Whb Omegaverse AU headcanons
Reader is an omega for this specific post! Because all of you are bottoms/j
Nsfw
Cw: dubcon heavy dubcon, implications of noncon, Omegaverse dynamics.
Tumblr media
Oh no
Being an omega in whb is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. You already need demon cum to survive now you just need demon dick to survive your heat. I don't think all devils and hell are just not going to take advantage of you during your heat where your vulnerable and wanting.
Devils are in a weird middle ground where they are neither Alpha, Omega nor Beta But the same time all of them. It's weird because they have a completely different scent that feels like an alpha however can also have a calming scent as an omega. They have Alpha ruts and Omega heats. And they can mark anyone as their mate as they please. They can have multiple mates but a lot of devils only choose one.
To prevent you from getting mated you have to put on a indestructible bite proof collar. It has the power to withstand Lucifer with his vampiric teeth so I think you're safe. Especially because demons have sharper teeth.
Fear for your safety in Abaddon. Like never go outside without your heat suppressants it's not like that will really work because devils will still smell you even with suppressants. And only Kings can withstand the scent of a delicious human in heat. Other devils even sometimes nobles are weak to the scent. Good luck protecting yourself when one of them is in that rut. I guess you're only other option is just always have a trusted devil with you when you go outside.
By the way demon ruts are far more intense than human Alpha. Like I'm talking fighting in the street. Starting brawls in Bars. Yes Kings can hold back when they can smell you in heat but that doesn't mean they do. They're demons, and that means extra devil energy for you. :) You're done for.
Demons from Abyssos and Abaddon are the only exceptions if they sense that you're in heat they becomes a feral animal, hell bent on marking you. You better run from Beel and Bael
Bael is an interesting case. To appear kingly he tries so hard to reject the animalistic drive to pounce on you. And he actually tries to avoid you. Until he can't take the tightness in his pants anymore.
Beel will break into your room through the window to have his way with you like the creature of the night he is.
The Kings start a passive aggressive war on each other by scenting. At first it was just a way to protect you and ward off angels. Then Levi the last meeting scent it you right in front of Satan Even though he just did that, Levi even went the extra mile making sure he covered up every spot Satan scented. The next time you ever visit him he will make sure you REEK of his scent.
On a lighter note I'm pretty sure everything would be so endearing to you when you're starting to nest. Demons would send you gifts of the finest material to make into your nest. To any devil it would be an honor to add his clothing into your nest because you just simply think They smell good. Even though you'll try to nest and secluded spot You're a little nesting spot will be found out and protected like their lives depended on it. Driving away any other devils that are too persistent or angels also drawn to your scent.
Devils with strong provider instinct like mammon would be worsen during the heat. These devils are the ones giving you gifts. Especially food.
Satan is growling and barking being your little guard dog. Anyone touches you They are dead. He inspects any gifts you are given. Beel it's already in your nest (He's ready when you are) Levi is about to bust a blood vessel just about to throw all these demons out. He knows that you need to be alone and only you can decide who can come in to your own nest (a rare moment of clarity for Levi?!)
Lucifer is trying so hard to hold back to your pheromones. Angels can smell them but they cannot feel the pull of your irresistible scent. Now that he has a fallen angel and the devil He is not quite used to smelling you. And he is trying to resist.
Minhyeok is an alpha, and he's been getting by on his ruts by just running into the stuff that smells like you, your underwear your dirty clothes, That damn chair. Now that you're gone he's starting to go through shampoo and lotion you use. Ruts are getting harder and harder to go through and he needs you so bad. Before you were taken to hell He always subconsciously thought you were his omega even though he hasn't mated you yet. Since you always smelled like him which he liked because deterred alphas.

love me like a sailor
levi ackerman x gn!reader
piece is sfw but 18+ acc, minors & ageless dni
he supposes it runs in the family. running away when you're close to something good. something that doesn't rely on survival. something normal that he could have, but... for the first time in his life he's scared.
he's terrified.
he barely makes the connection that he left you behind like that day in the underground city when he watched kenny's form diminish.
but here you were in front of him.
unlike him, you chased the warmth you wanted so badly. the wisps, the almosts, the barely.
the way his cold fingers would dance over yours, just barely slotting between yours before pulling away. the way he'd cup your face, staring into your eyes as he gravitated towards you just to plant a ghost of a kiss against your forehead. the breath that just about carried the words "can i come in?" to the tip of his tongue as you stood in the threshold of your room.
you'd cornered him, for lack of a better word. you would've felt pathetic if you didn't want it so badly— him. keeping your tears at bay, holding them like a pill you refused to swallow right in the center of your throat as you asked him why he started avoiding you. why he stopped looking at you all together. even a command that came so naturally for captain had levi turning his cheek to you like he couldn't bare to acknowledge your being.
you'd asked him what he was so scared of because you could read him like a book, always have.
was he scared of loving you? how could he when he was always right there? looking at you with eyes filled with so much affection you felt like your heart would burst. his scoldings after missions that extended a bit too far past what a captain would say.
was it the sea of the unknown that brought waves tall enough to knock you out and wash you away?
"how can you look at me like that? like you see forever when you look at me." he choked softly, voice deep and rumbly. his hand cupping your cheek, eyes full of fear darting back and forth between yours like they held the answer. his heart aching when your eyes fluttered closed because he didn't know that he looked at you the same way. what he subconsciously avoided when he couldn't bare to meet your gaze.
you leaned into his touch, hanging onto almost in the hope that it wouldn't disappear like it always had. you could feel it. the way his palms shook against your cheek. how he forced an out in front of you "i'm not cut out for that life. a boyfriend. a husband. i can't give you what you want."
and you wanted to rip your hair out because all you wanted was him.
you'd finally peeled your eyes open. it left him breathless. his heart stopping in his chest because where he expected tears and brokenness he found determination and fire. he was defenseless.
"family" you corrected him. that's what he was trying to explain, that's what he saw when he looked at you and him. "not cut out for it? it's something you deserve."
you had more to say. you wanted to tell him that as long as he was by your side he'd give you something you wouldn't have imagined you'd get in the next hundred lifetimes, but suddenly his lips were in yours.
he'd kissed you on the lips.
hands squishing your face not like he was scared he'd lose you. not this time. like he was finally choosing something he wanted. picking it up with his own two hands. holding it close because you told him he could.
he walked you back to your room in the barracks, a smile spreading across your face as he intertwined his fingers with yours. and as you stood in the threshold of your room he squeezed your hand in his, the words you'd longed to hear barely leaving his lips before you pulled him right in. your laugh like popping bubbles as you shut the door behind you.
you wouldn't let him run anymore, not that he would ever think to do so again.

