Well it’s been a bit since I’ve created proper Hotline stuff! (I don’t particularly feel like I have as much inspiration for it anymore, but-!) Ninja Girl’s always a favourite.

Blorbo: The Son (honorable mention to half the fans and Evan Wright.) He's such a good note to end the series on, and I just think about him a lot, doomed by trying to make a dead man proud and knowing it but leaping off the edge anyways.

Scrunkly: Believe it or not, there are not a lot of baby characters in hlm, so... Beard? I guess? I'd say the Girl but she's something else. Beard'll fit.

Scrimblo Bimblo: Richter. Absolute shoe-in for the category, gets overlooked a lot when people talk about the games but I think he's neat.

Glup Shitto: so this one is definitely two characters and it's The Girl and Ninja Lady. (and this is where I take a brief diversion into saying I love hotline miami but I don't love the near absence of women, especially with the girl being mostly in the background for 1 and being straight up fridged, she has one line the whole game and gets spoken of in terms of a thing to be lost or had and not like, her own person, and I feel like there could have been more potential there, even without her speaking more words, just in like, how the game speaks about her sense. Ninja Lady's great tho rip to a queen with 2 seconds of fight time)

Poor Little Meow Meow: probably The Henchman, dude just wanted out and got the shittiest week ever.

Horse Plinko: Tony, the man seems so easy to piss off, it'd be a breeze, and he's enough of a brash asshole I wouldn't feel too bad about it.

Eeby Deeby: Jake! Rot in hell you confederate bastard, your levels having some of the best music and your inclusion being a very worthwhile part of the story notwithstanding.
