He’s usually the one who takes care of Patrice when her parents aren’t around or when she visits him

He’s a father figure to a good amount of the plants, for some of the other ones they probably just see him as an uncle/cousin or just a general family member even! They mean a lot to him and vice versa :] (yes even if he is a bit chaotic)

Head empty

Always has a bottle of hot sauce hidden under the pot on his head or in his pocket

Eats hot sauce with a lot of random foods, Douglas tried to give him an intervention once because he finds it concerning on how much stuff Dave has eaten hot sauce with, it doesn’t work obviously (this is based off an inside joke w/my friends)

Sometimes he lets Patrice put stickers on the pot hat

Since he has like- 4 places to live in at this point, he usually lets the plants occupy them. He’s obviously not gonna be able to live in 2 whole mansions and 2 houses by himself

Has a scrapbook with pictures of all the plants

Sometimes lets Stinky the snail chill on the pot on his head

There are times where he invites Harvey to visit Neighborville so that they can play Vasebreaker again like old times, they’ll even play Wall-Nut Bowling if they feel like it

Was given the family mansion because out of all of the family members who actually stayed in Neighborville, he’s the most trustworthy one (surprisingly) to own it and the others who have stayed in town don’t really want the mansion

He was the one who made the Peashooter pillow, Sunflower blanket and Wall-nut plushie that can be seen in one of the graphic novels

Has made battery acid spaghetti before and despite the fact that he regrets trying it, he continues to still make it whenever he can (much to the dismay of Patrice and the plants)
