For my SABR Games Project debut (link in bio), I had to keep it in New Jersey: the first home game of the Federal League's Newark Peppers, 106 years ago today. Nine years ago, I went to the former site of the field, Harrison Park, when it was these old buildings and a parking lot. It's now a luxury apartment complex, with the site of home plate now probably in the courtyard or someone's living room.