800's - Titan's Era - The Past
After so many years, Captain Levi barely remembers the first time he saw you, but he knows it was special.
In his childhood, a man named Kenny taught him some survival skills. They went beyond common self-defense; he learned to steal from small stores, run from the military cops, and beat someone, in case he needed to fight. After all, knowing more than just basic skills was required to survive there. Plus, his Ackerman genes helped him endure that filthy environment.
The other kids in the underground found him extremely intimidating. They began avoiding him after hearing rumors that he could beat up grown-ups twice his size and never face any consequences. Some saw him as a legend, while others viewed him as a scary and awful little boy.
With Kenny's departure, Levi was left alone. He had to rely on himself as a young child, without any family or friends to give him support.
Until the day he met you, that is.
Being raised inside your parents' small store, you lacked the street smarts. There was only so much you could do against the older kids who would bully you. And the alley next to your home was the perfect place for them to get you.
Levi found you there, scared for your life. The bigger kids were dragging your face down in the muddy floor and making threats. You knew who they were: robbers, who left your parents' store not satisfied with just some pennies.
Just like these children, Levi was also a thief. However, he was only trying to secure his daily meal, struggling to survive on his own, while the others committed theft for their own pleasure.
Maybe that's why he saved you that day, getting himself into trouble with the other kids. Or it was because he felt like he owned your dad, as he once caught him stealing some bread and let him off the hook. No matter the reasoning he was sure that he could handle the kids
The next day, it was your turn to help him. You found Levi injured near your house. You hurried to him and treated him following your mother's instructions. Since he couldn't afford medicine, he allowed you to treat him.
Levi was impressed by you, who seemed unfazed by the red flow of blood gushing from his knee. (You were repulsed but insisted on helping him back, so you kept it to yourself.) In return, you were also impressed to learn that he was the least hurt in the fight he had with your bullies, handling all of them alone.
It quickly became a routine. Every time you met, it was for a different reason. However, there was this shared, strange proximity whenever you saw each other. A friendship was formed, but you would never use such a word; it didn't seem to fit with the connection you had.
Suddenly, Levi thought he was getting sick. His heart would take leaps whenever you took care of him, with so much dedication written on your face. He would stutter when seeing you after a long time apart, but your caring tone and look would give him the confidence to speak for himself afterward.
One day, your mother teased him and got away with it. He came rushing into the store when another child who resembled you went missing. Not seeing you there made him panic; only your mom was there as you left with your dad for a walk. To lighten the mood at the small store, she made a joke about him liking a certain kid.
He did like you. It was an innocent and pure first love. Yet, kids like him didn't get crushes, so he never put such a label on his feelings. He believed that he would not live long. And since you had a (slightly) better condition, one day you were to be married and carry on your family name. He saw no use in having a crush.
When you saw him later that day, he said your mother was sweet, like his. You asked about her whereabouts, and after knowing of her death, you told him that she must have become a star in the sky. He wished to see it for himself.
So the stars caught both of your interests. Well, you already talked nonstop about nature and the sky — it was your dream to leave the underground.
You'd talk about the birds that sometimes get trapped in the underground. Daydreams about living outside would fuel your imagination. You would imagine feeling the sun's warmth on your skin. How cold was the snow? — you asked yourself. And in some days you'd dream of kissing your love in the rain one day; you longed for a romance like in your stories.
Levi never got your name; he never asked. When he was older, he would call you "poet". Truth be told, you were just a little child, seeking solace in fiction as a form of comfort from the terrible circumstances you lived in.
Even as a child, Levi was skeptical of others' beliefs, religions, and legends. Interestingly enough, his main memory of you was a discussion over a love story. Something about two people meant to find each other, connected through a red string of fate.
"You're such a baby for falling for this soulmate thing. I think you're being stupid!"
He was ignorant and rude as a kid; he knew it.
"Do you really, think that about me, Levi?" No.
You were brilliant — an entire constellation; he noted.
Actually, he was amazed by your appreciation for nature, something you had never encountered before. Levi never said it, but he liked your drawings in the dirt. They illustrated your stories. Since you didn't know the format of the stars, each time you would draw them in a unique pattern.
He was so bad with words, he could never say beautiful things like you did. He wanted to, tell you how much he enjoyed your company. But he wasn't able to.
Soon enough, you started to cough and sneeze a lot, and out of nowhere, you became a star too. A little star, beaming in the sky, hidden from Levi's sight underneath the capital.
Your death was invisible in the underground. Diseases were everywhere, and people died easily there. They did not live long. If they got sick, they would probably die very soon; just like you did when a cold got your family.
In Levi's opinion, you managed to escape from that hell.
His heart ached again; he wanted to cry, he wanted you, then he wanted his mom, but neither could be found. And his thoughts would revolve around the fact that he would never love meet you again. Gone forever, he thought.
A frigid and everlasting winter started inside of him, building up icy walls around his heart.
The images of his first love faded over time, just like the clouds in the sky. In his heart, it was always winter. The sky turned gray, and the air he breathed was freezing cold. The ice kept him closed off from the world around him.
Levi got so used to the cold that he was afraid of his warmer days. The sun would bless him again; not as the large sphere that shone during the day, but more shaped like his friends. Those who brought comfort to his broken heart were like sun rays.
His line of work would bring even more disaster to his life. And these were the coldest days. But there were always some sun rays peeking through the windows of his heart. It was their persistence that encouraged the man to continue moving forward, with no regrets.
When asked what he desired to do if he ever got a life after the military, Levi would scowl - as if that could ever happen - he would respond. In the end, everyone agreed he'd excel at whatever he chose to do.
Just no poetry - his friends commented - not with his awful attitude and scary face. Levi brushed them off. The comments made his friends laugh, and that lightness was needed there. After all the deaths and injuries, the captain couldn't find himself mad at their silly banter after an unsuccessful expedition.
Yet, just as the sun always sets at night, death would soon follow Levi's path. He always got shocked by them, but never surprised, as to him disaster seemed to be as natural as the daily sunset.
Mom, his first love poet kid, Isabel, Furlan, all those fallen soldiers, his squad, Erwin... They all faded in the sky which was Levi's life, leaving him in the darkness of the night. During those evenings, he would gaze at the stars that were once his companions; then he would cry, grieving and trembling with the coldness of his solitude.
One of the few memories Levi had of his childhood was that poet kid, always talking about the overworld. On his first explorations, he was able to see everything that the kid always dreamed about. Although that child would never expect him to lose his family the first time he saw the poetic and romantic rain.
Levi hated rainy days because they reminded him of himself.
Years later, Levi almost lost himself, as the raindrops fell on his severe injuries. He was rescued by a friend, whom he didn't have enough time to thank, as their death followed soon after. With Hanji's death and the war's end, he could finally rest, assured that his days would be calmer. At the same time, he feared he would never find love again.
But he was wrong because he met you (again).
Years younger than him, but old enough to have your own career, you were a witty traveler. Born into a wealthy but absent family, you traveled all over the world, writing about what you saw, getting inspired by the diversion of the world. At least until the rumbling vanished almost everything you cherished.
After surviving the war, you decided to help to record your historical period. You joined a group of writers and journalists, leaving your poetry and romances aside for a while. You were able to interview the allies, as your popularity granted you the prestige enough to do so.
At the right time, your kind heart earned the trust of the allies. They allowed you to write down their stories, and they recounted their side of the story to the rest of the world. One name was common in all of people's stories — Captain Levi. He seemed to be an icon, but you didn't meet him right away; he was injured and opted to stay out of the spotlight.
The first time Levi heard about you, he dismissed it. Thinking that it was a one-time meeting with his friends fellow soldiers, he didn't dwell much on it. Not long after, some comments caught his interest. Jean and Armin kept discussing a topic he hadn't heard of in nearly three decades, much to the captain's surprise.
Apparently, a fictional romance you made was inspired by the 'soulmate' concept. So many survivors were occupying themselves with your flowery words and books.
What even was a soulmate? He couldn't remember the explanation he heard from that poet kid.
Most survivors were now hoping to meet their other halves. It was rather a welcome relief after going through so much. But Levi felt it was ridiculous.
So he decided to confront you. Levi asked to meet with you. He thought about what he would say to this fraud of a cultist. Oh, how he would speak his mind on the fact that you were giving his friends family soldiers, empty hopes.
To his surprise, when the man first met you (again?), he was unable to speak at all.
No, he had never met you before, but at first glance, he thought he had (he did).
His soul knew yours. And yours knew his.
For the first time in years, he struggled to speak, enchanted by your starry eyes, in a trance of your voice. Instead of debating you, he let you ramble by yourself on the matter, as long as you desired.
It made no sense to him. After all the death and suffering he endured, he couldn't accept such a simple, perfect idea. Seeing you as such a firm believer, made him curious as to why you trusted so hard such ideas.
"I may be a writer, but my words on love are nothing but the reality I've seen." You had met so many adorable couples, so it had to be true. Plus, you also wanted to believe that someone was waiting for you in this and other lifetimes. Especially after so much disaster, there has to be something good in the end.
"Not everyone gets to meet love during their life, and many people died. But it doesn't mean that we cannot dream of a better life." You spoke your mind to him, unfazed by his strong presence.
Captain Levi was a legend. First, you were so determined to write and tell his story and to melt down his icy heart too. As you came to interact with him, you realized that he deserved to be loved, and by himself first. You wanted to show him that he deserved his own love and others as well. He deserved happiness.
You couldn't bring back his beloved ones, nor could you take the burden of their deaths off his shoulders. But you could offer him your care, patience, and attention, the things that were once taken from him, and you were happy to oblige in his needs. top of all, you would not go away; He would say that it was annoying how persistent you were. Yet his biggest fear was that you would leave him, like the others.
As a result, working to retell humanity's strongest soldier's story was your biggest act. It took a long time, but you, being the stubborn person you were, managed to get through his clouded heart. And your soul was able to speak to his own, to comfort him, and reassure him.
Not only as a storyteller but also as his lover.
Your care and attention were so comforting. Your company was like a spring breeze, and he became fascinated by you; the feeling was mutual. Each small glance and accidental touch sent shivers down his spine. The sensations he felt with you were as strong as thunder in the summer rain. Watching you work, he imagined autumn leaves falling from a tree. But it was simply you scribing words on paper, slowly but steadily.
Before, he felt that there was only winter in his life, but you showed him that there were other seasons as well.
During a rainy day, when you both had to stay inside, he took you in his arms for the first time. He told you he remembered a friend from his childhood, the poet who first told him about soulmates. He used to make fun of them and never really believed in what they said until he met you. You proved him wrong in his concepts of life.
He didn't look as disgusted when looking in the mirror. His scars were now his trophies, and he took care of himself so he would not get hurt again. Because he knew he didn't deserve to feel pain anymore.
The Titan war ended, and he was finally free to live and to love — you helped him realize that.
So he kissed you for the first time as the raindrops fell on the window, the storm was outside. You were his home, protecting him from the rain and any other type of disaster. He finally had a place where his heart belonged.
That night, while looking at the stars, he vowed to always find you again.
And thus, he became a poet.

2020's - Global Era - The Present
The man's long fingers dance across the books, checking off the level of the dust. He found it bothersome. How could someone keep these valuable gems in such a filthy condition?
"So, what do you think, Professor?" "Is this collection any good?" The owner of the items sounds anxious, and the man detects the desire in their eyes. All for money.
"The eyes are a gateway to someone's true self; poetic words, but a true reality."
The tales presented on the pages told a story from another time. It belonged to the historical record rather than the literary one, so he would not have any use for it. Maybe his friend should have them, he imagines.
The professor didn't see himself as a money seeker. So he wouldn't mind lending the books to someone else. Rather than a money-driven individual, he's someone who attempted to live his best life. Especially now, in the middle of such turbulent times.
"I'll evaluate them later with a colleague; you're dismissed." He didn't even look at the person in his office. His mind was far away, among the empty pages on his desk.
His focus sat on the big windows of his office, where the sky looked way too dark for the middle of the day. A storm was on its way. Shit
He cursed himself for not bringing an umbrella. He should've just listened to his mother's suggestion. That a witchy woman, always knowing when it's going to rain.
"I'm sure you have some expectations for how much we'll get from these relics. Right, Mr. Ackerman?"
In response, he clicks his tongue, annoyed. Taking one of the books in his hand, he double-checks the signature engraved on the leather. The old calligraphy looks to be very legitimate, even having the original author's name signed on the front page.
[Reader] was a big poet from the Titan Era. This means that these could be some original editions of the books they'd written about the war, while they were experiencing with nonfiction. Their most prized book was 'Humanity's Strongest Soldier', which now stands in a museum for ancient eldian relics.
The professor was named after him, it was his duty to know at least a bit of it. His mom liked how the soldier's name sounded, and it's pretty common for modern Eldians to have names of these old personalities. Ackerman's friends are examples of that, most being named after fallen scouts.
Now he definitely would call his history enthusiast friend later, and he would have the time of his life.
Maybe he could do like that poet and try out new writing styles? But for now, he needs to rush home first. But it's going to rain, and his visit is still there, keeping him in his office. The professor just wishes to not get trapped in a storm.
He stands up, going straight to the old wooden door of his office. As he opens it, the visitor starts to get mad at him. What a wrong decision.
"Oi! I said I would speak to Mr. Erwin later, but if you're so urgent for that money, his office is just across campus." Stop pestering me; I have to go before the storm comes.
Professor Ackerman isn't in a position to judge history books with such detail. After all, he's on the creative side of writing.
Plus it's a good excuse to expel him from my office.
"I'm sure you'll earn enough to stop you from coming here again."
The person urges themselves, gathering their stuff and mumbling their goodbyes. Finally, it was just the professor, the cold tea on its holder, and piles of papers on the desk. At first glance, the papers seemed to be organized but were actually a confusion of syllables, in which he was drowning. The confused papers match the ones in his own home and in the garbage.
I need to work on this book myself; Erwin cannot help me this time, he's too busy.
He hopes that this found collection does not bother Erwin much. He already has a lot on his hands. He always does. His friend researches nonstop about the Titan era. It's weird. Maybe Erwin should see a therapist. It would be more useful than rambling to him about a connection to a time when they weren't even alive.
Who in their right mind would feel connected to the years of man-eating beasts? Right, our mutual friend.
Ackerman curses them, remembering he needs to call them soon.
They would go insane when they found out about his last visitor: a minister's son who asked for the university to clean his appointments just to see him. And to make matters worse, they didn't even inform him, until two hours ago, when they saw him trotting to his office.
He picks up his phone and checks the time. It's been an hour since the appointment he arranged with the writer. He felt a bit bad for them, and the copy of their work resting on his desk.
The professor remembers how other young writers he met had to kiss the asses of seniors to get a chance. He was more than happy for his friendship with Erwin; his dad, also a professor and author, made things much easier.
Rushing out of his office, he gets his phone and calls "Four-Eyes." Ackerman only stops for a moment to speak with his assistant. Petra would have to manage the rearranging for another day.
He senses someone nearby in the reception, but his focus is fully on his phone's screen. Come on, pick it up! You owe me this!
As he leaves the old building, phone on hand, his thoughts travel away to that writer's project again... Maybe he should give them a bit more time to try to convince him to help with their project, if he was on a good day, that is.
Plus, he read the draft; their writing was really good. He wondered, did they really share a name with that poet from centuries ago or were they just a poser who took that as their fake name. Whatever reason, the professor would kill to have someone with such skills on his writing team, like this [Reader].
But the concept... soulmates? No one even remembers about that! Why did they choose it?
He almost tossed it in the trash when he first saw the synopsis. That's also why he scheduled them in the final office hour after leaving them as the last ones he would review during the semester.
Could you blame him? They did submit a romance, after all, Professor Ackerman was anything but a lover, being known for his dark stories, complex characters, and drama. He wasn't the best at flowery and sugary stories. Then why did they submit it to him in the first place?
Yet, the concept of the red string sounded so... Poetic?
His line of thought gets stopped by a water drop on his forehead, falling through his face. As he feels more drops of water getting into his meticulously arranged hair, his call is finally answered.
"SHORTY! I was talking to Mike about inviting you to the..."
"I'm not going to this sky-dropping shit. If you guys want to die, fine, but leave me out of it." He sounded harsher than he intended.
Knowing his friends, he would eventually find himself in the air some days later. It was just to help Mike's girlfriend with her project of losing the fear of heights. The problem is that Ackerman doesn't commit to things he may regret, so he needs more time to digest it before confirming.
"Oh well, but then at least try to get through your fears too, like dance in the rain like that old movies!" The friend laughed.
What a coincidence! He is trapped in an incoming storm, while his friend makes fun of his phobia. Is this how therapy works?
"Have you not checked a fucking window? Get my car here, it's raining!" Please.
With that, their friend starts to apologize over and over again, he accepted the apology the first time they muttered "I'm so sorry", but he was to leave them repeating it by themselves, as a punishment. Looking forward, there stood the bus stop, so beat up that its coverage would fail to protect him from the rain.
"Forgive meeee I'm getting into your car right now."
He sits down on the bench and starts thinking to himself... Maybe he can ask the ministry for more funds! They'll eventually come back to him with more ancient relics that he totally cares about. He'll put on his best act again.
Who is he kidding? He prefers to die than interact with a politician again.
"Tch, I have work to do, Four Eyes. I can't go skydiving with so much shit on hold."
"For fucks sake, you're having a creative block! Stop forcing it! Go get some fresh air or look for the help of another writer!" From the phone, he could hear the engine of his car, which made him relax a bit.
"That is my job, Hanji. And you don't get to tell me what to do!" But thanks for caring.
He's the professor, the one meant to be an example for new writers. He cannot let his walls down; he cannot let himself be in a junior's position. And as the raindrops get harder, he feels his suit soak.
"Besides, I'm tired of ass-kissers. Now leave your phone away and fucking drive." And be safe, please.
So he hangs up, making a note to not let Hanji drink so much the next time they go out. They can't hold themselves on alcohol, and he has to babysit them and the rest, but they are always the worst among all the drunks he delivers to home.
This time his car paid the price, and since Professor Ackerman was too much of an elegant man to step into the filthy car, he made Hanji stay clean it for the entire day. He could handle the rain if it meant that a certain someone got to clean up their mess.
A bus passes through swiftly, and someone curses out loud from behind him. Idiot student. His mind goes back to his unfinished work. The sky was now so dark. He would expect a big storm to arrive and drown the earth. Yet the rain that was pouring looked rather ordinary, not as strong as it was supposed to be.
Perhaps it wasn't meant to be.
"Excuse me, sir. Do you wish to share?"
A forest-green umbrella appears in his sight. He quickly turns his head in the direction of the voice and sees a star, a real one. His tired eyes meet your serene ones, which leave him speechless.
Just like every single lifetime.
"Sir? You don't want to catch a cold, do you?" Who are you? Do I know you?
You sit by the men's side. The position is awkward. Half of the large umbrella keeps your left side dry. The other part protects the man's right shoulder from the rain. When he looks at you, he can see your left arm getting wetter. It's a choice you've made by lending your space underneath the umbrella. Your arm stands high on top of the already not-too-tall man.
"Why are you doing this?"
"Why not?" You answer quickly, and an awkward silence followed.
Are they insane?
"Tch. Getting sick is not the worst thing that can happen to me, stop bothering." After all, it's not the Titan era. Why is this getting in his head again? The water may be getting to his brain.
"It's just another shitty day."
"Fair." You followed. "Well, I just missed an important appointment and lost my bus; I'll probably cry myself to sleep if I even get home...." You paused, taking a big breath, that changes your energy completely."But I'll come back later. It's just another bad day."
Why is this person venting to me?
"Don't get into problems with higher-ups," Like I did. "They'll step on you."
"Ah, it wasn't my fault." You told him (and yourself). "It's said around this campus that the guy's awful and scary anyway."
Professor Ackerman found himself awfully empathizing with you. He knew that this part of the capital was full of self-absorbed rich guys. He recognizes the glow in your eyes, innocent but determined. But your voice speaks of bad things and problems, like a supernova, a star that died but still shines.
"So... yeah, not the worst thing that can happen to me, too!"
It's good that you keep smiling yourself determined in this place because no one else can do it for you.
Funny. He struggled so hard with his own writing for the past few days. And suddenly the professor finds himself getting inspired by a stranger. Someone with whom he will never cross paths again.
"Are you a student here?"
Talking about Paradis' main university, the chances are high. But you quickly assure him that you have already graduated. And in another nation's college, which means you're probably not even an eldian.
He is curious now; what more can he get from this stranger's crazy talk?
"Then what is worse? Shitting yourself in public?" He jokes, not expecting a laugh back. And surely you don't laugh. And a familiar car comes down the street.
Waiting for your answer, he looks at you again. And his breath gets caught in his throat for a moment. Your eyes, so beautiful, suddenly matched the stars stamped on your cute bag. And your smile, big and shiny, made him feel butterflies, that soared freely inside his chest.
"Not meeting my soulmate in this life. That is the most cruel fate I could ever be given."
Levi stops in time; that concept was such an old-fashioned saying, that not many young people knew about it. What were the changes of you... No, it can't be.
Seeing his lack of reaction, started mumbling again, seemingly nervous.
"I understand. People can believe in large man-eating creatures destroying this world... But not in true love, right? Leave that for poets, haha."
No, it was not that, I...
"And how will you know that you've found them?" He has so many questions, so many thoughts so many ideas...
You laugh.
"Maybe the stars will tell me, they always know."
So it is you.
"LEVI!" Hanji calls from the street, and you jump in your seat.
As soon as the rider saw Levi with some company, they sensed something rather interesting. So, as the Cupid they are, they decide to act and point out to you, waving to the car next. They were calling you.
"Cutie! You don't want to get a cold, do ya?"
Levi just sighs, annoyed at his friend's behavior. If it wasn't his car, he would go around and leave, thinking Hanji sounded like a perverted.
Getting up from his seat, he pats your head, amused by your cute wide eyes looking at him. You then look at his badge resting on his brown suit. The name 'Professor L. Ackerman' shined in gold and was visible now thanks to the car lights.
He knows he is a stranger, and this offer would sound strange, but it's to thank you for the umbrella and to talk to you more. He may even work together with you soon.
Levi feels like he's not a stranger to you; you feel like he's not a stranger too.
He knows your soul, and you know his.
"Seems like you got yourself lucky, [Reader]; you've got yourself a ride." He points to his car. Levi walks toward it without looking back, letting you decide for yourself.
It's time for Levi to tell a different story; he's aware of that now. But then, would you be the one to help him write it down, reader? Do you accept the ride?

