mais avec de vieilles créas pour vous présenter trois frères (regardez comme ils sont beaux) qu’on attend impatiemment sur beyond the throne.

Nicolaï (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau), Youri (Lee Pace) et Andreï (Ed Skrein) sont à la tête (avec leur sœur Yeva, jouée) de l’organisation russe; enfin... *wink wink*

Nicolaï est en fait présumé mort, depuis 2018. Youri et Andreï ? ils pensaient hériter de l’organisation après la mort de leur aîné, mais c’est à Yeva, leur sœur, qu’il a légué ses parts : et c’est elle qui s’y retrouve à la tête. 

Les cadets écopent donc respectivement des rôles de gérant proxénète et gérant du trafic de drogue, tout en voyant s’envoler leur rêve de faire perdurer l’organisation familiale telle que leurs aïeuls l’avaient créée. Car Yeva compte bien faire changer les choses, offrir des droits à celles à qui on en a enlevé, et ce n’est pas sans déplaire à ses petits frères qui vont tout faire pour reprendre leur place, sans imaginer le retour inattendu de Nicolaï. 

Vous l’aurez compris, l’histoire de cette famille n’est pas sans rebondissements, dramas et trahisons en tout genre; ces trois scénarios n’attendent donc qu’un preneur motivé et investi pour se lancer dans l’aventure avec nous 😈

Déjà plusieurs liens au compteur (Nicolaï comptant son ex-femme, le nouveau compagnon de celui-ci et ses deux enfants illégitimes; les deux autres avec leurs neveux/nièces, et membres de la REG) pour ces trois tête du cerbère de la REG !

I know that people are annoyed that Ridley receives either shippy questions or parentage questions. But I don't think it's because Rey is a female character as some says... for me, it's just because Rey isn't intrresting on her own: nobody believes that she could fall to the dark side or did things wrong (it's still possible with Palpy and all but she'll always be victorious like the Re), etc. so the relationships she has with others is the sole thing that can be interesting to ask, in a way.

Well, thank you, anon, for giving me a pretext to give my own two cents about daisygate because otherwise I'd probably keep to myself.

Because I won't lie, a bad, b*tchy trickster in me is feeling a nasty, nasty Schadenfreude at the current meltdown. Hey, I never said I'm a good person.

Like, sorry but pining Rey who won't feel at home in the resistance though will be putting a mask on while her heroic journey is all about Ben's redemption has never been dubious only because of fallogocentrism. Like, ffs, even the Kylo is redeemable interview was more about why Rey is awesome and not stupid to reach out to him than what is star wars about.

Anyway

I'm going to also be a little analytical here. I think it's worth noting that Rey is the first sw protagonist who entered the scene with everyone and their dogs knowing what Star Wars is about - and that it isn't about a single person and their hand in taking down an empire. From narrative perspective it is Luke's part in Vader's redemption that's more important but he didn't become a popcultural icon through redeeming his father only blowing up Death Star 1.0. With Anakin it has always been about how will he conceive Luke and Leia and become Darth Vader but let's not forget he was a clone war legend too. But with Rey... yeah, the question has always been what is her place in relation to the other characters? While everyone's dropped jaws insist otherwise, Rey has done relatively little in war plotline so far: she defeated Kylo on SKB and lifted some rocks while Anakin by this point has destroyed the droid mothership, participated in battle of Geonosis and fought count Dooku and Luke has rescued Leia, delivered the DS plans, blew DS up and participated in the Snow Battle for which they got good job, padawan and you owe me one, respectively. So while we all know that Rey's story isn't about the war, I'm not sure this is the mindset Ridley has been playing with all along.

Then again, I also kinda sympathise with her. I've recently run into a quote from none other than Mark Hamill and while he often just whines to whine I agree with him on this one: the current mode of making blockbusters took much agency away from the actors. Because now it's all about protecting the spoilers from leaking and omg what if somebody guesses our uberclever endgame, actors get little information, receive scripts on need to know basis, apparently the only character who knew Infinity War's full endgame haha was sorcerer supreme, hell, in the same article Nicolai Coster-Waldau was quoted saying that Got goes so far that they get instructions through little earphones while on set. So most actors are just puppets in directors hands, there's no room for proper character creation, to brainstorm over them with friends, even non-acting ones, as Hamill got sentimental was the case during OT. Though this makes me kinda appreciate that Adam Driver knew something all along kinda like Alan Rickman in HP.

So, yeah, sorry that this has become a deeper reflection on the condition of contemporary actor in information society and how media narcissism is limiting individual creativity. But, yeah, the bottom line is that maybe not everyone's idea of what makes an interesting character are FLIIIIIPTOOOOOOOPS.

I won’t even dignify Game of Thrones enough to reblog anything about it because I am lost for words. I have never ever ever witnessed poorer writing. I just feel bad for the actors. Imagine putting your heart and soul into these characters just for two pieces of shit writers to fuck you over like this.  I’m sorry Emilia Clarke and Nicolai Coster Waldau, you both deserved so much better.

Here’s the thing - it does not appear the focus is promoting Dark Phoenix. From what we’ve seen, he’s not promoting a project. He’s signing autographs and posing for pictures like retired athletes do at car shows. The other person doing it is Nicolai Coster Waldau, who is such a big name I had to check google twice in hopes of getting his name right. If this is normal for a list Oscar nominated talent, can someone name me one or two other a list stars who have done this? I’m not talking about attending a Comic Con. I’m talking about attending by doing 8 hours of signing and an hour or so of posing for pictures. Because i asked that yesterday and didn’t hear any names, which I’m thinking is an indication that it’s not normal for top tier Marvel talent.

7/8. Brutal. I haven’t seen other Nicolai Coster-Waldau performance than Game of Thrones before. And watching this you won’t have the feeling that there is Jamie Lannister in front of you. Proved he’s more than that.

But again it’s a brutal movie. And it’s not in a sawmovielike brutal when you know deep inside that it’s a movie. There’s real blood and violence. Be prepared for that.

In other news. Idk if anyone is a Nicolai Coster Waldau fan too. But i just recently saw his wife Nukâka has got tribal tattoos and I'm so in love. This woman rocks! ..... just a random side note for anyone interested. 😂

I’m a kind of fan - I always like him when I see him interviewed, but I don’t pay a ton of attention to him.

Your first RP: my first rp was on the FORUM hex - my first tumblr rp i actually don’t remember the name of but i had this really shitty OC and it was a harry potter (current gen) rpg. back in the day when iain somerholder or whatever his name is was still very much abound. i think i played opposite someone with jensen ackles as their fc... yeah

Other RPs you were in: i’ve been in way way too many but to name a couple my favourites have been, this one (obviously), a pirate 16th century rpg called marooned and then a cyberpunk rpg pk (i might be biased because it was mine...)

Your favourite character that you’ve ever RP’d as: i actually love darcy moldridge a hell of a lot but my all time favourite is a character called vincent — i started writing him in the pirate rpg, he was this physician coerced into a navy man, then was taken hostage by pirates, then marooned on an island and turned almost immortal. he was super rough™ looking and just generally looked kinda scary but was the biggest softie. he’s had many many iterations since (me and my writing wife do various drabbles with vincent and her character from the same orig. in diff scenarios). sO YEAH.
