what? like it’s so hard to do that it’s never been done by flight rising, subeta, deviantart, petrpg, verpets, misticpets, goatlings, furvilla.....

guys idk how to say it but using neopoints to buy art of neopets isn’t really ip theft

like you’re not really actually profiting from it besides getting some fake money, and I don’t get why this “it’s ip theft’ argument is only being is only being used against the concept of neopoint commissions and not against real money commissions of neopet properties that give the artist real cash profits?

#sorry for the snarky response but my post was about ppl specifically saying fake money comissions were Stealing From Neopets #and not about the whole commission debate in general #though in all honesty the whole 'its too hard to moderate' argument is dumb because so many other sites #petsite or not #allow commissions and they don't have a super strict way to mod them or even be sure that they're happening in the first place like #I didn't even list all the sites that allow these out of control art commissions but I don't think I need to in order to make the point that #neopets is kinda the odd one out in not allowing this kind of user interaction on their site #(also I forgot how many petsites there are??