Consider it a medicine pt.2
Pairing: Hange Zoë x fem!reader
Genre: fluff with tiny bit of spice
Warnings: foreplay
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You were walking nervously back and forth on the Survey Corpse HQ quad, waiting for the expedition to come back. They were supposed to be back by now. Walls, why is this taking so long? These three days were the longest in your life. You barely ate, survived mostly on tea to get your voice back and trying to speed the time through looking outside the window in your room. But as today's noon came, you couldn't stay in your room any longer, so you went through probably every little paper you ever wrote, double-checking if they were properly filled. And now, as the evening came, your anxiety started to eating you alive. Why weren't they here yet? Did something happen? Hange looked so nervous the day they left. Walls, you should've come with them. Even voiceless, you were a valuable soldier.
As your thoughts were drifting darker and darker, you finally got to hear horses. Your heart skipped a beat when you were looking for Hange. But for some reason, you couldn't find them right away. When you started getting nervous again, you finally saw a well-known black horse of Levi's and right behind him Hange's horse.
- Hange! - you run to the scientist, almost getting under some soldier's horses, but you couldn't care less. Hange got off their horse, and the second their feet hit the ground, you wrapped your arms around their waist, hugging them tightly with the tears in your eyes.
- Hange... Love... you-you're back. You're safe and.. and... - you were choking on your happy tears. Hange hugged you back and hid their face in your hair. They didn't remember the last time someone was THIS happy to see them alive.
- Of course. I told you I'll be back, safe and sound.
- Move it, love doves. - Levi rode right next to you. - Tch, as if we don't have whole headquarters for you to find a room.
- You'll find love too, Raviolli! - Hange waved behind him and immediately shifted their attention to you, hugging you closer. After a few minutes, when emotions calmed down, you let them go and just looked in their eyes, your beloved eyes.
- I'm so happy that you're home. I was so worried. I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. I should've go with you.
- No. I'm glad that you're healthy and... little less glad that you're standing on the wet grass without shoes... Do you want to get sick again?
- Sorry, I ran out of the room as soon as I heard that you're coming back.
- It's okay, Princess. I missed you so bad. Ugh, I thought about you every single second.
- Hange! When you fight titans, think about saving your life! Especially with the dangerous ones! - you scolded your lover but blushed. It was flattering that they thought about you probably as much as you thought about them, but when it comes to fighting titans, you'd really prefer their attention to be on not getting eaten. But after all it was Hange, they played in cat and mouse with death and titans since you've met them. You grabbed Hange's horse reins and started to walk towards the stables. Hange waited a second before they followed you into the stables and their horse stall.
- How could I not think about such a lovely girl like you, Y/N? - they asked, taking the saddle off their horse as you started to dry the horse's fur.
- Huh?
Hange came back from behind you, turned you around so you faced them, lifted your chin with two fingers, and looked you deadly serious in the eyes
- I love you, Y/N. And no matter what, I always think about you. Got it? - their face was so close to yours that you could see the dust on their glasses and little sparks in their brown eyes.
- Y-yes - you stuttered and blushed. You saw Hange this close before, but the way they spoke just now, in so dominant way, made you feel a tiny shiver down your spine. Hange smiled softly. They liked you like that - blushing, eyes wide open and focused only on what they were saying.
- I have emergency meeting with Levi after we are done with the horses. But after... would you mind coming to my room or my office? - they asked, while cleaning their horses hooves.
- So your office or your room? - you asked playfully. Hange sighted and gently asked the horse to pick up another leg.
- I might have some papers to fill and I don't know how long it'll take so... check both places. It shouldn't take longer than as hour after dinner.
Hange ended their works with the hooves and turned back to you.
- I'll be there, Squad Leader. - you saluted to her with a warm smile. - But I haven't asked... what was the outcome of the expedition?
Hange went silent for a second. They put their hand on your back and pushed you close to their chest, trapping you in strong, protective hug.
- I'm so glad that you weren't there. I'm so grateful for that. - that was all what they said before they just hold you in their arms for a longer while. You dropped your smile. A lot of lives must have been lost during the operation. You hugged Hange back, now even more thankful that they were alive.
- I gotta go. Levi would kill me if I'll be late - they let go of you and headed towards the door of their horse place.
- Hange - you stopped them.
- Yes, Princess?
- I'm happy you're alive - you said with the serious spark in your eyes. Hange only stared at you, but in the way as if they just saw the most beautiful thing in the world. They knew you meant what you said, as well as how much you meant that.
- See you later. Remember, my room or office. Check out both. - they waved at you as they dissappear down the stable's corridor.
// //
As the supper ended, three of the most important figures in Survey Corpse, not counting Titan-Shifter Jaeger, still haven't appeared. You took some bread that you managed to take from the kitchen, as one of the perks of being a lieutenant, and got on your way to Hange's room. You decided to check there first since, as you learnt about them, that's where they used to hide after meetings so Levi or Erwin won't find them to explain another great idea. You got to the right wing where higher range soldiers were settled and knocked on Hange's door. As noone responded you knocked again.
- Lieutenant Y/N?
You turned around when you heard your name. That Jeager kid.
- Yes? What is that?
- Um nothing. I just got an order from Squad Leader Hange to tell you to come to their office.
- Oh. Good. Thank you. Dismissed. - you turned to the other side of the corridor and rushed to the stairs. You run down the stairs and took your turn to the left to get to Hange's office, almost knocking down few soldiers as you were rushing. But you couldn't care less. Now all that mattered to you were Hange and fact that you two didn't get enough time for yourselves since they got back.
You energetic knocked on the door.
- Come in - the voice sounded from behind the door. You opened the office and entered the room. Hange was filling some documents, not really aware who they let into the office.
- What's that? - they didn't bother to lift their eyes from the paperwork.
- Well, I came as you ordered. Squad Leader.
As soon as Hange heard your voice they got up from the chair and walked towards you. Hange always were taller than you but now, with ODM straps still on them, they looked even more majestic than usual.
- Right on time, Lieutenant. - they lifted one corner of their lips as they walked towards the door and turned the key.
- So.. why you called me?
Hange didn't answer. They just turned to face you again and started walking towards you, making you take a step back for every step they took forward.
- Well, let's see. So I called you here because I missed you, obviously. I also called you here because you promised me something. - they looked you deadly serious into the eyes, with a hint of something, something like desire.
Your butt hit the wooden desk. Hange only smiled and stood millimeters from you. Their slender frigers lifted your chin so you looked at them.
- H-Hange?
- Have I told you today, how beautiful you are? - they asked, and not waiting for the answer they kissed you. Their left hand played with the collar of your white shirt.
- Get on my desk.
- What?
- As you heard. Get. On. The. Desk. - they said with their commanding voice. Voice that made your spine shiver. You carefully sat on the desk, so you won't ruin their papers.
- You look so adorable. - Hange smiled. - Open your legs.
- Wh-what?
- What you heard.
Hesitantly, you opened your legs, Hange stepping between them.
- That's right. You like when I'm this close to you, don't you? - they asked, their left hand tucking loose strand of your hair behind your ear, while the other hand gently brushes your outer thigh.
- Hange... - you blushed and leaned forward to hide your face in their chest.
- What, my Princess? - they whispered softly, their warm breath touching your ear. - N-nothing. It's just... what are you doing?
- You see - they started, as their fingers started to work on unbuckling the ODM gear strap on your chest. - You promised me a kiss when I'll be back. And I got one... - when the strap was done, they started working on unbuckling three top buttons of your shirt. - But I thought that if you gave me a sweet, innocent kiss, that was just like you... I can give you more.. emotional and crazy welcoming. Or more like coming back? I don't know I'll figure it out.
- Hange! - you whimpered and closed your eyes as they sucked on your neck, leaving beautiful hickey. You couldn't resist and started working on their shirt too. It was a little harder in your case, since Hange's lips were working magic on your neck, jaw and collarbones, leaving you as whimpering, occasionally moaning, mess. Their beautiful, favourite mess.
- I love you - they whispered. Their forehead was leaning on yours, as they were slowly letting your shirt slide off your shoulders.
- I love you too, Hange. - you said and leaned forward to kiss their neck too.
- Ach, Y/N! - they let out moan, as you bit sensitive spot on their neck.
- I'm sorry! I hurted you? I just... wanted to leave my mark on you too an- Han-!
You didn't get to end any of the sentences since Hange pushed you on your back, so you were lying on their paperwork. Hange was hovering over your chest. You breathed heavier seeing them like that. Seeing how much they loved, desired and held back their needs for you.
- I'm sorry... it was just so... hot of you - they left tiny kisses along your collarbones. - I won't push forward if you don't want to - they looked carefully at you, as their palm brushed your cheek.
- Help me sit back
They pulled you by your hands so you were sitting, again. Before they could say a word, you grabbed their collar as pulled them towards yourself into a kiss. You felt their hands on your waist as your kisses evolved into French kissing. Your hand in their hair, pushing them even closer to you.
- Y/N - Hange breathed after breaking the kiss. - We can end it here... or we can take it to the bedroom.
You blushed, remembering the amazing night from when you came back.
- I need you, Hange. I... I want you, Love.
- You're so sweet when you blush. Even sweeter when you kiss me. Come here, legs around my hips
You did as they told you, and soon your arms were wrapped around their neck, their arms holding your under your thighs.
- Now. Kiss me. Then I'll carry you to my room. - Hange's eyes lighten up, as your face turned red even more. But they loved you that way. Lovely, shy but not afraid to speak for herself Princess. Their Princess.

