Lloyd? Oh, yeah he's still there. He thinks you should go too," 'M/n' suggested casually, all his parental behaviors seemed to have vanished.

"Hmmm.." Wu hummed as he observed 'M/n' whose informal glasses were very out of character, "interesting." 'Zane' stood directly behind 'M/n' with a hand around the dragon's waist. 'Kai', 'Jay', and 'Cole' had turned on the training equipment and started playing on it like children. "Mega Monster Amusement Park is no place for an old man," Wu lied in hopes of deceiving the imposters.

"The amusement park?" 'M/n' mumbled. "Oh yeah, that's where we were."

"Lloyd is not at the amusement park. You are not my students," Wu declared, leaping backward to make distance and spinning the broom in his hand.

"And you are not our master," 'Kai' growled, no longer playing on the equipment.

'Jay' stepped in, "Ninja, go!" he shouted, spinning into a tornado of blue light.

The old man easily tripped up the fake Lightning Ninja who landed face-first against the punching bag. He quickly made his way to Dareth's fake trophy collection and threw the heavy metal cups at the Bizarro Ninja.

"Whatever you are, you all could use a lesson!" Wu exclaimed, grabbing a sword from the wall but he was too late. 'Zane' had recovered and used his shurikens to trap the elderly man against the wall.

'M/n' sauntered up to Wu and took off his glasses revealing menacing red eyes, "Teach us, then. Where are the ninja?"

"He'll never talk," 'Zane' growled from behind the dragon.

Suddenly a device rang and played a female voice, "Jay? Are you back yet? Can't wait to see you at the autobody shop. See you then!"

The group shared a sinister glance before heading out the door to said autobody shop.

The ninja and teachers stared at Zane as he flipped a switch in his arm control panel. "Battering ram activated," a voice narrated. The Ice Ninja went stiff allowing the others to lift him up and use his head to try to bash the door down. Unfortunately the door didn't budge.

"Ugh. We're never gonna open that door," Kai groaned, letting go of Zane "I hope they haven't turned Lloyd. I don't think things can get much worse."

"M/n wouldn't like you saying that," Cole warned.

"Look, don't worry, guys. I told Nya I'd meet her at the autobody shop and since I'm so punctual, if I'm even one second late, she's gonna suspect something's wrong," Jay reassured.

Nya was leant over the side of the Ultra Sonic Raider wearing a metal face protector and using a welding tool to repair the vehicle. At hearing humming she turned around. "Oh, there you are," Nya called to 'Jay', "I was wondering when you'd get back. You're usually not late."

He leaned against the vehicle, "It's a whole new me, baby. Heh," he checked out the treads, "Nice work. We should take it out for a spin. Bet we could make a lot of people jealous."

"I should've known spending time at Darkley's School would turn you into a bad boy," the girl teased as she tossed up the keys to the raider.

"Darkley's School? Heh. Is that where we were?" 'Jay' chuckled deviously, adjusting his glasses.

Nya started to wonder, "What's gotten into you-" Before she can finish her thought Bizarro Jay pulls her in for a kiss. He snakes his arm up to her hand which held the keys and gently took them for himself.

"It's a bad boy thing," he winked and leapt into the newly repaired Sonic Raider. He sped off down the street, leaving Nya reaching for him, "Call me!"

'Jay' let the 'ninja' into the vehicle with 'M/n' ending up in 'Cole's lap due to the lack of seats. 'Jay' drove the Sonic Raider down the street, not stopping at a yellow light and purposefully causing a crash. The Bizarro Ninja laughed at the citizens' misfortune

The screen crackled with static before showing Garmadon, "Did you find them?" the oni demanded.

"They're at Darkley's," 'Cole' replied his head resting on 'M/n's shoulder and hands snaking around the dragon's body.

"Excellent! Now destroy the ninja," the Lord of Darkness ordered.

"It'll be our pleasure," Bizarro Jay replied with a smirk.

M/n was sleeping soundly when the Ultra Sonic Raider grappled itself to the school building and swung onto the property, running over the dragon's tail in the process. He let out a yelp, quickly rising to see the culprits. His eyes widened in surprise as he watched copies of him and his friends leap from the vehicle. The doppelgangers had paler skin and red eyes and metallic voices which made him feel uneasy.

The replica of the dragon shifter stood in front of the real one as the 'ninja' entered the building. The former began to transform to match M/n's power as he growled and stood defensively. The two lunged at each other, growls and roars echoing. They tussled like stray cats which destroyed the Darkley's front lawn and fence.

The ninja were still stuck in the room, trying various methods to try to escape. They pushed a stick into the gap of the door and pushed in hopes of breaking the door open, but to no avail. The wood broke, leaving the ninja with nothing yet again.

