Being picky with horror sucks. I love horror but it's such a slippery slope from "I'm uncomfortable and scared and I love it" to "I'm uncomfortable and scared in a bad way" that I struggle to explain to people. It's not even uncomfortable in a bad way is a morally bad thing but people in general have different realms of how willing they are to feel uncomfortable so it can he difficult to reccomend horror stuff to each other if you both have different boundaries

#i wanna watch more horror movies but so many of them make me uncomfortable in a bad way #in particular i wanna watch the new al//ien cause it looks good but one shot in a youtube trailer i keep getting an ad for #ngl it makes me genuinely nautious its a very gross shot they decided to zoom in for especially for an ad #like they arent morally bad or anything for it its just idk if i could sit through that in a movie #been meaning to watch the og movie though i think i could handle that #bc rambles #horror #horror genre
