Alphys uses syringes to extract the various soul traits that are in Nihontale. After the collection she thinks and comes to a conclusion that it would be theoretically possible to infuse[combine] some soul traits with another and thus creating "artificial" soul traits.

The experiment conclusions are:

Dishonor + Honor ⇒ Pride

Determination + Perseverance ⇒ commitment

Pride + Dishonor ⇒ Jealousy

Justice + integrity ⇒ Justigrity [righteousness]

Chaos + Cruelty + Crockery + Fear ⇒ Insanity

Bravery + Impatience + Unkindness ⇒ Impulsivity

Unkindness + Patience ⇒ Impassivity

New AU in the making????

Yo, yo, yo, guys long time no see o/ Has it been three years since my last trip to the Undertale fandom? Boi, this place sure got quiet...  Anywaaaay hope ya’ll are ready for a new au in the making :> Still very much in the depths of development but I found out while I was in the process of developing, there was an au called Katanatale/Nihontale which may end up being a little similar? Since both have a Japanese theme, buuuuuuut! For the base concept of this au, I’m going to be working with Japanese folklore (Hence the name of the au being Folktale) where all the monsters are different types of yokai, having different traits and descriptions of what they were based off of o/  I’ve got a basic idea of how the au is going to roll out but I need some opinions and guidance in case I end up making it similar to someone else’s au and or improve it to be more interesting. I’ve decided that I’m going to have both Frisk and Chara in this, but I’ll be making Chara as a yokai that follows Frisk around, telling them the routes and such but being who he is, he would have ill intentions (or not).  The way I’m having Frisk enter the Realm of Yokai is by her wishing and walking through a shrine gate, which Toriel/Chara heard and she was then in such realm. There are definitely places that need improving and developing but i hope you guys don’t mind the new company of an au :>
