Things that only i find funny:

Seeing some guy trying to buy art from Nick Thorburn and asking for Nick's venmo

And nick immediately responding with "don't you listen to Critical?" then realizing what he just did and apologizing "sorry to subject you to that" and looking a bit sheepish lmaooooo

If you aren't familiar with The Critical Podcast, it's hoted by Nick and David and it's a parody on "content creators" and podcast culture (plus there's a wild story going on in the background that involves nick joining a cult but that's for another time). Anyway there is a lot of begging for money so they can make a living off their podcast and Nick and David have a popularity contest going on where you send money to whichever person you like the most. They plug their venmos a LOT

I have a feeling that I am somewhat alone in my obsession with Islands. Lead singer Nick Thorburn (or Diamonds) has a very strange voice, but I really can't get enough of it. I would describe this album as I would describe the cover...a train wreck; I can't explain why I can't keep away, but I want more!