Kai observed the rooms looking for another escape, "If we don't get out, they're going to brainwash Lloyd and undo all the lessons we tried to teach him."

"Not to mention never taste cake again," Cole added seriously.

They heard a loud roar which could only belong to one person. "Was that M/n?" Zane inquired, casting a worried glace at his friends.

The Nindriod turned to the teachers, "Principal Noble, how well do you and the teachers know this building?"

"We barely know it at all, actually," he answered, "We're new. The old teachers were highly committed to teaching evil and quit in protest when the school went good."

Zane thought for a second before suggesting, "So if the school building was originally built for evil, don't we have to assume there are hidden passages, which none of you would even know about?"

Cole put his hand on Zane's shoulder and smiled at him, "Nice thinking! It just wouldn't be an evil school without hidden passages." The Ice Ninja smiled back, his chest filled with warmth from the compliment.

"Okay, everyone. Look for a hidden switch. It could be anything: a book, a tile, a fixture," Kai ordered.

Everyone dispersed and began examining walls and bookshelves and paintings. Jay pulled a book from its place which causing a click sound. "I found it!" he announced but everyone gasped when the ceiling started lowering, threatening to crush the group.

"Wrong switch! Keep looking!" Kai demanded while frantically pulling on other items in hopes of finding their escape.

Everyone else followed suit. Cole pushed on a faux plant that activated a different mechanism. Spike shot out of the ceiling, cauing more panic. "Oh, that is just so evil!" the Earth Ninja complained.

Zane tilted a large lamp which opened a passage, "This way!" The group sprinted into the opening with little regard to where it went. The stone tunnel led to a pitch dark cavern where everyone stopped to assess the situation.

"Hahaha! Stop tickling me!" Jay exclaimed loudly.

"I'm not tickling you," Cole stated.

"Zane, can you give us some light?" Kai suggested.

After a moment light began to fill the cave as Zane's body glowed from underneath his skin. The teachers snd principal looked at him strangely before noticing the terrifying spiders with glowing, red eyes and skull patterns on their abdomen surrounding them. The group let out a shriek at seeing the Spykors, running elsewhere to avoid them.

"Haha. Come on, you can untie me. Really, this is just a huge relief. I couldn't stand being good. Ha. Thank you for saving me," Lloyd lied nervously as the surrounding children closed into him.

"How do we know you're not lying to us just to escape and help the ninja?" Brad accused loudly.

"Well, if I am truly good, I wouldn't be able to lie, which I'm not, but even if I was, wouldn't lying make me evil, thus giving you assurance that you could release me?" the Green Ninja reasoned, the group looked at him in confusion.

Gene panicked, "he's trying to trick us with mind games!"

The Bizarro Ninja stomped through the school, laughing and kicking over lights and lockers. Brad and his army of school children left Lloyd to investigate the ruckus. "Someone's coming," he whispered. The 'ninja' jump out in the hallway in front of the kids. Brad gasped, "The ninja escaped!"

"Execute Doomsday formations! To glory!" the boy demanded, his peers cheering behind him, "Spitball brigade, step forward." A group of eight students stepped forth, armed with straws and pre-made spit balls. "Fire!" The children shot the sticky wads at the 'ninja' who skillfully dodged. 'Cole' threw a locker to the ground to protect his comrades from the spitballs.

"Smoke bomb brigade, step forward," Brad ordered next. Another group of kids stepped forth holding back balls full of flour. They chucked them at the 'ninja' who covered their faces from the white dust. The students laughed victoriously but soon the laughter faded because the 'ninjas' Spinjiztu cleared the smoke away.

"Dodgeball brigade," the boy commanded with newfound confidence, "Ready, fire!" Kids grabbed balls and threw them into the air toward the 'ninja'. Zane leaped into the air, catching dodgeballs in his arms and kicking others to slow them down enough for them to land in his arms.

"Our turn," 'Kai' jeered as Bizarro Zane threw leather balls to his comrades.

"Run!" Brad yelled and turned tail, running away in the crowd of fleeing students. The red-eyed imposters threw the balls into the group, knocking children over including Brad, who had turned to yell "retreat!"

'Kai' grabs the boy, "Where are the ninja?" he demanded. Brad only stared at him with confused and fearful wide eyes.

The Bizarro ninja followed Brad's directions to a door, Cole slamming it open when the helpless boy under his arm. "What is this? Some kind of joke?" he sneered at seeing the room completely vacant.

Brad panicked, "Uh, that's where they were. Honest!"

"Time for another noogie," 'Cole' threatened with his hand in the air, ready to noogie.

