Reason 5,893 I'm thankful to the Lord for #crossfit: #Enervation-The combination of consistent energy & motivation to do things that matter. In previous years, the snowfall would be a bunch of fun for my kids, but my sedentary lifestyle prevented me from participating. In other words, I turned lazy and never wanted to climb hills, run around or play in snow. Always making excuses and even if I went out, I made it hard to have fun. I'm not proud of those moments, but change can happen!! What a difference a year makes, along with a steady diet of @crossfitnewfound! We had a blast in the snow today, and running up hills with my younger daughters in arm was easy. The smiles on my kids faces, and the family memory is priceless.
