When you’re so fucking depressed you actually can’t tell if you’re tired or actually depressed so you sit there and try to figure it out, exhausting your mind and then when you finally figure it out you question it and start thinking about it all over again.

I have been sitting here trying to occupy my brain with things I enjoy, but I am so tired of it that I don’t even know why I like it anymore. Everything about Supernatural used to make me happy and calm, and now I feel like...the opposite I guess. But it’s so much more than just Supernatural. It’s EVERYTHING I ENJOY DOING that isn’t appealing anymore. I am on medication for depression, I am exercising, and I am heading in a very positive direction in my life, for once, and I cannot figure out why nothing is fun anymore.
