Gojo Satoru x reader , hurt/comfort? (Satoru only really) , rlly short

Author notes; I was doing storyboarding for my media assignment and thought of this… I really am a loser media student aren’t I?

North Star is a term in the film industry. If the scene doesn’t follow the message, ‘north star’ in other words, isn’t useful to conveying it, scrap it. As well the north star used for directions by humans for centuries.

Satoru could call (name) his north star. If something in his life doesn’t follow the way they so wish to go he dropped it. To stay by their side. Like his lover would say as a joke, he was like a starving puppy, though he wasn’t ashamed of that fact. He was starving for the way their presence seemed to fill every room, like a protective blanket you would cover yourself with as a kid to hide from imaginary monsters. A familiar feeling he had with someone so many springs ago yet both just as valuable.

(name) couldn’t fill the hole suguru left in his heart but they softened the sharp edge, like melting shattered glass into one to make something new and gentle. A sense of appreciation for the universe giving him someone who hung up the stairs after suguru painted the sky the beautiful black it is.

Or maybe both his lover and best friend both worked together to hang the north star for him.

Satoru tracing the relaxed features of his lover’s face, touch soft and slow. Too make sure they didn’t wake up, knowing they would identify the melancholy that seemed to bleed from him. Something he wasn’t exactly thrilled to explain on the night of Christmas Eve.

Notice what words are slanted in this? Might have a reason :D
