i like to imagine that misha and estinien have a lot of beef around the whole "the second azure dragoon chose to be a bard instead" thing. but after seeing estinien nearly fall to nidhogg, misha refuses to take that risk with himself. it scares him more than anything else.

I have been neck-deep in Venom fanfics recently and thought I’d draw Scream for @nekhs because their massive Venom/MCU/Hannibal/Spider-Verse series.

I'm working on something a little more detailed for later, too.

I highly recommend the “Living after LIFE” series by Nekhs on AO3 if you are in the mood for symbiote family fic. They are well written with amazing characters. They update regularly and have nice medium-long chapters. This is a definite page turner and I can’t wait to read the next chapter after finishing the most recent one.

i think misha would pick up gunbreaker in shb as an excuse to spend more time alone with thancred. and then they would do absolutely stupid shit in dungeons and trials like making out in the middle of the fight to give each other aurora from up close. and then urianger would let them die

there was a moment in early ARR where misha came onto laha!cred and it went poorly, so he got in his head about it and stopped interacting with thancred beyond Coworker Courtesy for the rest of ARR.

early post-ARR is just thancred desperately trying to bed misha again to make up for Things During Lahabrea, but misha refuses to engage with him until he's fully recovered. (he really wants to! he's exercising a gargantuan amount of restraint!)

they'll get around to it! eventually...

i originally finished ARR before the praetorium rework so i had no idea about the lahabrea solo duty. but holy fuck. i have so many thoughts about this. about them. about the scar it left behind, both on misha's body and on thancred's relationship with him.

the wol gets dragged around to all these international meetings but i don't know shit about politics. i'm playing games on my ds while you do your thing. don't mind me

it's my headcanon that the reason misha was able to harness the eye of nidhogg at azys lla is because he is also an azure dragoon. i don't ascribe to being the warrior of light being enough to facilitate that. so of course, he hated it. he hated every moment of it. he became an archer to get away from all of this, and it comes right back to him in the end.

when they reunite with thancred, alphinaud says a little bit too much and mentions two azure dragoons. so the cat's out of the bag.

thancred now finally has another piece of the puzzle. another clue as to why misha disappeared and became an archer. but even though he'll acknowledge it now, he refuses to elaborate. on the eye. on its effect on him. on how much it scares him. so all they get is this. little moments in the middle of the night when misha is too tired to stop the words from coming out of his mouth.

thancred will understand. eventually.

i think it's actually really fucked up that after everything, when minfilia confides in you about how she's still grieving and isn't ready to attend a big event and calls you her pillar of strength, you don't get to just... give her a hug and hold her tight

mirrors - me and my body over the years.

a short comic i've had bouncing around in my head for a few months.

when i was a kid, every morning felt like flipping a coin on whether i'd feel like shit that day. something was wrong with my body. i didn't know what it was. i was a tomboy and my family wanted me to be ladylike, so i thought i just wasn't femme or white enough.

then i got groomed out of high school, by a worthless excuse for a man who told me he understood me and liked me as i was. i wanted to reconnect with my femininity and asked for help, but he took a mile. he tried to feminize me and neg me into his perfect fantasy bangmaid. every day it was being compared to women who weren't me and being made out to be the bad guy if i didn't cave to one of his demands.

when i got away from him, i could finally examine who i was as a person without anyone else's influence. no family, no high school classmates, no abusive boyfriend. and finally figuring out the answer to that question (what's wrong with me?) didn't make things any easier. turns out i'm not a girl. now i have to live with that knowledge.

i turned 22 this year. i started HRT. i finally have a voice that i like. i have hair on my arms. i have hair on my chin and a little dirt stache. on my birthday, for the first time since i can remember, i saw myself in the mirror and thought "hey, looking good." i think i'm going to be alright.

pushed forward only by hydaelyn's influence and protection. blocking out the pain. her power surging through his body.

and when the ascian is dead the effect lingers, but for how long? enough to get thancred out. enough to reconnect with the scions. not much longer.

i have. a lot of thoughts about hydaelyn. and the echo. i won't call them theories because i have been Spoiled and i know that my theorizing was spot on. but it has changed how i view a lot of the early stuff. and the scions. and how earnest our cause truly is.

i think misha is one of those giddy drunks that giggles a lot (when thancred is around, at least. he's probably a quiet drunk otherwise). he would say "hi" between kisses

i don't mention it but he's half miqo'te. he has a little tail. just a little one