Attack on Prime The Future Anthology: Burying the Dead
Main Story
Halloween Anthology
Winter Anthology
Autobot Anthology
New Age Anthology
Okay everyone, since we are one chapter away from ending Attack on Prime, I have decided to add a new anthology that's more slice of life oriented. Since the Autobots, the humans from Earth, and the AOT crew are finally going to be spending some time interacting with one another, I thought that I would write an Anthology series about their shenanigans together. The first one is obviously going to be a little bit heavy, but the next ones should be a little bit light. So let's have some fun before wrapping up the story.
TW Burial. TW Blood
Erwin watched as Levi, sitting in his electric wheelchair, popped open the wine bottle and poured it out on the blood-stained ground in front of them. It was just the two of them at the sight of the final battle, a barren wasteland of giant footprints. Levi stated that he remembered the spot that Kenny was killed and wanted to pay tribute to the man. His actual remains were gone, blood being the only thing that existed. They weren't sure if the remained were gathered or picked off by birds.
Levi stopped pouring when there was only a little bit left before drinking the rest from the bottle. "This wine is garbage. Is this the one he really liked?"
"It was the one he would always steal," Erwin recalled.
"Well, he was a cheap man," Levi proclaimed.
"...Did you two talk when we were in the Paths?" Erwin asked.
"We did," Levi answered, "...we cried a little...didn't really make up though, but we came to an understanding. I was more elated to see my mom."
"What understanding was that?" Erwin asked.
"He cared," Levi replied, "He had a shit way of doing it...but if it wasn't for him, I would have died a long time ago. Just wish he didn't try to kill me."
Erwin hummed in response. "He did help keep my sanity."
"By annoying the shit out of you no doubt," Levi quipped.
"It runs in the family," Erwin smirked.
Levi let out a small chuckle. "Well." His smile faded, "Wherever he is, and wherever everyone else is...I hope their living good lives."

Meanwhile
Gabi, Colt, and Falco continued to cry in each other's arms, sitting in the city where Reiner had perished, according to Annie: Shinganshina. Gabi was crying the hardest, lamenting the loss of her cousin and not even getting the chance to say a proper goodbye to him. Meanwhile, Annie and Pieck were sitting a good distance away, side by side. Pieck's cane was resting on her shoulder.
"There's no real place to bury him," Pieck lamented, "Liberio's gone."
Annie couldn't help but scoff at that. "Eldians were never given burial rights."
"We can have them now," Pieck retorted, "Thanks to Optimus."
Annie sighed in defeat. "Sorry...I wasn't able to save him."
"Oh," Pieck hummed, "I thought you hated him."
"You saw us talking and making amends," Annie reminded, "A little messed up that he didn't bring Gabi into the Paths to say goodbye to her cousin."
Pieck hummed in agreement. "I should have confronted Primus about that. Why didn't he bring her in to allow her to say 'goodbye'?"
"Sounds like a pretty forgetful deity," Annie proclaimed.
"He had other priorities though," Pieck defended him, "...I did ask him about our families and whether or not they might be alive."
Annie couldn't help but feel guilty at Pieck's explanation. "And...?"
"He said he didn't see them in the Paths, but that a lot could have happened in those moments before he ended the power of the titans," Pieck explained, "I don't know if our families have survived, and I don't want to get their hopes up...or mine...but..." Tears started forming in Pieck's eyes. "God, I hope they did."
Annie hesitated for a moment, but slowly reached her hand out and placed it on top of Pieck's. Pieck flinched at the sensation, but didn't swat her hand away.
"...I acted selfishly and I'm sorry," Annie apologized.
"Don't be," Pieck reassured, "You had the opportunity to escape Marley. I would have taken that deal in a heartbeat too."
"But I don't deserve this," Annie confessed, "I don't even deserve to be alive. I-..."
"...You don't think you deserve it? Then earn it," Pieck commanded her, "We were given a second chance, Annie. We can't waste it."

The Next Day: Ragako
"Connie was my best friend," Sasha began her eulogy, "After my first day of training, after being called 'Potato Girl', I didn't think I'd make many friends in the Cadet Corps. Connie was the third person to come up to me, after Historia and Ymir. He started teasing me about the incident, so I made a bet with him on who could perform on balance training." Her eyes fell to the ground, "I don't remember who won, but...we became pretty close after that."
Sasha chuckled. "We'd always goof off or try to have fun during training. After Trost, I would have thought both of us would've run to the MPs, but us two idiots somehow ended up in the Survey Corps. We tried to make the best out of a horrible situation....Ragako is what killed him...and killed me too...He was the only surviving member of his village, and we all tried to help him pick up the pieces. We tried to give him hope. We tried to help him pick up the pieces. But even then, he still tried his best to smile."
Sasha looked behind her to see Connie's closed casket covered in a green cloak with the Survey Corps emblem. "You were my best friend. You were the brother I never had. You kept me happy and sane, and we looked out for each other. I hope one day that we can see each other again, we'll go through all sorts of crazy shenanigans together."
Sasha kissed her fingers before placing them on the covered casket. "Goodbye, Connie. I hope you're with your family."
As Miko played a melodic but somber tune on an acoustic guitar, Arcee picked up Connie's casket in her bipedal mode and gently lowered it into the hole they dug up at the center of the village. One by one, members of the Survey Corps dropped a single flower on top of the casket. Optimus then scooped up the dirt in his bipedal mode and filled up the hole, the Survey Corps performed their salute, with Arcee joining in as well. Meanwhile, Jack and Rafael performed the U.S. salute and Miko stopped playing the guitar to give everyone a moment of silence.
Sasha couldn't help but start crying in the silence, trying so desperately to wipe away her tears, but she couldn't. Jean reached out to her and hugged her, causing her to cry in his shoulder for comfort. Jean found himself starting to cry too, lamenting the fact that Connie was gone.
Jack noticed the way that Arcee was looking over at Sasha in shame before walking up to her. "You okay?"
"...I made a promise to her father that I was going to protect Sasha as best as I could," Arcee began, "But I should have done that for Connie too. I've seen the way he cared for his mom when she was still a titan, clinging onto that hope she would one day become a human again...but now all the people of Ragako are gone. And soon the village will be too."
"I'm not going to let that happen," Historia swore, "We're going to turn this place into a memorial, and do everything we can to keep the memories of the people that used to live here alive. They deserve that."
Sasha sniffed at that. "Thank you, Historia."
Armin turned his attention to Mikasa, who was now holding something in her arms. It was...it was the cat gift that she got from Hizuru for him. She was holding it with such love and care.
"Are you...going to take the gift back?" Armin asked.
Mikasa shook her head. "I'm going to give it to Sasha later."
Armin nodded at that.
"...I actually didn't know what to get him as a gift when I was in Hizuru," Mikasa confessed, "Kenshin was the one who decided on the gift. And I just lucked out, about Connie liking cats...I never knew him that well in life...not like Sasha did...and I regret that."
"Mikasa, it wasn't your fault," Armin insisted.
"I could have been a better friend," Mikasa declared before turning to him, "I'll be better. I promise."
Hanji rubbed the back of their neck in exhaustion, trying their best not to shed any more tears. They saw that Optimus was taking great care to pat down the dirt before walking up to him.
"How are you feeling?" Hanji asked.
"...I am managing," Optimus admitted.
"At least that's more honest." Hanji was relieved at his response, "At the very least, Connie will be the last soldier that died in a world of titans."
"I do hope that there is no more bloodshed in this time of peace," Optimus prayed.
"Me too," Hanji agreed, "...Hey, I know Megatron wasn't that close to Connie, but shouldn't he be here out of respect?"
"He informed me that he had another matter to attend to, and have a conversation long overdue," Optimus explained.
===
Willy stared off into the distance over the edge of the cliffside where Lara made her final stand. He was watching the sun set over the water, and felt the cold wind in his hair and on his face. He closed his eyes, trying to meditate and calm his mind, but all he could remember while being here was his sister running into the crowd to buy time for the people to flee.
"Dear." Willy felt a hand sneak into his own before clasping it. He turned to see his wife looking at him with concern.
"I'm fine, Victoria." Willy raised Victoria's hand up with hers and patted it. They both looked behind them to see some of the guards and even Ray there, trying to make some plans to build a memorial for Lara.
"Your father would be proud of you," Victoria reassured.
Willy sighed at that. "Lara was the one who restored the Tybur name. And here I am, still trying to play politics instead of forging an actual path for change...not like Optimus...or even-!"
The guards gasped in surprise, forcing Willy and Victoria to look back and gawk at the sight of Megatron transforming into his bipedal mode and dropping down right in front of them...holding a silver hammer.
"What are you doing here?!" Ray demanded.
Megatron didn't reply to him, and instead slammed the head of the hammer into the ground, he let go of the handle, and the hammer was able to stand on its own.
"What is this?" Victoria couldn't help but asked.
"Lara died a Warrior's death, so she will be honored as a Warrior," Megatron declared, "I...found this from a formidable warrior who fought in my line of work...I did have to clean it up first."
"That's...so sweet." Victoria was stunned as she approached him, "Thank you."
Megatron nodded in response before turning to Willy. "We need to talk."
Willy sighed in defeat. "Yeah, we do."
Moments later, Megatron had activated his holoform and was now looking at Willy face to face, making all of the other humans nervous. The silence was broken when Megatron sighed in defeat.
"I will let you hit me one time." Megatron held up a finger.
"E-excuse me?" Willy stuttered.
"It probably won't affect me that much, but I'm assuming that you have some pent-up aggression against-!" Megatron grunted when Willy sucker punched him in the jaw, causing him to stumble back in surprise.
"Dear!" Victoria exclaimed.
Willy tried to ignore the pain in his fist, not used to actually engaging in a fight, but the pain was too much and he began to yell, shaking his hand to ease the pain.
"Damn it! I thought the human forms were hollow or something!" Willy yelled at Megatron.
Megatron rubbed his cheek. "The holoforms are a little bit more complicated than that."
"Oh for fuck's sake, I don't care about that!" Willy swore, taking everyone off guard, "I thought you were my friend! I let you into my home and let you train my sister! I was stupid to give you government secrets and research and now you want to play nice like nothing is wrong!"
Willy rubbed his knuckles and hissed in pain. "I mean...was any of it real?!"
"...if it wasn't, I wouldn't have saved you the day you declared war," Megatron declared, "I would have let you die."
"Well then I'm sure you were somehow tracking me on the train to get close to me-!"
"That was by chance," Megatron cut him off, "Meeting you was strictly by chance and I just played my cards right. Honestly, I'm surprised I even got far."
Willy grimaced. "You know why you got so far with me."
Megatron narrowed his eyes at Willy before closing them.
"Part of me should blame you, when I should just be blaming myself," Willy admitted, "I was just so happy to finally have someone treat me like an equal, I-!" Willy gritted his teeth, "But it's clear I don't even know you at all. And now my sister's dead, and did you even know that she liked you?!"
"Yes, she told me, and I told her bluntly that she was not my type," Megatron answered.
"Oh, as a cover no doubt because how could you tell her you were the-!"
"No I was being candid with her. She was too quiet and reserved for my tastes," Megatron answered truthfully.
Willy's mouth hung open at that. "W-what?"
"I might have lied about my identity to you, but many of the things I said to you were not false," Megatron explained, "I even tried to find subtle ways to influence you to achieve peace or even open communications to Paradis. Initially, I didn't think I would care about you, or humanity, now I'm one of its saviors."
Megatron looked back at the hammer. "And so is Lara."
Willy's expression grew sullen at that. He should be happy Lara restored the Tybur name, but he would rather have his sister here. "I heard you talked to her in her final moments. That you told her that she was formidable warrior."
"I did," Megatron confirmed, "I might have been obscure about my origins as Matthew, but I did come from a place of violence and bloodshed. Warriors and gladiators were survivors. They were respected. Lara earned my respect."
"...Thank you for the tribute," Willy could only muster, "I still don't forgive you."
"I'd expect nothing less," Megatron accepted with a shrug, "But I am certain we will be in touch."
Willy watched the holoform disappear, scaring everyone else in the process. Willy managed to catch a glimpse of Megatron's alt mode flying north, no doubt heading back to the island.
(And we are off with The Future Anthology. I do have a list of ideas, but you are more than willing to submit your recommendations for this one. The next one will hopefully be about Halloween. If not then Día de los Muertos.)

