Baby Villain Shouta AU - Aka AFO’s the Father

Here to drop another AU on you guys. This is one of my fun ones. 

The first image is older and the second one is more recent. 

Listen this AU is just...fun. 

Basically, Shouta is the son of AFO and he goes to UA to stake out the students there for recruitment into his father’s cause and to flesh out his own inner circle. He’s...such a little shit, I love him. So...to break things down...

Shouta’s mother was a very successful Villain. Possibly an assassin and master thief that caught AFO’s eye. Instead of being afraid of him she basically gave him the run around and took every opportunity to sass the heck out him. “Catch me if you can, asshole!” type of deal. He originally wanted her for her quirk, which I’m thinking was some kind of movement tracking/copying quirk, but they actually started to get friendly. AFO probably found it at least refreshing to have someone talk to him like a normal person and even banter with him. Eventually they feel in love I guess. Her name was Akahana Aizawa and they did marry and have Shouta. 

Needless to say she dies. She dies in a hero raid on one of AFO’s smaller bases she was visiting with Shouta, who was 5 at the time. She was going to check out some new recruits and look into some interesting quirks and Shouta was a clingy child and wanted to go with his Mama. His mother died protecting him the best she could and died in the fire that engulfed the building. She was trapped under rubble. 

Kurogiri is his own person in this and is Oboro’s disowned older brother. He was a recent recruit and was only 13. He plucked a crying and screaming Shouta up and ran from the building. From that day forward AFO made Kurogiri Shouta’s caretaker and he later became Tomura’s once Shouta was a teen and AFO picked Tomura up. 

Needless to say the two of them are actually quite close. Shouta very much values Kurogiri’s opinion. 

Kurogiri 100% calls him Young Master to annoy him. 

When he was little Shouta called Kurogiri “Kuro-nii” and just...it’s cute. 

Shouta sees Tomura as a little brother. Tomura can get very very clingy with him and Kurogiri. 

Shouta’s actually more of the successor than Tomura in the case of this au. 

AFO did grab Tomura with the intention of using him as a tool to hurt All Might but damn it, his son got attached to the little brat and now he’s attached too. 

Shouta doesn’t like the Doctor on principle. Sadly he’s the only one AFO trusts to give Shouta his check ups. Shouta had bitten the man before and kicked him in the chest. 

Oboro’s parents are pro heroes and are firmly in the Commission’s pocket. Were likely a quirk marriage of some sort and wanted to basically breed good heroes. Kurogiri’s looks too villainous so he was disowned. Oboro’s parents pressure him intensely to be the perfect hero and the poor kid’s a complete wreck under that smile of his. 

Hizashi’s father wants him to be a hero for the money. He has a powerful quirk, might as well take advantage of it. Hizashi’s mother is oblivious to this and the abuse Hizashi’s father puts him though. She’s deaf and Hizashi’s father may or may not be lightly drugging her. 

Oboro and Hizashi are best friends and kinda...are assholes at first. They’re very popular with their peers but...yeah. 

Shouta joins the class under recommendation instead of through the sports festival. 

Shouta is very perceptive and Hizashi and Oboro peek his interest so he does a little, read a lot, of research. Doubly so once he learns that Oboro is Kurogiri’s little brother. 

Shouta is Hizashi’s bi awakening because he kind of kicks his ass during a training exercise. 

In case anyone was wondering Hizashi was Oboro’s bi awakening. 

Shouta arranges a meeting, aka he has the two of them kidnapped and brought to the bar for a chit chat. 

Shouta kinda uses his large amount of research and the promise of making Hizashi’s father and Oboro’s parents disappear along with some mild emotional manipulation to bring them over to the dark side. 

Hizashi and Oboro kinda see Shouta as a means to a better life away from the expectations piled on them. They just see him as their boss for a while, and not their friend. 

Changes when Shouta tells them he’s never been to an arcade and they drag him to one. Before that they’ve kinda been worming their way into Shouta’s heart already but after that it’s all over...Shouta has feelings for them. 

Oboro and Hizashi noticed Shouta was looking at a plush cat in the prize area earlier and pooled their tickets to get it for him because Shouta didn’t have enough on his own. Shouta kinda...cried over the genuineness of it all. 

They became best friends from that point forward and Shouta would literally kill a man for the both of them. 

Now all three of them kinda are spies in UA, trying to figure out if they want to infiltrate the Pros or not. 

Idk much of what they’re gonna be doing as adults yet ngl, but this is a fun au for me and I love it.