"No, no! Anything but that!" he begged and covered his head.

Before the boy could be noogied a door loudly opened behind the Bizarro ninja, causing all of them to whip their heads toward the noise.

"Ah. Finally, a way out," a voice sighed, Cole, following his friends out of a locker from the secret passage. The Bizarro ninja turned to come face-to-face with their originals. The teacher didn't dare exit the secret passage, only peaking out at the strange interaction.

"Guys, why are we staring at ourselves?" Kai inquired and looked to his comrades to see their reactions.

The principal grabbed the locker door, "Uh, this is kind of too weird for us. We're gonna stay in here," he informed before slamming himself and the teachers in the secret room.

"Ha. Those who don't fight, teach," Jay shrugged, thinking of Wu, although the old man could do both. The Bizarro ninja dramatically took off their sunglasses at the same time to reveal their piercing red eyes.

"Drop the boy," Cole commanded before pausing to wonder how to address his look-a-like, "uh, me!"

"He's of no use to us anymore," 'Cole' growled as he released Brad who landed on his face and scurried away.

"Who are you guys?" Kai asked.

"We're here to take care of you and your friends," 'Kai' sneered, referring to the occasional roar from the dragons outside.

"My early assessment tells me this must be Garmadon's doing," Zane observed.

"My early assessment tells me you will be destroyed," 'Zane' mocked his counterpart.

The two groups charged at each other with a "Ninja, go!" The two Ice Ninjas met one another with a headbutt while the two Earth Ninjas flew towards each other with a flying kick. The scene was like a mirror, each ninja doing exactly as their evil-intentioned counterpart did.

From around the hallway Lloyd and the other children watched the battle. "See, I told you my friends wouldn't turn evil. The evil ninja must be my father's doing," Lloyd explained the situation after the students claimed that his friends began destroying the school.

Gene observed the fight, "Fascinating. It's like fighting a mirror where the reflection countermoves in perfect sync and no one appears to be able to land a blow."

"We have to help them," Lloyd demanded to the redhead.

"Just to be clear, which 'them'?" the snotty-voiced smartass asked.

"Uh, my friends, of course," Lloyd replied instinctually but realizing his mistake, he backtracked, "Uh, I mean uh, the evil ninja. Mwahahahaha!" The group of children immediately surrounded him at hearing his disloyalty.

The blonde boy ended up tied in the same place he just escaped. "Ugh. Ugh. I am Lloyd Garmadon, evil son of the super evil Lord Garmadon, and I demand you release me! Mwahahahaha!" he laughed but to no avail as the kids turned around and ignored him.

Gene stood on the desk before the crowd of students who watched him intently. "Here's my theory on how to help the evil ninja destroy the good ninja," he sniffed, climbing onto the ladder leaned against the sea green chalkboard. He wobbled back and forth while writing vigorously, "Look what happens when positive energy connects with negative energy. So, if an evil ninja manages to connect a single blow against his opposite, that same spark should be so powerful as to eradicate the good ninja." He hopped off the ladder, leaving a mess of scribbles behind him, "Trust me. I'm, like, an evil genius."

"Okay, good enough for me," Brad cheered from amongst the crowd.

"Ugh, alright you win. I'm good," Lloyd declared, making everyone turn to him, "But guess what? So is Brad."

"That's a lie!" he cried defensively.

"Is it? Then explain why on the day we first met you were nice to me. When I arrived here on my first day, I didn't know how things worked around here and everyone made fun of me. Brad even put fire ants in my bed," Lloyd began explaining.

Gene interrupted, "Hehehe. Yeah, I remember that. That was evil."

"But when everyone was gone, he said he was just trying to teach me how things go. And after that, he took me under his wing, and he taught me the art of revenge," The blonde declare proudly.

"Why would you do that?" Gene demanded.

"I wanted to get in good with his father," Brad defended quickly.

"No. It's because deep down, he's not all evil," Lloyd refuted, standing and looking to the other children sincerely, "And Brad's not the only one. Face it, all of you have a secret good side that stays quiet out of fear, because it thinks it's alone. But it's not. And I'm living proof. So, who's with me?"

Brad sighed and admitted, "It's true. And I love planting flowers.."

"You what!?" Gene screeched in his annoying nasally voice.

"Also, the ninja saved my life. A kindness I plan to return," the ravenette boy declared, untying Lloyd. The rest of the students walked over the Brad, silently joining him.

"Aw, my dad is going to be so mad.." Gene grumbled.

"Yeah, join the club," Lloyd encouraged to which Gene begrudgingly walked over, "Now then, I have a plan. Who here can sew?" he held up a needle and thread, causing the room to fill with gasps.