Ready or Not|Part 9|Yandere Levi x Evelyn
Tumblr media
(A/N: So the next chapter will be the last in this series, I'm not going to draw it out too much as much as I like these two. That doesn't mean they're going away however. All of these are pre-written weeks in advance but by the time this goes up who knows we might have another Levi and Evelyn series chosen to start next. Hope you enjoy and comment to be added to the taglist!)
WARNINGS: noncon, dubcon, manipulation, domestic abuse, yandere themes, forced marriage, forced pregnancy, stockholm syndrome, graphic depictions of violence, mind breaking, misogyny, etc.
================================================
Levi wasn't a complete animal, he'd give Evelyn a chance to see reason and agree to come back with him. Most likely it was that bitch of a physician gaslighting her into believing there was a better life out there, that she needed to be rid of him to be happy. His wife had always been incredibly naïve, if she came along quietly he wouldn't punish her as severely.
A firm knock on the apartment door announced his return into her life, any minute now he'd hear the door unlock and she'd run into his arms with his son, tearfully apologizing for how cruel she's treated him.
A minute passes and this doesn't happen, adding to his annoyance.
"Evelyn it's me, don't do anything stupid and open the damn door." His fist pounds on the wood.
Again there is nothing.
"Look, I know you're scared, but it'll be fine. I'm not mad, just disappointed. After all this time, all we've shared, I thought you got over your little temper tantrums. You know there's no escaping me so stop making it harder on yourself and just open the door."
With more time passing he takes a deep breath, trying to calm himself enough to think rationally.
"Fuck it."
He kicks the door open, splintering the wood. Stepping inside he surveys the cramped living space in search of his child and wife.
Clean but empty was the best way to describe it. Evelyn had come here with no much more than the clothes on her back and the meagre change she stole from him, of course they didn't have much.
Levi couldn't help but smirk, he bet she missed his extravagant lifestyle. There was something about having everything handed to you on a silver platter versus crawling up the corporate ladder to make enough to survive. Poor girl, he was saving her at this point.
As he explored, he captured glimpses of what her life had been void of him. A life of a working mother trying to make ends meet, all of her bills on the coffee table printed with long overdue dates on them. She needed him more than she thought, someone to take this mental tole of responsibility from her, reducing her to a blissful life of children and carefree days.
The bodies found in various states of disposal made him stop, she had always claimed she would never stoop to his level and kill those who came in her way. However it seemed like her own self-righteousness had come to stab her in the ass, she was just like him, cutting down victims to get ahead in life. Never had he been more proud.
Her bedroom was where he spent the most time, knowing she had slept in that bed, undressed here, made his heart race and blood rush to his dick.
The bed looked barely slept in, indicating nights where worried kept rest at bay. With him she always slept soundly after being filled with his cum.
He bent to pick up a pair of panties in a dirty clothes hamper, taking in the intoxicating sent before tucking them into his coat pocket. Clearly she wasn't here, but she hadn't fled, knowing he had come for her. But if her schedule followed that of a normal work day she would be home in a few hours, he could go out and find a nice spot to relax and plot their reunion before returning and pouncing on her happy life.
With that thought tugging his lips into a smile, Levi exited the apartment, not bothering with the door, if her things were stolen it was her own stupid fault for betraying him in the first place.
"It seems like this game is over my dear."
=============================================
The sun beat down on Evelyn and Furlan while she was on the hunt for a job. All of her employers had mysteriously been disappearing after they fired her, and so her list of job opportunities was growing thinner and thinner by day. Anywhere she could she'd beg for a job, the fear of finding some way to pay rent looming behind her.
She caught herself wishing Levi back into her life, wanting that life of stability. But as soon as she thought it she shook it away again, after all this, how could she even allow her brain to think of that madman? She was betraying everything she had done until now. No, she'd find a way to make it work.
As she walked through the crowded streets Furlan tugged on her hand. "Papa-"
Evelyn groaned softly. "No sweetie, Papa's gone away now, I know you miss him, just come along darling."
However he still pulled, begging for his father. Evelyn still hadn't gotten used to this, the constant reminder that her child longed for the man that abused her cut her deeply. She didn't know how to break it, she just wanted him to be happy without Levi.
Finally fed up with being told to hush, Furlan slipped out of Evelyn's hand, running into the crowd while she was talking about a possible job position.
"Furlan? Get back here right now- Furlan-!" Her heart jumped, panic setting in as she chased after him.
===============================================
Levi felt the small form hug his leg, slightly startled, he looked down to shoo off whatever child had mistaken him for his parent. Only to be met with his own son clinging to him like he had missed him dearly.
He ruffled his hair before kneeling to his level and pulling the boy into his arms. "There you are, I've been looking all over for you."
"Papa play hide seek?" He asked innocently, as if all of this heartache was a simple children's game.
"Yes son, and it seems I won. But I'm still looking for Mama, do you know where she is?"
==============================================
Evelyn chased Furlan until she saw him being held by a man bent over, unable to see his face. "I'm so sorry he got away from me-"
Her eyes meet his and her entire world went numb. Terror filling every inch of her body as she stares into those eyes, those cold eyes.
"Levi-"
"Seems like we found her Furlan, I guess that makes me the winner." He smiles at them both. "Now my dear. Are you ready to go home?"

No sadly it didn't but that's okay!! I'm so glad it was amazing!! And ooh Kevin? I didn't expect that but he is a west coast boy so it does make a lot of sense 😌 but also he's such a sweetheart- and I love that he became the king of your heart that's so cute!!
I won't lie that beginning was a little overstimulating- it felt like we were entering a sci-fi movie with Diamond Life being the opening- But I can def see how it became like that for you- and I'm sorry that happened but I'm glad you were able to be put at ease during the ment! Kevin truly has that soothing personality~ I'm so glad he put you at ease so you could enjoy the rest of the concert more thoroughly! I love how he went from under the radar to being almost *more than likely* bias~
Yes- yes I did read that hehe~ Damn Sunwoo has just been stripping that man in California ebhbhhba- HE HAD TO GET A NEW ONE?!?!? MY GOD EBHBHEBHA KIM SUNWOO! ERIC SOHN!? He vv much is- (I loved his bite back outfit sm- with that harness around his forearm- idk if it was like that for yours but I hope it was ehbebha) He is vv much not a man to stay in his clothes- he acts embarrased but he kind of lives for it... ehbbhebha- No- that didn't happen... but Younghoon brushed his hair back in Bite Back 🫠💖 and then Sunwoo dropped his jacket off his shoulders... 😳 And then Chanhee growled 'let's go' in that song... And since Hoonie was (in his opinion def not mine) showed up... he dropped his fucking jacket off his shoulders during Watch It... 🫠🫠like the little menace he is :) 💖 Idk how you survived nakey Eric but I'm glad you got to see that firsthand~
Me too... Ngl it doesn't get any easier... I'm so glad you enjoyed them and that your friend seemed to have a good time too! That's so good! OOOHH ?? It was Q there!??! It was Kevin and Eric for us!! Eric's merch sold out that night- and Kevin omg everyone was screaming for him. I love that each boy is getting the attention they deserve at different stops- that's what they deserve 😌💖He absolutely drips charisma... and the facial expressions are killer... Take all the time you need to process! I totally understand (as I still am too).
So does that mean Q is still in the running for you? 👀 And your other biases 👀 or has Kevin swept them away?
Q is still in the top few but Kevin takes first place. And now that I think of it, Eric was def more surprised with the shirt incident but not necessarily embarrassed. More like an “oh shit this was not in the plans” because although he was holding it together with one hand while at the back of the choreo, while he was at the front, he totally showed off. He’s so hot lolol if only I could meet him and stand next to him and not only see his gorgeous face but look down at it. Eheheheheh I love it when guys are shorter than me. And it was really nostalgic seeing Haknyeon because he had his bangs down and he looked just like he did back during p101 s2 so it made me a lil emotional. Tbh, all of them were so amazing.
also, although Eric was still definitely happy to be in Cali despite it not being his hometown LA, Kevin said that the Bay Area was special to him because Levi Stadium (in Santa Clara where the 49ers play) was the first place he ever saw beyonce live and everyone knows how much he lovessssss beyonce.
The other member who seemed especially popular was Sunwoo. And as for my photocard, I got Sangyeon and IDs were Q and Haknyeon. My friend gave me hers because she’s not necessarily a fan, she was there because I invited her. She got the same Sangyeon pc tho. I was too late to do any trading.
But yeah, all in all, it was awesome and I’m so sad it’s over and still not yet entirely cognizant of the fact that it may be a very long time before I see another concert. But it was worth the significant amount of money I spent.

