Nine es un rapero estadounidense originario del Bronx, Nueva York, que se dio a conocer a mediados de la década de 1990. Su nombre real es Derrick Keyes y nació el 19 de septiembre de 1969. En 1995, Nine lanzó su álbum debut "Nine Livez" a través del sello discográfico Profile Records. El álbum fue producido por un equipo de productores que incluía a Rob Lewis y Tony Stoute. "Nine Livez" incluye canciones como "Whutcha Want?", "Any Emcee", y "The Cypha".

This album will be in constant replay. o 4.00 = Solid - The album is something I'm going to listen to more than a few times and will probably stay in my rotation for the next few months.
