I'm assuming for all of them and I just read volume 4 of Waid's run so I have feelings about this thanks for letting me vent (and I'm assuming you mean all of them for the asks)

So here we go:

Who hogs the duvet? Foggy hogs it, so they do that European thing where Matt gets his own so Matt doesn't get woken up in the middle of the night by Foggy savagely ripping the blankets out of Matt's hands.

Who checks in during the day? Look in Daredevil issue 1, the entire Saturday Matt was hunting down the Fixer, Foggy was wandering around, wondering if Matt had fallen down a manhole, so Foggy checks in. A lot. Before he found out about DD, it was cuz Matt was blind and would go missing, after finding out about DD, it's to make sure Foggy isn't bleeding out. (Matt is a creeper tho and listens in to what Foggy is doing throughout the day.)

Who's the most creative when it comes to gifts? I think I saw a few panels that implied Matt never remembers to give gifts, so by process of elimination, Foggy.

Who gets up first? In law school, Matt. After Matt started moonlighting as a vigilante? Foggy. (Matt needs his beauty sleep)

Who suggests new things in bed? Foggy suggests various ways to cuddle.

Who cries at movies? Not Matt "Repression" Murdock

Who gives unprompted massages? Foggy did for a bit in law school, but stopped when he found out that Matt didn't like being randomly touched

Who fusses over the other when they're sick? Canonically, Matt. See Matt accompanying Foggy to his doctor's appointments.

Who gets jealous easiest? Foggy. The boy has low self esteem (and canonically gets jealous of attention Matt gets)

Who has the most embarrassing taste in music? Foggy has the most embarrassing taste in music, but Matt gets embarrassed over his own music more. (This goes into Matt growing up poor when Foggy didn't: Matt never learned what rich people like in music, and his music reflects that.)

Who collects something unusual? Foggy (plastic dinosaurs, tho that's MCU Foggy)

Who takes the longest to get ready? Foggy, but it's not like either of them take a long time (Foggy has to style his hair)

Who's the most tidy? Matt, though a lot of this is by being blind (from what I can tell, blind people have to keep everything organized, or they lose track of what's where.) Also, this is why initially Foggy was a hellish roommate for Matt (well, part of it).

Who gets the most excited about holidays? Foggy.

Who's the big spoon/little spoon? Foggy, by virtue of being drawn at 5'6".

Who's the most competitive at sports? Matt since he is arrogant (I also feel like it might be him reacting against ableist jerks, but idk enough to say)

Who starts the most arguments? Foggy since Matt's method of dealing things was taken from the book of mormon musical (thanks Foggy)

Who suggests they buy a pet? Okay, have you heard of Deuce the Devil dog? Hes a real comics character that Foggy got for Matt to help Matt fight crime (Deuce is a retired police dog) so canonically, Foggy.

What couple traditions do they have? Matt always let's Foggy know before he's going out, and Foggy is almost always awake when Matt gets back. Also after Foggy got a Daredevil tour of the city (that tour is canon) they do it on a semi regular basis

What TV shows do they watch together? I dont think they watch TV shows, instead they listen to podcasts.

What other couple do they hang out with? Ok so their social circle isn't super big, so I don't really see that happening all that often with anyone. Matt's a bit of a loner, and his regular firebombing of Foggy's life can make finding hangout buddies difficult.

How they spend time together as a couple? Hanging out at the local bar (hello, Josie's), going on long walks. Foggy likes to test Matt's senses.

Who made the first move? Oh boy. There's a lot about Matt that's going on, making this a muddled mess. A few things about how I headcanon Matt for the sake of this ship.

Matt deals with his emotions poorly. He dosent realize he's attracted to Foggy. He doesn't know what's going on. At all. He thinks he's straight. I know I put in the Area 51 fanfic that Foggy isn't Matt's boy because Fogs is married, Matt is Catholic, and Matt is straight. No. Matt isnt. But he dosent know that. (That was my alternate character interpretation, btw.)

Matt would, if he figured out he was not straight, actively decide to not act on it, at least initially. (I suppose this would make him side b, ie, not acting on the gay for religious reasons.) I feel strongly about this.

So it would require a conversation (or several dozen) with Foggy to figure out what he's feeling, and to get Matt okay with a romantic relationship.

At some point in this, Matt deduces Foggy's feelings.

Matt would then decide to make a move.

Who brings flowers home? Neither, they make Matt sneeze.

Who's the best cook? Look my man Foggy does not have a bacon and limburger cheesecake combo named after himself for you to in any way, shape, or form, imply he is the better cook or has a better palate. (I do headcanon Foggy as a good baker though. Oddly enough. Maybe because I'm projecting my desire to be a good baker.) Matt is the better cook.