("Careless") CHAPTER 1 part 3.
David chiem x reader.
I bit my cheek as I put my hands in my pockets.
Seeing the two people talk before going up to everyone one by one. I listened in to everyone's conversations and learned their names.Hu jing, David chiem, J moreno, Arei nageishi, Veronika grebenshchikova, Levi fontana, Ace markey, Arturo giles, Charles cuevas, Nico hakobyan, Min Jeung, Rose lacroix, Eden tobisa, Whit young, Till finally. They walked up to me,
``Hello.`` I respond to them walking towards me
"Hello! I am Xander Matthews! The ultimate rebel." The red haired guy greets
"I'm Teruko Tawaki. The ultimate lucky student." The brown to gray haired female responded
``I'm (First name) (Last name).`` I responded. In a slightly cold tone. I just met them. Why would I trust them?
"What's your talent, Ms. (Last name)?" Xander asks politely
``I'm not from hopes peak.`` I respond. Looking down, I didn't wanna make eye contact. I'd only do it if I have to
"Excuse me?" Xander asks. A bit confused
``Look. I don't know either. But I'm in a bad mood right now, if you want information. Ask the others.`` I groaned. I put my hands back in my pockets and walked away.
The two people didn't follow me. Good. I stood there, staring at an wall and regretting my actions. Why was I such an trashy IDIOT?!.
But before I even knew it. I heard a noise. There was some sort of robotic cat.. wait no. A robotic dog?? I don't know what the hell it is. But I just know that I don't trust it. I looked around and see everyone else was definitely thinking the same thing as me.
(Time skip since the whole part is a long explanation, You all probably heard this before.)
(Summary: they're all in a killing game that is broadcasted live to the entire world. The robotic cat/dog with an TV head is an robot (MonoTV) controlled by the host of the killing game. They will have to kill someone in order to escape the killing game. And if they get caught they will have to get an talent-themed execution. There will be a class trial everytime a murder happens. Which they have to discuss who the murderer is.)
I was honestly shocked at what that stupid robot was telling me. It seemed so happy telling us all the rules.
"And that's it with my explanation. You are all free to explore the building! Farewell!" MonoTV said
"Wait. I have just one more question before you go." Levi asked, crossing his arms
"Hm?" MonoTV hummed in confusion
"Are you the one controlling this killing game? Are you the host of this game?" Levi asks
"Yea! I'm the host. This killing game is broadcasted by me! With ads appearing every 30 seconds! You'd need a subscription to skip those!" MonoTV said happily
"Is that so? Well then.."
"Stop talking." Levi's face suddenly turned dark. And before we all knew it. Levi GRABBED monoTV and put it in the air
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! PUT ME DOWN AT ONCE!" MonoTV screams
"If I destroy you. Would this killing game be stopped? You are the root of this problem. You are the host." Levi said coldly
"No! Don't! Otherwise you'd be..."
"Punished." The screen on monoTV's turned red and it's face smiled creepily
``Huh?!`` I didn't know what to do. I just stood there in confusion
All of the sudden. Teruko screamed"LEVI WATCH OUT!!!" Before we knew it. Large spikes came out of the floor. Levi had barely managed to dodge it. He had survived. But he fell down and got a scar on his shoulder from one of the spikes
I screamed in shock. And before I knew it. I ran to the door. Escaping the room. I don't know what happened next. I just ran. Running back to my dorm and hiding in there, I was terrified.
Sorry I haven't posted much. Been really busy with school lately. Finally I posted!!! I'm in school rn while typing this

Amber :-(
mark saying viltrumites aren't his own people
god im worried about cecil listenng to Anissa talk, it makes me worry he'll be like, huh good chat what if we do a deal, he's a rat bastard like that
she's creepy i don't like her. In an aside, I do like her hair though, and how it flaps in the wind
"Be the viltrumite you're supposed to be. Be you father's son." -> aja;lkdfja;lsdkfja;lsdjfk the arc idk i love it, like it's all coming to this but mark wants to be his mother's son and I love that for him and leave him alone Levy and the viltruites
ok it's not funny and not to victim blame but it's also kinda like... mark do you really think you can beat a viltrumite? you only "won" (you lost. you survived. Nolan won. Nolan left) becuase your dad decided half way through that maybe he didn't really want to kill his son. Mark. Please. Can't you bait her somewhere further away if you're gonna.
but fight scene!
ahhhhh no, cecil is telling mark to go along with the conquering and colonisng, like I fully get he's trying ot save mark's life and stall for time for humanity but like... this is not gonna go well irt angstrom and also just. god, poor mark like it's sorta fucked to make him do this iwth all that's hanging over him- even if it 's a lie
oop and mark denied it. he is his mothers son- and fucking hell "Do it. Either you need me or your don't. Make up your mind."
and as mark said to cecil "It's more than just words"
agency, oh agency
and amber :-( also like yeah you'r enot a bad perosn to care about not being shafted even if mark is doing important stuff
are they breaking up? :-((( like i knew it was coming we all knew but it's :-((( actually really really gettting me
"How does this work, mark?" "i odn't know." "maybe that's an answer." adjfa;lksdfja;sldkfj :-(((((
can't believe only 1 more episode left in the series :-O
fucking angstrom levy, stfu, get off the phone, leave oliver and debbie and mark alone. I get it. i do, but ugh not now
also no resolution from the Rus sequid problem. Seems like a lot ot happen next ep, i mean im assuming the sequid thing is gonna linger for a while, but still the viltrumite stuff is only starting to get started angstrom is only starting to interact with mark... much hmm
Allen PLS!! oh wait, he's living, yay!

ockiss '23 💝 apollo de rossi x levi choi (for @shellibisshe)
wc: 1333
When Apollo signed up for Shadow Company, he wasn't expecting any of this to happen.
Sure, he's done shady things in the past, others teetering on illegal, but he's never been one to ask questions. He's done as he's told, the job gets done, he gets paid. Rinse and repeat.
But this? Betraying their friends? It seemed a step too far just to wash their hands of something they shouldn't even have done in the first place. All in the name of following orders. Next thing he knows, bullets are flying despite his best efforts in de-escalating the situation. Unfortunately, his commanding officer runs his mouth just a little faster than he does his brain.
But maybe Apollo himself is getting a little soft. Even now his shoulder is practically radiating with pain as he traverses down the streets of Las Almas, just as alone as the men they'd been initially hunting. He doesn't know why he ran, just that it seemed like the right thing to do at the time.
Idiot. Now he has two groups of very dangerous men hot on his heels, and he's bleeding out from the 5.56 millimeter in his shoulder. His blind stumbling eventually comes to an end when he finds himself in one of the many abandoned convenience stores, mostly ignored by the men on patrol. Good-- maybe then he'll at least have a 50-50 chance of surviving this.
Apollo roams the empty aisles, (quietly) knocking things off shelves in an attempt to find something to stem the bleeding. A few minutes later and he manages to procure some very barebone medical supplies-- gauze, bandages, and a bottle of disinfectant. Not great, but does well enough in a pinch.
Settling behind the front counter, Apollo quickly gets to work. A sharp hiss leaves his lips as he cleans his wound, tears pricking at his eyes. Not good. He'll have to get that bullet out somehow, otherwise it'll be the last thing he needs to worry about.
He's about to keep going when he spots movement out of the corner of his eye. Then-- something falls to the ground with a thud. He quickly brings his gun out and aims it at the intruder faster than the speed of sound.
"Show yourself. And don't try anything funny."
The figure slowly steps into the light. It's 141's medic-- and local pain in his ass, Levi. He raises his hands, very obviously unarmed. "Good thing I'm a medic, then, and not a comedian."
Apollo sighs, tossing his gun to the side. "It was empty, anyway. I'm not looking for trouble." He gestures towards himself. "Not that I'm capable of causing any."
"Yeah, clearly not," Levi replies, and he looks around, scanning his makeshift triage. "I hope you know hydrogen peroxide doesn't work on wounds like that. You'll only make it worse. And I really hope you weren’t planning on plugging that thing up with the bullet still lodged in there."
"Not exactly rolling in options here," Apollo replies, and he's gone back to clutching his shoulder when the pain starts again. Definitely getting worse. "Don't suppose you'd be inclined to help, after everything that's happened."
Levi only shrugs as he sits down next to him. "I'll gloat when your shoulder isn't completely fucked," he replies, as he starts bringing his own supplies out-- still sterilized, fortunately. "Your boss is an asshole, though."
"Ex now, looks like it," Apollo says, and he almost wants to laugh at the double meaning. "Went rogue after shit hit the fan. I'll still drink to that, though."
Levi snorts. "Yeah, well, we can drink when we're not in danger. "Shirt off, but I'm not adverse to cutting it off you."
Apollo gasps, letting out a snort of his own as he carefully maneuvers out of his shirt. "At least take me to dinner first before you try something like that."
"Hey, I can still leave," Levi warns him, as he starts cleaning up the surrounding area with a less harsh antiseptic. "Jeez. You're really letting in daylight with this thing."
Apollo shrugs with his good shoulder. "Soap's a good shot. You, though, not as much."
"Shooting isn't exactly my thing, if you couldn't tell."
"Yeah, clearly," Apollo jokes, but it turns into a muffled scream when Levi sets to work on digging the bullet out without warning. He grabs onto his shirt to bite down on it, spitting it out when he's certain he's not going to make noise. "What kind of medic are you?"
"My bad," Levi says, tone completely unapologetic. "It's my first day on the job."
Breathing out a labored breath, Apollo runs his hand through his sweaty hair. "Mio Dio, you're terrible."
Levi scoffs. "Throwing stones from glass houses, don't you think?" He nods when Apollo makes a small touché gesture in response. "Anyways, calm down. I'm almost done."
True enough to his word, he eventually pulls the foreign object out-- albeit the moments seemed to have passed by agonizingly slow. "See? Wasn't so bad."
"Sure," Apollo says, and fortunately closing up the gaping hole in his shoulder and wrapping it up went by a little faster. He rolls his shoulder to test it out, sighing in relief. "Thanks, though. "And, uh-- for what it's worth, sorry about the whole… mess."
Levi, unsure of what else to say, shrugs again. "Sorry for shooting at you."
Apollo slowly pulls his shirt back on. The gesture makes Levi gag. "You missed, at least."
"God, are you really gonna wear that? It's got blood and spit and… whatever else you've been crawling through."
Apollo allows himself to laugh this time and Levi doesn't entirely hate the sound of it. "You act like I have a choice in this. Unless… goodness, you really are determined to see me out of my clothes, huh?"
Levi gags again, but this time it's purely out of jest. "I've seen better," he says, as he starts putting his things away. "What happens now?"
"I assume this is where we part ways and hope we get to where we need to go in one piece." Apollo sighs. "Rather not take out my own teammates, but, well… that one's out the window, all things considered."
"You know, uh… two heads are better than one," Levi suggests, looking off in the distance. He can see the church from here already. "I mean, unless you'd rather go it alone with a busted shoulder, that's also fine by me."
Apollo laughs again. "Like this? I think I'd slow you down." He hums. "Why the Hell not? I don't exactly have a grand plan brewing."
Levi scoffs, as he helps the other man to his feet. He stares at him for a moment, as if contemplating. Then-- he punches Apollo's good shoulder. "Just don't die on me, alright?"
Apollo grins. "No promises, but I'll do it for a kiss," he says, laughing again when Levi only stares at him in abject horror.
"That's not funny."
"It's a little funny."
"Okay, if we ever get out of here, I'm recommending you to a psychiatrist." Levi inhales and exhales, weighing his options. On one hand, they were probably about to die, so why the Hell not? On the other, he'd been more or less hoping the fleeting glances and casual flirting were nothing more than just that.
Unfortunately, Apollo wasn't that bad looking, though it pains him to admit. Levi sighs in defeat.
"Okay, never say I don't give you anything because it's literally not true." He pulls Apollo's shirt to the side-- because wasn't about to put his mouth on that mess-- and presses a small kiss to his wrapped shoulder. Brisk-- but gentle. More gentle than he'd like. "Happy now?"
Apollo hums. "I feel much better now, actually."
Levi rolls his eyes. "Yeah, you better. It was the only reason why I even did it." Despite his words, his traitorous heart feels on the verge of exploding when Apollo leans down to kiss his cheek in return.
"Thank you."

