    who  starts  putting  up  decorations  in  october?  they  both  do,  they  are  not  big  halloween  fans.      who  buys  the  advent  calendars?   isaac,  hands  down.      who  places  mistletoes  all  around  the  house?  also  isaac.      who  wraps  the  presents  for  other  people?  lydia,  she  can  get  slightly  controlling  about  wrapping.      who  puts  the  final  star/angel  on  the  top  of  the  christmas  tree?  isaac,  mostly  because  lydia  cannot  reach  it.       who’s  the  one  that  hates  eggnog?  isaac,  but  he  sucks  it  up  to  make  lydia  happy.       who’s  the  one  that  bakes  christmas  cookies  for  guests?  lydia  tries,  but  they  suck.  the  good  ones  are  isaac’s.       who  sends  out  the  christmas  cards?  lydia  does.  isaac  doesn’t  have  the  patient  and  he  knows  she  is  the  one  who  has  a  better  way  with  words.       who  knows  all  the  words  to  twelve  days  of  christmas?  neither,  but  they  are  learning  it  together.       who’s  the  better  snowman  builder?  lydia  is,  and  she  always  uses  one  of  isaac’s  scarves.       who  starts  snowball  fights?  they  take  turns,  but  mostly  isaac.  it  helps  them  both  make  up  for  their  crappy  childhoods.       who’s  the  one  that  wakes  the  other  on  christmas  morning  by  playing  christmas  songs  really  loudly?  isaac,  definitely.  there  is  usually  breakfast  in  bed  also  involved.