"Sew?" Brad quirked a brow at the blonde's question.

The whole classroom full of kids cut and sewed blue, red, black, and white cloth to Lloyd's instructions. The whole classroom ended up with several outfits made to be similar to the ninjas'. All the boys clad themselves in the costumes, Lloyd putting on his own green suit and cheering, "Ninja, go!"

The two groups of ninja were still battling it out in the hallway, lockers knocked over and lamps destroyed. "Ugh, we're so evenly balanced... ugh... this fight could go on... forever," Jay whined between tired blows exchanged with his doppelganger.

"We can't give up. Keep fighting!" Kai encouraged, eager to get outside and help M/n whose faint roars were occasionally heard.

A horde of children in multicolored ninja suits running down the hall yelling 'Ninja, go!' caught the attention of the fighting group.

"Hey, it really is Ninja Day!" Cole joked, still in combat with his Bizarro version.

"Oh, I see what they're doing! They're trying to confuse them!" Kai chirped with surprise and relief.

"Yeah, but it's confusing me, too!" Jay exclaimed while observing the children which weaved between himself and his opposition.

"Keep your focus," Zane commanded as his evil look-a-like was overwhelmed by students. Using the distraction, he used Spinjitzu and pull 'Zane' into his tornado of light and threw him against the lockers with such force that he dissipated into evil smoke.

"It works just like Gene says. If you can land a powerful enough punch, they'll be defeated!" Lloyd yelled to his friends over the chaos.

Cole landed a powerful uppercut against his evil counterpart who had stumbled due to the mass of kids that surrounded him. "Good riddance!" He cheered.

"Don't think you can get rid of us that easily," 'Jay' taunted in a warbly, mechanical voice, "By the way, did I mention that I kissed Nya?"

"What?! You did what?!" the Lightning Ninja exclaimed, anger running through his veins. He jumped behind the copy of himself and landed a hard kick to the base of 'Jay's' spine, turning him into dust. "Nobody kisses my girl!" He retorted to the now non-existent entity.

"Ugh! Stay back!" Bizarro Kai growled at the students which clung to his body, inhibiting him from properly fighting. He tried to run in an attempt to regain control of the situation but he was hit in the face with a smoke bomb. "Ah! My eyes! I can't see!" He cried as he pressed the heels of his hands into his burning retinas.

Kai sauntered toward him, taking the opportunity the bash his clone's head in, "Ain't so bad," He sighed victoriously.

Before the lot could celebrate another roar rang out, reminding them of their last teammate in distress. Zane was the first to turn tail and sprint down the hallway toward the exit. The others followed suit, including the children who had no idea why they were going outside.

When they got outside there was only one dragon to be seen and a glimpse of black dust flying away in the wind. M/n was panting, exhausted like his friends from fighting his double. The dragon let out a whine both of complaint and relief. He laid down on the grass and licked the wounds he had, many small scratches and few larger gashes.

Zane approached M/n, "Are you alright?" to which the dragon chirped.

The schoolboys gathered around the mythical beast and gawked. "Yeah, my friend is a dragon shifter," Lloyd flaunted, activating a flurry of questions from his ex-classmates.

The teachers and principal had found their way out of the building seeing as there was no more fighting. "Normally, we'd punish you for holding us captive, but I guess now that we've all learned a valuable lesson, I suppose it's cause for a celebration," Noble announced.

"Uh, that wouldn't mean cake, now, would it?" Cole suggested giddily.

Jay piloted the Ultra Sonic Raider on the road back to Ninjago City while M/n and Cole, who gorged himself on the entire chocolate cake the school offered them, flew above.

Garmadon appeared on the dash screen and dramatically turned toward the camera wielding the Mega Weapon, startling the ninja, "So, it is true. You have destroyed my evil ninja."

"Keep it coming, Garmadon," Kai taunted and pointed at the screen over Jay's seat, "Your attempts to stop us are only making us stronger."

The oni began an evil monologue, "But tomorrow is a new day, ninja. Mark my words, I will find new ways to finish you, once and for al—" before he's cut off by glitching and static.

"What? I can't hear you," Kai jeered childishly with a hand at his ear as if listening.

"Nya will be displeased. She just repaired it and it appears it already has to go back to the shop," Zane observed the broken dash screen.

"Nah, it's not broken," Lloyd argued, grabbing the handles of his seat and sending electricity through the vehicle to the screen, causing it to display floating pixels and play music.

"You did that? But it didn't blow up," Jay looked back at the boy in green with surprise.

"Hey, you go to school, and sometimes you might pick up a thing or two," Lloyd joked, using a controller to play Tetris on the console.