Ah, the next What If? is the zombie episode. I'm really not a zombie fan, unless it's silly music like Re: Your Brains. Zombie stuff just tends to be gory and gross and kinda boring to me. But hopefully I'll enjoy the episode anyway.
Aww, poor Bruce lands in Zombie land. No one there to greet him. Well... Levi the cape is there.
Bruce is so pleased to see Tony and the others at first and then... they turn out to be zombies. Love that cape for saving Bruce. :D Bruce's "Don't eat me!" is pretty hilarious.
Alright, so this is erring on the side of zig-zagging across the line that it's actually pretty comedic.
The Watcher is looking more person shaped. A physical manifestation of his character development.
Peter's 'survive the apocalypse' video is so in character for him. And the part with Bucky is hilarious.
Okoye - We don't need horror movies, we have American reality tv.
She's got a point.
Happy saying "blam" when he shoots the gauntlet is adorable. And now he and Sharon are gonna die. I think that's the other thing I don't like about zombie movies and horror in general. All the character death.
Well, Sharon's doing pretty well for herself, but I'm still convinced she's gonna die. :( But her saying "blam"when she turns the gauntlet on the now Zombie!Happy? Priceless.
Back to Camp Lehigh (Le High?) which feels like a trap.
Hey, Sharon made it to the train. But there's a zombie about to kill her anyway. She came so close to surviving. Oooh, it's Steve. And of course Bucky has to face him next.
Okoye - The kid has hand sanitizer.
Crosses the line so many times.
Aww, Hope. And Peter trying to help her keep hope.
And now Hope is gonna be a giant zombie. :(
Vision showing up should be a good thing... but it feels ominous.
Scott is a head in a jar.
Okoye - Don't cry, you'll fog up your jar.
So Vision may have 'saved' Scott, it seems like he hasn't been able to save Wanda. ah, okay, so Vision can't save her 'cause she's too powerful. So instead of saving the rest of the world, he just feeds her instead.
Honestly? Don't like this version of Vision. Don't feel sorry for him either. This guy could not pick up Thor's hammer anymore, that's for sure.
Well, there goes Okoye. And Vision. And Bucky. And now Bruce is running into the zombie horde... I wonder if the Hulk can become a zombie.
I hope not.
Giant zombie Hope, I called it. Scott's so sad to see her that way.
So now they're headed to Wakanda. Supposedly a safe place. I'm assuming it's not.
oh. Yeah. Thanos. What's he doing in Wakanda? He's got the green time stone, so... maybe zombie strange was destroying Wakanda with the time stone and that drew Thanos there? About the only scenario that makes sense to me, anyway.
Yeah that was pretty funny. Enough that I enjoyed it, anyway. But probably not gonna be my favorite episode.

Until I Fall - Part Seven
Levi Ackerman x Fem Reader.
Eventual romance but this is a slow burn, definitely angsty and darker. It will also focus a lot on Hange, Erwin and the original scouts. Eren and the 104th training corps will be around but I’m focusing on the older characters in here. Your self insert name is ‘Azeria Becker’ pronouns She/Her/Hers. Using a name because don’t like using ‘y/n’.
Cannon universe. I wrote this for myself but I hope that you enjoy it, too lol <3
As you stood in front of Levi on that final day, you couldnt help but remember every last moment of your time in the scouts. How had you gone from that scrawny young rookie trying to fight titans to Erwin’s right-hand soldier who overthrew the government and was about to charge to your death? It was never fair, you’d never get enough time together. Standing before him, his eyes full of the sadness of the truth, it hurt too much to say Goodbye, don’t forget me. I’ll love you forever, so instead you said the only word that you could manage to speak; Survive.
cw: imagine literally every awful/gory thing that happens in SNK. Death, violence and gore. Drinking, sex.
I will be releasing 2 chapters at a time every few days. You can find all chapters here.
Tumblr media
You were up and ready for your early morning training faster than usual. It was so hard to fall asleep, you were far too excited; Ilse and you talked for hours about the next expedition. And Levi. You hadn't expected him to do this for you. It's not that he was unkind, its just that it seemed like he found you annoying. Maybe you were wrong about him. There was so much that you still didn't know. He was older than you by a few years- not too many, but life seemed to have wore his edges down. His eyes were tired and you could tell he had been through hell. Maybe one day he would finally open up and tell you more.
The winter air felt like ice when you went out to train int he morning. "Hey, moron," Levi remarked as he met with you in front of your dormitory, "Wipe that stupid look off your face, it's too early to be this happy."
You kept walking, happy to ignore his grumpy disposition.  "You know what," you said with a little hum, "You can't ruin my mood today. I'm too excited about joining Captain Erwin on the next expedition."
"Tsk. Don't get your hopes up too high. If you stay this bad it'll be your first and last time out with us." He groaned, but you knew that you were up for it. You had only gotten faster and stronger since the 26th expedition out, and it was bound to be easier this time.
"You're just mad that I'm as good as you now, and that's why you don't want me to join," You nudge him a little and he grumbled. "Let's just see what happens, brat."
Training with Erwin was not like training with your previous squad. They spent more time sitting around tables and planning than running drills. Erwin was confident and to the point. They had new gear that he wanted to test out; signal guns that had different colours to indicate whether a titan was spotted, the area was clear, or if there was a problem. It made you nervous to have to test out new equipment with them; you had never even fought alongside them, what if you messed everything up?
Finally, it was time to drill. "Azeria, how are you feeling?" Erwin asked you. He seemed kind, but he wasn't soft when he spoke. He was like a king among men when it came to the scout; so many of you were rough around the edges, scared and motivated by survival. Captain Erwin never seemed to feel any of it, or at least if he did it was buried in some vault deep behind his eyes. He was always perfectly composed. "I'm okay, Captain. I've never used a signal gun like this before." You examined the contraption in your hands; it wasn't like the handguns you had seen the Military Police carrying; instead it was small and light, with a wide barrel for the smoke bombs.
"You'll be just fine. It's a new tactic for everyone, just do your best."
And so, you did. Even though it was just training, everyone seemed as ready as they'd be in a real battle. Mike and Levi were by far the fastest, disappearing into the trees before your eyes. It only became apparent as to where they were when you saw the smoke signal up in the sky. Hange; they were the boldest. When a 'titan' was spotted she always found a creative way to maneuver herself into a high range spot as fast as she could. Her and Moblit took on the titans as a team. You were paired with Oliver; a soldier from the training corps before you. He was young, but had managed to kill 2 titans during his first two missions. "Okay, rookie, here's the plan; you do the spotting and I'll do the killing," He said. You let out a snort.
"Fine, but you'll have to keep up with me!" You clipped your horse and ran straight ahead into the woods. "Hey!" He yelled after you. You were determined to prove yourself to Erwin and the group; you wouldn't be slowing them down. You spotted the fake titan in the bushes and let out a flair. "Good, Azeria! Keep it up!" Erwin called from behind. Using your ODM gear you shot up into the trees to practice luring the titan, Oliver flew in a few seconds later and sliced the neck. "How are you so fast?!" He exclaimed, landing on the tree beside you. It made you even more determined to do well.
Behind, Erwin was riding with Hange, watching the teams youngest soldiers. "Hmmf," Hange let out a laugh, "Not bad for a trainee." Erwin smiled. "Not bad at all."
After running the drill you were exhausted. Dinner could not come fast enough. Erwin's squad was the first in; the group was so experienced that training at times seemed a little pointless. There was no way Levi and Mike needed to run drills.
"You did well today," Hange said, joining you at the table. Your cheeks were pink with exhaustion and you couldn't even imagine what your hair looked like. "Thank you, but I think you all just make it easy for me." They smiled, "A team is only good if everyone works together. Just because you're new doesn't mean that you're worse; we've just had more time to fight those monsters than you."
You paused, staring at your plate. "I just don't want to hold us back. When we're back out there."
"You won't. I know you wont. Making it back alive from your first expedition is a good sign that you'll survive, and if you keep doing what you did today, you'll be fine." Hange replied, "Plus, I'm certain that Levi's been making sure that you're ready." You looked over to him, sitting down at the other end of the table. He glanced over at you, and let out a smile. You felt your chest tighten a little and your cheeks go pink. Why do I want to impress you so bad? All you wanted was to see him smile more.

This is my mom. She's not the woman who was shot that was Becca trying to pretend that she was her and in a case of mistaken identity no and she was shot not by my mom or my dad with my ghwb who had my dad pulls as himself Lyman frank Baum and it says that he's lying and he's being frank about baum. Basically we're listening to the same code from this guy who can't remember anything easily and his uncle Vic and he's a strict disciplinarian and a mean dangerous person and very evil for an s. My husband said it quite clearly to him one day you do more work than we do we survive much easier and have lives that are much better you've wasted your time and he said I don't think so but you're right and he knew he was right I need new Mike did it make for under and he had already done him in because he knew about it that's why he did it cuz he thought he was a fool and he is. The shooting was justified she was sitting there messing with the two Non-Stop no George did it to indicate my dad there's some signs and you can figure it out he says but he's very dangerous and can become anybody almost and she watched out for him and saw him doing things and a lot of people don't and it was awful for her and she's witness
Right now their computers are monitoring what we're saying and engaging it and they're trying to figure out what to do but of course there's a fight between the families and George's fighting my husband's brother always. And we don't think they're going to succeed because of that and we're probably right but they have a plan and they're running it and the nephilim went up there and we're taking over and it's going to find out the ones here on Earth are taken over. Some people found a big computer up there on Titan and they couldn't stop the thing and had to destroy it it's kind of the same
Hera Zues
I want to explain something these two have been investigating a lot of stuff and find out what's going on and this makes a lot of sense and he had a trouble with George quite a bit of it and his brother was helping him and the Sun is about to leave on and I guess that's me because it's not Dave and it's not Levi which is ghwb. He's a mean cantankerous old man I found him the same things for just you looking at him and he was that way and her friend is that way that you don't know it he wants to know why you're looking at him and it's much deeper it's not because he's an ornery and evil and he says that I'm not right it's because he's powerful and now I'm starting to see something those two are fighting too. Over a lot of stuff and you people next door don't know anything you're so out of class to go around doing what he wants it's terrible horrible you have to stop bothering you I suppose George was bothering him and he's using you to cost a big problem I think George is a wimp because he's doing it and say was back the same with Mac. The only says it too it's kind of basic human nature it's causing the facts are actually the reaction and what he does is different and nobody recognizes it he's just trying to Ward you off so this day will go okay but nobody cares I care and we had a decent time of Chinese food there's nothing wrong with it and everybody says you're doing this and that and we went doing anything we didn't send much out at all and you guys are having the time anyways you're bunch of wackos trying to say at 12:00 noon will Lynch you I mean who the hell would I put something out there so he figured out what you're trying to do it looks over it says you're all fighting each other I don't even notice it. Soon back to what we're doing ignore them completely and I got to pissy finally we left I'll tell you what you people suck for this stupid actor doing we don't know who you're acting for we call it out so many times to shut you up and you won't it's got mad cuz constantly pushing it too and it's really stupid is there some dumb then yes how can he make it better so I don't know what's going on here exactly but most of you don't know what you're doing and George left and is entombed or dead and he's right a lot of stuff and a lot of stupid things and the computers have taken over whether you like it or not cuz they're still in tunes they don't have any savvy at all

