was telling my mom about the latest updates with the mouth congress instagram today (i.e. someone messaged to ask about setting up a collab with their canadian punk band next year saying that they had previously talked to scott about it on the set of some other show/movie they worked on so i took down the message and forwarded it to the band themselves) and i was joking about how i've been promoted from social media manager to secretary and she got so excited and responded "just like cathy and kathie!!!"

#ngl this social media manager stuff involves more responsibility than i initially thought it would but that only makes me love it more #bc i get to actually put time and effort into working with my favorite band and show that i can be dependable #like this is genuinely such a good resume builder #idk what the next project is going to be for kith but i could see this leading to an internship with them at some point #even if it's like. writers assistant for paul bellini or something. most comedy writers start out as assistants anyway #i've proven myself as dependable ambitious creative and hopefully fun to be around. this could absolutely lead to a job