1. Are you named after someone? My first name means “Faith“ in Swahili, but I feel thats extra lame compared to the story behind my middle name. My mother was born a blue baby (thats where the heart is deformed so that the deoxygenated blood can yeet from where its supposed to be and go right back into body circulation without yoinking more oxygen from the lungs), she was on life support, she still has the scars from where they put tubes in her upper torso/ armpit area. The doctors said that she probably wouldnt make it because her heart machine 🅱roke. My grandfather went to the nearest chapel and approached the altar on his knees, and basically swore to name my mother+ do a pilgrimage if the Virgin Mary saved my mother. Obviously, she did survive, so she was named Maria, and she gave me the middle name of Guadalupe because she is lowkey still religious and kinda scared that her heart is gonna give out. 2. When was the last time you 😢? Sunday! I tend to internalize 100% of actual serious thoughts plaguing me, and I have to dump that out sometime before I undergo another whole ass week of the same shit. I just have a really dumb brain that lies in wait for the worst possible scenarios and just never really shuts up, always thinking shit like “____ is going to finally tell you how much of an annoying shit you are“, “that car isnt going to stop just because youre crossing the street, youre literally going to get hit“, or even “uh oh, you fucking idiot, that was the wrong dialogue option“. That combined with being around people who deplete my whole ass social battery in .00005 milliseconds just wrecks my entire being 3. Do you have kids?

Nah. I do want a kid, though. In time. I’ll probably have to adopt, because I’m a coward and I literally cant imagine going through that pain. And you can’t pass out during it! That strikes me as the worst part,,,,your body refuses to lose consciousness during labor unless you like, hate the sight/thought of blood.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Not anymore, I dont think. After the death of my aunt I was very cynical for a time, then I was like “fuck this” and just tried to stay horrifyingly exuberant.(I learned a few days ago that apparently this is a defense mechanism? )

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?

This sounds extra wacky but when I first meet someone I pay a lot of attention to their eye movement. Eye movement can automatically tell me if they are either introverted or extroverted (if they are fairly transparent) or their general view on friends of a friend (if they happen to be a bit more closed off). All this lets me know who exactly I need to be around a person, or if I can just be me.

6. What’s your eye color?

A very dark brown. Maybe I just suck at seeing colors but to me they look only a few shades lighter than my pupils.

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

As much as I love happy endings because they just generally make me soft, I have to say that I prefer scary movies. But, like, not just shitty gore. I like real thrillers, ones that make your skin crawl and keep you awake for hours in fear of the horrors you've just witnessed. Titles that come to mind are “SE7EN”, “Session 9”, “1408”, “Devil”, “The Mist”, “Silence of the Lambs”, and maybe even “Ghost Stories”. I should not have watched the mist at the age that I did, it made me absolutely terrified of spiders, when I see one I can automatically envision it crawling under my skin its so nasty

8. Any special talents?

10. What are your hobbies?

uhhhhhhh reading, writing, playing chess, gaming, coloring in really nice coloring books, i took up origami for a long while, I also love taking really long walks in the bitter cold. Theres probably a shit ton more that have simply slipped my mind, I do a lot of shit to avoid an idle mind. Apathy will catch me lacking and literally ruin a whole ass week.

11. Do you have any pets?

Nope. too much work.

Somewhere around 5′1.

13. What sports do you play/have you played?

Ive played soccer, basketball, lacrosse, tennis and martial arts.

Science T-poses on all other subjects.

I’d love to be a Lab tech. Seems like fun, and I dont really have to interact with gruesome wounds or people I dont particularly enjoy. A lot of other fields honestly interest me, but I lack the mathematical prowess needed for them, so i guess ill die

hi everyone !!!! i’m a rising freshman at college/uni and thinking back on the college apps process i realized that i learned a lot that i would like to share !! i was successful with my college apps so im hoping i can give good advice✨

the first step is knowing what you want in a school hopefully you arent as clueless as i was but you need to consider various factors that will impact your life as a student. for me, all i knew was i wanted to go to school in new york city and that was about it....i figured that i would want a larger school as my high school was very small, which i hated and if possible, i wanted somewhere the stats of the accepted students were similar to mine so i would have a more competitive and stimulating environment (basically, i was hoping that i’d get into some match and reach schools lol) if u know what you want this step is pretty easy if not...

college search sites r ur friend. personally i only used college board as a search tool as they give a lot of different search criteria provide different stats on schools (price, standardize test scores, acceptance rate) and let u save schools. if college board isnt ur cup of tea here are some others u can use !! (x) (x)

once you know how you want to search for schools, your next step is to figure out what’s important to u in a school. like i mentioned, for me it was a city, a medium to larger size school, and somewhere the admitted students stats were a bit higher so thats what i searched on college board ! i saved several larger schools located in both nyc and boston and then narrowed down my choices from there

determining which schools to further pursue  while at this point ur still in ur primary decision making about schools to apply to, you still can rule out some options early on! some important factors to consider:

major - do they have your intended major? is the schools program for that major good? if youre undecided do they have a large selection of programs? do they have any programs intended for undecided students (several schools that i applied to had 2-year undecided programs that u could do before entering a college/program within the university)? 