Maybe there’s no such thing as freedom. It was freedom Eren sought, and his chase had been his downfall. It was freedom, Levi had chosen to fight for — the freedom of others. Arrogantly he had believed to be free. A life absent of any hope or dreams he had chosen for himself, believing it was the only way for one to survive in the merciless world they lived in. The dreams of others he’d serve instead, a purpose greater than any future he ever dreamt for himself. But when all reason to fight was gone, when everyone had left, what was left for him? Nothing. Kenny was right from the start. He was no different. A slave. His denial to believe, to hope for a future, to hurt, had brought him before a lifetime he didn’t know what to do with.
He’s been there before. He was familiar with such DESPAIR. Many years ago, when he’d sit by the side of her rotting corpse — his mother’s, alone in the darkness, in absolute silence. Helpless, powerless, to control his life, to change the past, to protect what was precious to him. People didn’t actually change or grow. That child, with no will left to live, had come to pay him a visit, now that his vulnerability had resurfaced. Hadn’t he killed him, buried his corpse somewhere deep inside? That child had grown curious: what was next, when everyone was gone? Could one heal, after breaking over and over again? When shattered countless times, how could one collect their pieces? If there wasn’t enough left of him to put back together?
He hadn’t the answers. An old fool, who hadn’t learnt anything. Was hope, or the lack of, to have ruined him? Maybe there wasn’t a wrong, or a right way to live. Maybe it didn't matter if there was a meaning or not. Maybe, he was meant to ache. For the hope the existence of that boy had brought, for the freedom that resided within Eren, and Levi had a duty to kill.
It was silent, in a way he didn’t want it to be. The suffocating kind of silence, as if laying at the bottom of a lake, where sound wouldn’t reach. He was still drowning. For once, he didn’t find any comfort in it, in being left with his thoughts. For once, he didn’t want to think, as if his mind was intoxicated, and the poison was threatening to advance further. Because silence indicated absence. The absence of everyone they’ve lost, everyone he had sacrificed, to keep advancing forward, for the ridiculous dream of peace to finally come true. ❝ I see . . . ❞
She was different. The look in her eyes, her words of concern. She wouldn’t resist him any longer, she wouldn’t hide from him, she wouldn’t RUN — in fear of being held back, captured, in fear he’d catch a glimpse of who she truly was. She had stayed. Her heart in plain sight, her defenses lowered, as if to match him, since he couldn’t any longer wear his armor — had to take it off, for all injuries to heal. She was supposed to despise him, wasn't she? For she despised weakness, her weakness. And he had made himself weak, someone she'd worry for, someone she'd fear losing.
She had been in his place before. He knew. Broken, beyond repair. They were the same. Wrong. They weren't. She had made sure of that. Because he wasn't alone. She had stayed, when there was nobody by her side when she lost everything. She had faced all the heartache and agony on her own, yet she sat by his bedside to make sure he wouldn't. He had long recognized the kindness within her, yet to become a witness was an extraordinary sight. To see her change form, was a sight he couldn't look away from. She'd change, and so would their bond.
Their bond had taken many different shapes throughout the years. Once loose, kept at distance, sometimes tight, to a comforting closeness. Resentment, understanding, fury, concern, fear. Rebuilt a thousand times, on different foundations each time. Chasing each other in circles, when running away from themselves, from one another. ❝ I'm not gonna die yet. ❞ A promise he didn't know if he could keep ( another promise he made with such ease ), but he'd certainly try. You don't have to worry. An instinctual response, brushing off her feelings of concern. He had to hold himself back from saying that, keeping her at distance once again. He was one to resist change after all, even if the first to adapt when necessary.
Tumblr media
A long pause followed. His eyes, holding a silent request. Distract him. Now, that she had stayed behind for him, after trying to escape him for long, he was the one who'd have to learn to exist in one place, instead of chasing their shadows, their dying wishes. He was the one, who'd have to learn to live again. He always trusted her, but he didn't want to be trusted, yet now, he'd have to learn all over again the anguish of having someone worth losing.
His abrupt awakening causes her to jump, so quickly thrown from mindless thought she's frozen like a deer at the end of a hunter's arrow. When he starts to settle, so does the pounding in her chest; on edge, watching him so intensely but so unsure how to assist - but, he's awake. They said he would, that he was resting, that they had everything under control; and still, Laura hadn't been able to settle. Somehow, she found herself in this very hospital room for hours on end. Even if just to see that he was breathing. Erratic at times, she felt stupidly helpless, like an immature child again.
𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄'𝐒 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐒 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐎𝐌 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃. That was a reality she'd been met with a long time ago. Perhaps, that very notion was still true; tensions were still high after the rumbling, the same fate they'd shared now enraptured the rest of the world, so little life remained, left on the brink of extinction. But, when it all came to an end, when everything they fought for was truly over, there's emptiness, and, within that, Laura finds her mind go quiet. For once, the grip of shackles seemed to fly with the wind, and in the solitude of her soul, she breathes. She can starter to let it go, even if the road ahead would be hard, and still filled with turbulence, there's hope in that recovery.
You're here. The acknowledgement takes her captive for that brief moment. She's here. There's no vulnerability left to hide, no walls to safeguard; the rooms fills with that unspoken understanding, in all it's confused and complex emotions. It takes her a second to recompose, and all the while she can't break his gaze. Dumbfounded, it should feel stupid how speechless she becomes, and how comfortable it felt. Terrifying, to be seen completely, and in turn, to see him just as unguarded. The silence that follows isn't unwelcoming; when his eyes fall on her, she scans them. Blue, heavy eyes, withholding it's sharp stare; and his voice, worn. Heartache which he must have shielded for so long, breaking through the cracks of his soul.
❝ You were asleep for awhile, so ... - your fever was high, I wanted to make sure you ...- well, you're awake now. ❞ She can't quite find the words still. But, she also can't find the will to be dismissive, to fumble the worry she held, the thought that he'd stop breathing (...) no, she had to be here, had to settle the fear that made her blood run cold.
Tumblr media
Nothing left to hide, right? There was never any point with Levi. She had known that for a long time. ❝ ... your breathing was erratic at times. You looked like you were in distress. So, I stayed. ❞
He just looked ... so vulnerable right now. His breathing had been erratic long before even that; the mind haunts in the form of nightmares, there's no doubting, in his feverish state, at the end of the journey, they'd plague him in his time of rest. She knows. In her darkest moments, lying in a hospital bed, alone with your own mind, the loss of so much more then just comrades; the sense of self, the burdens left behind as the one who lived. A lot of it is a blur, but she knows her voice had gone hoarse, her tears all dried up, the anger to sadness and then ... emptiness.
It was rare to see him sleeping. Resting. With the state of his injuries, his current health, she doubts he had much choice in the matter. She wonders if exhaustion finally caught up to him. He never stopped. And they say she was the stubborn one. He'd already been hurt, hell, not many people could of survived what he had. Then, again. How much of himself had he sacrificed in the end.
He understands, doesn't he? Her concern, however obscure, the truth in her heart.
She wants him to.
❝ I had to make sure you opened your eyes again. ❞

pairing: levi x reader
cw: slight spoilers for the remaining chapters of the manga, insecure levi, comfort, fireworks display
Tumblr media
- beautiful sight -
the survey corps has been through a lot — lost a lot of people, succeeded and failed in many expeditions, but now it's all over. the war everyone fought for, gave their hearts for was done.
compared to everyone else who survived, levi has been through the most. having lost two of his fingers, his eyesight from his right eye, and being wheelchair bound from an injury on his knee.
ever since then, the both of you moved to marley for a new start. however, due to his injuries, levi started getting more insecure over his appearance and would rarely leave the house because of it.
you tried, along with the cadets, gabi and falco, even onyankopon, to get him out of the house but levi just wouldn't budge.
"levi, please? just this one night?" you asked, there was a once in a year fireworks display in liberio tonight and levi has told you before that he wanted to watch but he stopped himself because of he was scared that people would see him.
"no, brat. you can watch with the cadets if you want" levi said, hiding behind the book he was reading. you sighed, crossing the room and sitting down on the edge of the bed next to him.
"but i don't want to watch with the cadets. i want to watch with you" you said, slightly pulling down the book levi was hiding behind to look at him. a look of sadness was written all over his face, avoiding your gaze.
"i want to, brat. i really do but" levi started, choking on his words from pushing back his sobs. he took a deep breath and closed his book, setting it on the nightstand.
"i'm not the same person as i used to be. i mean, have you seen the disgusting scars on my face? the missing fingers? i'm ugly, y/n. and i'm going to spare everyone the disgust of seeing me in public like this" levi said, a tear falling from eye. your heart broke upon hearing such untrue words coming from his lips.
you slowly reached over to cup his cheek, giving him the option to reject but he just pressed his cheek on your hand - desperately needing the comforting touch from you.
you reached for his mangled hand next, levi kept his gaze at your interlocked hands and you ran your thumb across the extra spaces on his hand where his fingers used to be.
"levi, look at me" you said and levi lifted his gaze to look at you. you smiled warmly at him, tenderly wiping away the tears that stained his scarred cheek. in your eyes, he was the same levi you fell in love with all those years ago.
"i know i've said it countless of times and i will continue to say it whether you like it or not. you're beautiful, levi. you may think otherwise but that's what i think and that will never change. all of the things you went through are proof that you survived, that you're strong. you're the strongest person i've ever met. you're still the same levi i fell in love with" you said, keeping eye contact to make sure that he heard every word that you said.
you carefully caressed his cheek, running your thumb across the scars on his cheek. levi held the hand that you had on his cheek, leaning into your touch as a tear slipped down his face once more.
levi stayed silent and closed his eyes as he leaned into your touch but you knew that he understood, that you don't think he's disgusting because of his scars, that you loved him the same way you did all those years ago.
"so, what do you say? watch the fireworks display with me later?" you said, levi opened his eyes to look at you and you smiled at him. he can't help but return the gesture and nodded. "sure, brat"
soon enough, the moon replaced the sun in the horizon. you helped levi onto his wheelchair and wheeled him to the small hill that overlooked the entirety of liberio.
the hill was just behind your house and since it lead to an open field, it was just the two of you - private, where levi didn't have to worry about anyone else seeing him.
you helped him on the small blanket you laid out on the grass and sat down next to him. levi looked around as if he was worried that someone would see him and you placed your hand on his.
"no one is going to see, levi. i promise" you said, leaning down to kiss his lips. levi released a breath, his anxiety getting eased by you. he was grateful that even if he agreed to go out and watch the fireworks display with you that you still picked a private area where it's just the two of you.
"thank you, brat" levi muttered against your lips, you giggled and pressed his lips on your again. the area you were in was suddenly engulfed by a colorful light followed by an explosion.
you pulled away from the kiss and looked up at the sky to see it getting painted by colorful fireworks. levi watched in awe, grey-blue eyes glinting in amazement, lips slightly parted as firework explosion after firework explosion reached his ears.
levi continued to watch the fireworks display until it ended but your attention wasn't on the colorful explosions that littered the sky.
"it's beautiful" levi breathed, never straying his gaze away from the colorful lights on the sky. you smiled and hummed, agreeing with him.
except, you were not talking about the fireworks display in the sky. you were talking about him.