size and location - do you want a typical college campus or one integrated within a city? small, tight-knit college or large, diverse community? far from home or closer to home? super hot summers or cold snowy winters?

atmosphere - what kind of people do you want to be around? traditional experience with football games n greek life or non-traditional experience with people who dont care abt what sports team is winning? a school for a specific demographic (such as a women’s college, specific religious affiliation or a hbc)?

other activities - what kind of outside activities do you want to participate in? do they have club sports u want to play? extensive study abroad program or would you rather stay in one place? do the current activities of the students reflect your interests?

costs and stats (aka the sucky stuff) - are the gpa/test scores similar to yours? if not is it too much of a reach? can you realistically afford it? what kind of financial aid do they offer (sometimes a private school might end up costing as much as a public one)?

okay but i still dont know what i want? dont freak out ! i know this can be very frustrating especially when it seems like all ur friends have had their dream schools picked out for years. once you start researching and visiting schools you will learn what you like and dont like !! trust me everything will fall into place just for now start off with some schools that have the basic qualities that u want

researching donts

dont let anyone decide for u what schools to apply to or what you should look for in a college (for example i was initially scared to tell my mom that i wanted to go to nyc since im a very quiet person and its expected that i would hate living in a city but i rly rly love new york)

dont apply to an ivy or another super selective school just to ~see if youll get in~ only apply to these schools if you’re genuinely interested - selective schools like these want u to fall into their trap so theyll get more applicants, allowing them to reject more ppl overall therefore lowering their acceptance rate and making them seem prestigious

w/ this being said, no you dont need to apply to all 8 ivys and theyre all very different schools in very different locations ur not gonna like them all

dont apply somewhere b/c ur best friend or s/o wants to go there. if you could actually see urself at that school even in the event that you and friend stop talking or u and ur s/o break up - then sure ! go for it ! but otherwise dont do it

dont look @ rankings guess what it doesnt matter if ur school is ‘nationally’ ranked in the top 10 or #100 as long as a school has options that you want and has a good program for what you wanna study then apply !!!

dont rule out community college !!!! while there is still (for some god awful reason) negative stigma around community college you will still get just a good of an education there that you would at a four year university. if u feel that you arent quite ready to leave home or want to save some money then community could be the right option for you

dont rule out a school based on one factor - you never know how much that one thing would impact ur daily life a student there (for example i almost ruled out a school due to it being a catholic jesuit school since im not catholic but upon further research i learned that welcome/encourage all religions and non-religious people ! therefore, this factor would not have impacted me very much - i wouldve just had to take some religion based core classes if i went there)

What they smell like: on average, city smells. rain and asphalt and a hint of smoke. when hes been staying home and hasnt saved the world for a couple days, lavender and cereal.

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): has a really hard time getting to sleep, PTSD and anxiety is a bitch to rest with. feels like he has to constantly be working, and when he isnt he just cant focus on something like sleep. when he sleeps he either needs pills or has just worked himself to exhaustion. when that happens, he’ll sleep for an abnormally long time. he insists it doesnt matter how long he goes without sleep because he’ll make it up all at once (even though he knows thats a lie)

What music they enjoy: quiet, lulling songs, songs that seem to surround you and wrap you up in the sound of background noise and whispered voices. im thinkin: [x] [x] [x]

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: he is never ready (always ready?)

Their favorite thing to collect: photos. he insists he’s just never found the time to throw them away, but sometimes he still sits down and sifts through the old memories

Religion (if any): umm.. i dont think he’d be particularly religious but he probably participates in some shinto traditions and whatnot. maybe buddhism too

Favorite sport: basketball. he just seems like a guy who’d be kickass at basketball

What music they enjoy: shittttt, a lot of stuff. beastie boys is obvious, the clash, A-Ha, ABBA, bowie, ACDC, anything with the first three letters of the alphabet in it.

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: surprisingly not too much. he has been getting ready the same way for so long he has developed the perfect system for doing his beauty routine in less than thirty minutes.

Their favorite thing to collect: books! books books books. every time he moves he has to call friends over to help him pack up his unnecessarily massive collection of books.

What they smell like: just really clean. he smells clean. but not like cleaning materials, not like ammonia or anything, just, clean.

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): actually has a very erratic sleep schedule. he becomes extremely focused on things and loses track of time, often working through the night without even realizing it. whatever rest he misses, though, he always tries to make up for in meditation

What music they enjoy: anything with strings. detailed, busy music, but not necessarily loud, just intricate. i can’t think of anything specific but he might like tap guitar

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: wake up, flawless

Their favorite thing to collect: artifacts from other cultures that he accumulates over time- the more obscure, the more interesting. he likes to look at them and imagine their stories, stories that he might never know

Religion (if any): i know hes not human, but, jewish

Favorite sport: he can kick your ass at anything. but lets say ballet or ice-skating. the man moves like he was born in pointe shoes
